With the latest update to the Astraeos map, the maeguana can no longer jump when it is in the water, I don't know if it's a bug or they configured it so that it's no longer like that, but now it can't do its impulse jump in the water although it's a little faster now

Why does this have weight reduction on cake?

These tame exactly like maewings. They have low torpor and are knock outs with mutton or kibble. On Astraeos they spawn at roughly 28,8; 38,30; 25,50; 66,56. I have found them in those areas. They're very fast in the water and have no speed bar, they DO have a nursing effectiveness bar.

They work 100% identical to a Maewing, which is perfect opportunity for mass raising because we don't have Lost Island yet. Their nursing effectiveness is bound to the food stat. Combine with Gigantorapter and trivialize official rates.

If you use it to feed babies, you should put some preserving salt in it which makes food last longer. You can craft it with sulfur and salt

Pretty easy tame honestly. You can use a trap but you don’t have to. If you don’t use one you just got to keep track of where it flew off to. They calm down quite easily and their torpor is quite low. I usually use Ptera to chase it, some tranq arrows to knock it out, and some prime to tame it. If you’ve tamed a maewing, it’s nearly identical in terms of taming, usefulness, and abilities.
