On ume and pc if you punch this the sound it produces is stone so it can be damaged by creatures who are able to damage stone. If you try to kill a giga using one good luck trying to get it to aggro onto the metal spike wall instead of you since it can walk over it, and it can also do 75 damage or more to stone structures per bite since it has a 0.15x multiplier against stone. (Level 1 can destroy one in 67 bites)

These can be damaged by any dino that can damage wood, since it produces a wood structure sound when punched.

for some reason on mobile the structure will not automatically update to "destroy" when it is damaged so when you place it down and its health is decreased just pick it up again, and place it down again.
