What are some stories about the procoptodon? Memorable procoptodon stories, wild encounters, and fan fiction.
Procoptodon Chronicles (Ch 12)
Roody couldn't hide her excitement. Was Redwing back? Had the human revived him? The Argy landed on the beach and Roody's joy faded. This wasn't Redwing. The new Argent was a much younger and much colder bird. While Redwing wasn't the greatest at being social, he at least attempted to be friendly. Corvi had no intrest in such things. She was a sleek, black bird who was vicious and took everything seriously. Any attempt to greet her was met with a glare. One night Red made the mistake of trying to curl around the sleeping Argy's leg and was immediatly crushed. Roody had just kicked the bird off of her small friend when the human arrived and immediatly broke up the squabble. After treating Red's injuries, the human moved Corvi to the Aviary pen with Tango and the Peligornis.
Procoptodon Chronicles (Ch 17)
"Roody! Behind you!" shouted Red. Roody looked back to see a pair of allos dashing down the side of the mountain, snatching up terror birds as they went. The carnivorous duo was focused on the birds until one of them spotted Roody. A procoptodon was good eating. There was definitely no way out for her now, but she had one last idea. She moved a little to the left and lined the survivor up with the two cliffs. "Hang on tight, Red," she shouted. "What does that mean?" The otter shouted in confusion. With what little energy she had left, Roody charged at the human and gave the strongest kick she could muster.
Procoptodon Chronicles (Ch 11)
Though the human had returned and most of the creatures found themselves back in their normal routines, Roody and Red remained in quiet greif for their friend. Most nights, Red had usually curled up around one of Redwing's legs, his wings sheilding her from the wind and rain. Now the little otter climbed into Roody's pouch for warmth. They were the last two of an odd trio, and they needed each other's friendship now more than ever. After about three days after the incident, the human began making preparations again. Roody didn't bother asking what the plan was. She had seen the survivor clean and pack Redwing's saddle. The human climbed onto White Fang the wolf's back, and set off. Red remained behind this time, to her and Roody's releif. They had finally started feeling like their old selves. The human returned the same day. Tango sqwuaked out her arrival as usual and Roody looked up. A large winged figure flew up high, silhouted by the sun behind it.
Roody the Great (Ch 5) (Don't worry! Action is coming. :>)
After a grand adventure with the human, Roody found herself happy to be back at the base. The little beach had become home to her, and she felt lonely without Redwing's dry sense of humor, or Red the otter's joyful personality, or the dodos endless chatter, or even occassional hisses from the carnivores. The survivor often went on adventures with Redwing, and little by little the beach began to fill up with new faces, including the surprisingly calm Trex, Roxanne. However, one day the base became frenzied. The survivor ran between structure, working at the fabricator or smithy and making weapons. Roody could tell she was preparing for something big.
Procoptodon Chronicles (Ch 18) [The End]
Through the crowd of terrorized terror birds and the growing danger of the allos, Roody watched as the survivor and Red flew through the air and just barely landed on the other cliff. She gave a sigh of relief. They would make it home. They would be okay. The survivor, bloody and bruised, pushed herself to her feet and stared sadly at Roody. Red scampered to the edge of the cliff and shouted Roody's name through sobs. With no energy left to run and the assurance that her best friend and her human were safe, Roody closed her eyes and whispered, "Goodbye," as the jaws of an allosaurus snapped shut around her. (All of the characters and events in this story are real and parts of my solo game. However, the ending is fantisized. That's right, Roody is still alive and kicking! Redwing, however, is actually dead (RIP my feathered friend ;-;) Anyways that's it for this story, but I'm already working on the next, this time from Corvi's point of view.~CL1
Roody the Great (Ch 6) [My thumbs are tired so this might be the last one for today~ CL1]
Roody hopped over to Redwing and tapped his wing. "What's going on?" she asked. Redwing sighed. "We're going to the tundra. The human wants to tame a Yutyrannus." Roody felt a twinge of excitement jump down her spine. She had never been to the tundra before. "When do we leave?" Redwing shook his head, "You're not going. Just me, Red, and the human." Roody's ears lowered. "Don't take it personal, kid. The human doesn't want to take all of her creatures. The tundra is dangerous. It's rare you make it back with everything you had before." Starting to understand the mood of the situation, Roody nodded and left Redwing alone.
They aren't called kangaroos because they're HISTORIC kangaroos. Different creature that became kangaroos years and years later, just the same as Sarcos aren't called alligators (I'm assuming alligator and not crocodile based on the snout.)
... hope this made sense to you, I tried lol.

Roody the Great (Ch 4)
Roody spent the next few days collecting berries, which was mainly what the human used her for, to her disappointment. She wanted to go and explore like she did when she was free. As if the human could read her mind, the next week, the human climbed on Roody's back (after 3 failed attempts and a few bites from Roody) and set off on an adventure. While Roody was happy to be seeing the world again, she was somewhat discouraged by the way the human ran her towards cliffs and pulled up on her ears so she would jump off. Every now and then the survivor would yell things like, "Yee-haw!" and, "Throw another shrimp on the barbie!" which Roody never understood. After seeing the swamps and the mountains and even the redwoods again, they headed home.
Roody the Great (Ch 3)
The human fitted the saddle onto Cliffjumper's back, patted her on the nose, and skipped away. "Welcome to the base," said a familiar voice. Cliffjumper looked at the argy from before, proud as ever. "Why am I here?" she asked, trying to push the saddle off of her back to no avail. "You belong to the human now. She calls you Roody. She calls me Redwing." The procoptodon tilted her head to the side. "You understand the human?" Redwing shrugged, "Only some things, like names." He pointed with his wing to the other creatures and called out their names. Roody shook her head. She wanted to leave, but she had a strange will to stay.
Roody the Great (Ch 2) (Part B, I accidently hit the submit button)
Her attention was drawn to whistling in the distance and she turned to see the survivor round the corner with a saddle in her hands. Remembering the tranq dart, Cliffjumper's first thought was to kick the survivor and run, but the taste of cake in her mouth held her back.
Roody the Great (Chpt. 1)
Cliffjumper looked up as a reptilian shreik rang through the air. A flicker of movement caught her eye. It was the body of a dead raptor rolling down the Hill towards her. Another flicker of movement above the Hill took her attention and she strained her eyes to see an Argentavis flying down towards her, a survivor on its back. The argy landed and gazed at her with cold and fearless eyes. It held its head up high proudly and perching its wings back with a deep voice said: "Sup." They both turned their heads and watched as the survivor tried to slide down the argy's back, tripped on the saddle and crashed to the ground. The argy rolled his eyes and grabbed the collar of her armor with his beak lifted her to her feet. Eye to eye with the survivor, Cliffjumper studied the clumsy human. The human took one look at her and reached for her rival. Instinctivley, Cliffjupmer sent the survivor hurtling into a rock, but not before she shot a tranq dart at Cliffjumper.
Procoptodon Chronicles (Ch 16)
With few options left, Roody launched two terror birds off the cliff behind the human, making a path to her. "Get to the human!" She shouted to Red. The otter made a beeline for the human and managed to scramble up her leg without being caught. Roody fought herself closer to the human, who had taken down the thyla and was cutting her way through terror birds. The cliff behind them dropped into the swamp, but the gap wasn't to large before it reached another cliff on the opposite side. The birds had begun to swarm again. There was no way she could jump out of this. The ground suddenly began to rumble. All the commotion had drawn the attention of something big.
Procoptodon Chronicles (Ch 15)
The thylacoleo that had pounced on the human snapped at her neck. The human swung her sword but failed to hit her attacker and the blade slipped from her hand. Roody rushed to help the human, but was tackled to the ground. She lifted her head to see a troop of terror birds leering over her. Red squeaked frantically and hid in Roody's pouch as the procoptodon tried to fend off the attackers. She kicked one in the face and scrambled to her feet, launching another across the pond. The last bird dodged her attack and continued to peck as three more birds appeared. Roody could see more reinforcements coming from the hills. She couldn't fight them all. She looked back. The human had managed to push the thyla off of her and grab her sword again. If she finished with the cat, the birds would take her on next. She would be overpowered eventually.
Procoptodon Chronicles (Ch 10)
Roody learned the details of Redwing's death through the gossip of the lady dodos and what Red could say through sobs. The human did find a Yutyrannus, but as she was tranqulizing it, it died. The human went down with Redwing to investigate, but the second she dismounted, the Argy was attacked by a Direwolf, the same wolf that killed the Yuty and that she had brought home. The human had tried to save Redwing, but was quickly surounded by Daeodons. By the time she had fought her way through them, it was too late. The stubborn old bird refused to fly off without the human's command, and was killed for his loyalty.
