Prime fish meat decays A LOT slower than Prime meat, and it's really easy to obtain, just take a sickle and kill some fish. BTW you can use cooked Prime fish meat in mindwipe tonic, this renders the mindwipe tonic into a daily beverage.

When killed, leedsicthys' ONLY drop hide and prime fish meat, you can get a decent amount of prime fish meat per one when killed (around 80-100) with a good dino for harvesting.

To players who are sorta new to ark.. Yes you can get prime fish meat from sabertoothed salmon but you have to use a sickle otherwise you are wasting your time and better of killing a colcealcanth.

Go to S1 and go to the river in the shallow parts you can find piranhas and saber tooth salmons for easy early prime meat just stay by the edge in case of to many piranhas I learned that the hard way😁

If possible, find as many leedsicthys (big whales) as you can, and scrape them. This will either give you 100 raw fish meat, or 100 raw prime fish meat.

Da easiest way to get dis stuff is to go in ariver and shoot sabertooth salmon with a cross bow then harvest them with a sickle. You Get Loads If Itsa Big One

If you are trying to get prime fish meat from the salmons go for the bigger ones they give more prime meat with a sickle

Hey guys just get sap and a fishing rod and a chair or leech blood sit on the chair near water point at the water with fishing rod equipped and you get almost 3 stacks of prime fish meat so 1 hour of doin that and you’ll mabey have more than 100 prime

Sickle for beginners are the best so far, saber tooth salmon are everywhere to found at rivers and water. (watch out for the piranha)
