To make Tek Bow, combine Metal Ingot, Cementing Paste, Element, Crystal, and Polymer in a Tek Replicator for 10 seconds. The Tek Bow unlocks at level 116 and requires 53 Engram Points.

This seems very expensive so I’ll help yall.
Metal, element and obsidian are all easily gathered by an anky. Just make sure to have an argy with a high weight to carry the anky and/or the materials.
Cementing paste can be gathered in the beaver dams. You get at least 100 cementing paste in every dam.
Finally, crystal can be gathered with a metal pickaxe, or a mining drill if you have one.
