Take a theri to the swamp and harvest the trees with the right click attack for pc. R2 for ps4. You will get 100s in under 5 minutes. Hope this helps!

These are a great food for mobile players since they provide 25 food, don’t spoil, and are fairly light. The reason I say only mobile players is that on mobile there are no negative effects.

You can sometimes get them in the Beaver huts. I’ve gotten a lot from them if you keep coming back

Not even gonna lie the therizino is bad at gathering shrooms I recommend the trike I have 3 stacks full of shrooms therizino is good for flowers tho

For mobile BRONTO IS BETTER, its large AOE easily get more mushroom and flower in less time, it's safer and collect lots of seeds and berry as well, also doing secondary attack of theri is headache in mobile

If you don’t have an anky, harvesting crystal with a pickaxe will give you some of these. Normally 3-5 a crystal. Used in certain kibble, but don’t eat them unless necessary - will make your vision hazy.

Eating these on old Ark mobile did nothing so you could just keep eating them as they game the same amount of hunger points as cooked meat, you would get a bunch of them from daily gifts.
