To make Transponder Node, combine Polymer, Electronics, Crystal, Metal Ingot, and Cementing Paste for 3 seconds.
•You can make the Transponder Node & Transponder Tracker in a Fabricator.
•Place the transponder tracker in hotbar & attach the Transponder node to the Tracker.
•Enable crosshair.
•Take the tracker & aim at the dino you wanna keep a track on, and then click the right fire button (for mobile players). Your node is now attached to its body [If I'm not wrong, we can't see the transponder node on its body as a mobile player, idk why.]
•For tracking it, go far away and then click the left fire button. You'll now see how far the dino is from you, it's name, level & HP.
•✨There's no limit for how much times you wanna track it.
•The node is bit expensive in starting, but it's worth it. I have wasted many hours searching my Rhyniognatha, but this thing helped me a lot later on.
•1 Tracker is enough. You just need nodes to craft.
•✨The good thing is you can also attach the node to an untamed dino eg. Giga, Rhyniognatha, quetzal and get a track. [Note that if the untamed dino despawns since it's alone, then your node is also wasted].
•⚠️YOU CAN'T REMOVE THE NODE ONCE ATTACHED. You have to just destroy it. Go near the dino which has the node attached. Click on the menu wheel on right side, go to options & select 'destroy transponder node'. As usual, you'll get half the price in return (but a permanent polymer instead of organic🙃).
•⚠️One more drawback is, if you put the dino (the one which has a node attached) in a cryopod, the node is again destroyed automatically with no returns. So be cautious.
•I've seen many players using frequency while playing in pc. It's helpful to track a particular dino by entering only that frequency.
~I'll suggest to attach the node only on those whom you ride everytime/which gets lost often.
~For me, Rhyniognatha is the one, since it doesn't follow us even after whistling, stays in air, & swims back to water surface if we go deep riding it in the ocean.
~Also you can attach it to your harvesting creatures eg. Moschops, ankys, Castoroides, etc. to keep a track if put for wandering. But remember the drawbacks.
~I also use it on flyers whom I send to follow other creatures.
