Tested on the Island unofficial server. You can KO, collect the toxin, wait for them to wake up, and repeat the process to get as much as you need.

This should be a ingredient for some tranq dart kind of like the shock tranq darts. It would be cool to have a dart that gives targets mega rabies, kind of like the phenomenon dart

You can knock them out and 2 toxin will be in their inventory.

We should be able to use these like biotoxin or narcotics

On the island you can find them in caves, most notably in the carno cave.

This should be able to add on to shocking tranq darts to make super shocking tranq darts

You know how you can substitute polymer with organic polymer in every recipe? I wish this worked like a sub for biotoxin

You’ll find these guys in caves when diving for the Gorilla artifacts - while in those caves pop a rare flower to aggro everything and pull the Megalania out of the mesh/walls. Be sure you have a tanky Thylacoleo or Saber and you should be solid! They only drop 2 at a time so clear the cave, fly out of render distance and come back, repeat.

To obtain this go to rag and search the volcano parts near the shore. And there will be tons of megalanias.

If only one is in the cave you can KO it and let it wake up do it again and again till you have enough toxin

I like lizards and when I had to knock out / kill option, i may have tamed half of them after i taken their toxins

In rag go to highlands, north i think. There's lots of rheese guys, few allow and some Ovis. Not recommended settlement area, nothing you need to tame an ovis is near. Maybe I'm dumb, but I'll let the PT carry me to the sweet cake zone, and then Yada yada. The areas fine.
