I think they should be stronger as tames. Not their stats but what if their bite attack would decrease the targets speed so a Morreallatops couldn't just run away and their torpor damage is to low I'd say. Please make Thorny Dragon viable.
Up if you feel bad for my first thorny dragon, thorny who died and was snow colored with the most shiniest claws ever and had dark orange legs with dark orange scales and he took a long time to tame, he had the most cutest eyes you have ever seen. Goodbye, thorny😭
I hope his body decomposes or a carnivore eats his dead body of sadness before we can go on the 20 line on lost island.
Gathers wood fast and carries it at 1/5 weight stone is 1/2. Weak on the sides so if you really like this dino to patrol keep another dino with it to aid. Excellent at killing mantis to gathering organic polymer and chitin.
If you are going to tame one of these with no dinos, be sure to upgrade your movement speed and get tranqs. When you see it whip its tail forwards move to the right you will dodge the shots. This worked for me.
Thorny dragons are deadly to tame bc they spawn in groups of 2 and have tranquilizing venom in their needles. I recommend building a trap or placing some bear traps to then easily knock out and tame the large carnivore. Once tamed they act as good fighters, have a smithy saddle, tranq ballista of sorts, and most importantly: wood gatherer’s next I will be doing one of the following: reaper, rock drake, ravager, roll rat, karkinos
