On ragnarok, at the highlands beaches you can find beached basilo carcasses that give a lot of keratin, spoiled meat, oil and hide. (Use a chainsaw for best results.)

Thorny dragon + chain saw = best way to get keratin

PS: chain saw also works on turtles ;)

Harvest a dead whale on a beach with your pickaxe. Tons of keratin, oil and rotten meat to make narcotics.

Just shoot the turtles! Then use a hatchet.

Kentros are pretty good for keratin

It says hatchet is better at gathering keratin then an argentavis but with all my experiences my argentavis gave way way way more than the hatchet

On Aberration, there are keratin bones in the surface entrances. Mining Drills and Tek Stryder excavation drills mine these ridiculously well

Thorny devils give high amounts of Keratin and are everywhere in sand biomes

A way I do it on the island is I go on herbivore island and I use a shot gun and hatchet but you can use what ever works for you and I kill tons of ankys I’m on mobile you will have to test it on other versions it may not work or work the same or better

You only must to go on Abb and go to Lat 25 and Lon 65 and go wright into the Tunnel and you will find Bones. Break These with Mining Drill and you will get tonns of Keratin

You could get turtles mostly on North zone 2 and South zone 2

On ab there is a spot that is by the surface (you wont die to the sun) where you can go with a mining drill (or pickaxe) and gather the bones on the ground, ive seen people get 10,000 in one ark day, even less

If you're playing with a friend, effiecent way to get a lot of keratin is to get an argentavis and pick up your friend on a sabertooth, fly along a beach and drop him onto any turtle you see.

If your looking for keratin to make either a Argentavis saddle or pteranodon saddle I would recommend to use your strongest animal that has a saddle and go round killing carbonemys and triceratops.
