Tips & Strategies from the iOS & Android apps
Guys I just figured it the COOLEST thing! If you’re a beginner and you want to tame a raptor or a terror bird or saber tooth, but you’re too slow, lead it to one of these guys. When the thing you want to tame attacks it, the pachy will release a gas that will make anything around lose all stamina. It’s a bug or a glitch or something, but I assure you it will make your target a “slow walker”. For a few minutes (at least, maybe forever) the raptor, terror bird, etc. will only be able to walk. It’s awesome! I tamed a max level terror bird this way at a really low level. (This was on mobile).
Want hide? Build a circle of spike walls around it and use the rage function. Sit back, grab some popcorn, and watch all the nearby creatures kill themselves.
Can you use its “mists” (idk what to call it) on mobile? I want to know if there worth taming (⬆️ if they can ⬇️ if they cant) ty!
Be warned, torpor drops pretty fast on these, and they have low torpor as well. Also, they eat bug repellent. No, seriously.
To the person who said can i use it's gas attack to KO dinos no u cannot it is only used to deaggro creatures.
Their "kibble" is bug repellent
While fishing, are you sick of all the fish being scattered? If you bring this dino near the shore or on a boat where fish are near by and use the aggro mist, it will aggro the fish to come right to you in a big crowd!
Where could I encounter one on ark mobile cause I really want one so I gathered a lot of berrys

The Pachyrhinosaurus is a herbivore with a unique ability to manipulate its enemies. This cunning dinosaur can emit two types of mists that manipulates most nearby creatures to be either passive or aggressive. This allows survivors to safely travel through a dangerous area or even herd a group of vicious creatures to use against an enemy. The Pachyrhinosaurus is slightly larger than the Triceratops, and wears a two-person saddle once tamed.
What does a Pachyrhinosaurus eat? In ARK: Survival Evolved, the Pachyrhinosaurus eats Bug Repellant, Crops, Mejoberry, Berries, Fresh Barley, Fresh Wheat, or Soybean, and Dried Wheat.
Translations: Pachyrhinosaure, Pachirinosauro, パキリノサウルス, 파키리노사우루스, Пахиринозавр, 厚鼻龙.
