You can farm electronics from the lamp posts in extinction in the city with a doedic or anky. You could also test with farm tools if you don't have farming dinos yet.

Someone said something similar to (you can not put L1k3 otherwise it say you are asking) if you do not have a chainsaw use a pick for harvesting tek Dino’s. If your pick is primitive do not. Simply tame a carno and harvest the tek Dino, I have a tek parasaur farm and that has been the most effective out of what I have tested.

Just go to genesis part 1 with a good giga go do the reaper king mission and on official you get about 2000 per run

Just kill tek animals. To be super efficient, make some electronics while farming tek dinos if you want
