Chapter Thirty Five

Jared flew straight at Angus, and there mounts began to fight. The Quetz after a time stabbed its beak into the Argies heart, killing it. Jared fell from the sky. He never thought he would die this way. A golden blur flashed. He looked down and saw himself on the back of the Griffin. The Griffin flew towards the Quetz at unbelievable speed. Jared timed it correctly, and jumped off and tackled Angus, sending them both through the air. They hacked at each other with swords, until the ground came. The Griffin had killed its opponent, and picked up Jared. Angus wasn't as lucky. He slammed into the ground, bones cracking. He writhed there in pain, and the pulled out a syringe, filled with liquid element. And then, he injected his self.
