To make Riot Chestpiece, combine Polymer, Silica Pearls, Hide, and Fiber in a Fabricator for 5 seconds. The Riot Chestpiece unlocks at level 98 and requires 40 Engram Points.
Good in the beginning of abberation when you don't have alot of metal in the green zone
Riot armor really isn't worth it. It may have really high armor (115 a piece), but it breaks really fast. It may be worth it to just... not use it. Also, it is the WORST for hyperthermal insulation, causing even players with high fortitude to overheat.
