The first people to wake up on the island weren’t much. They remembered a few things from their past lives, but didn’t dwell on them. They made a fresh start, new lives on the island. They built villages, tamed the wild beasts of the land, and lived their lives. It was peaceful, mostly, but they lacked order. The first generation of arrivals were disorganized and primitive. But eventually, they gave birth to the next generation. Not only new arrivals, but children who were born and lived their whole lives on the island. This is the story of the second generation.
