Out of her anger Lighted poison almost stomped the human flat with her huge talons that had some weird feather on it. She went outta the cave to go back to the trench or somewhere... “ why does these ice mountians need to be THIS cold?“ She growled wile tacacheio ( its hard to remember name even for me) was climbing up on THAT STUPID SADDLE THAT THIS SON OF A BADGER PUT ON. “Who are you?” Says a light colored ice wyvern.

“ Just passing by.” Lightedpoison sighs showing her ice wyvern inheritance on her face. “ A hybrid wyvern? Got some voidwyrm in your wings- wait your a queen wyvern?” He says pointing at her pink and blue skull. “ unfortunately yes, im Lightedpoison. You?” “ Im Hace.” He replies. “ Well… Hace… any idea for the way to the trench?” Lightedpoison asks. “ I go there almost everyday thanks to a rat of a wyvern called Frayar.” Hace says. “Imma have to escort you there because weird things been happening lately.” He goes on. “ what?” Lightedpoison asks.

Chapter 14

Then the wyverns heard huge footsteps. The footsteps of a giganotosaurus. “Giganotosaurus!” Yelled a warrior. “I’ll deal with the giganotosaurus. Kill as many humans as possible, warriors.” Said the Queen. The giga roared at the Crystal queen when he had spotted her. The Queen set the giga on fire and ripped his tale off. The giga roared in pain as he was bleeding to death. The giga tried to bite the Queen’s wing, but the Queen has already bitten his neck, therefor killing it. “The giga is dead!” Screamed a survivor. “SEND OUT THE REX ARMY!” Yelled a human warrior. “Everyone, back to the town square!” Yelled the Queen. Once everyone had gotten to the town square, they could see 5 rexes... then 10, 15, and then 20 rexes. “They have a rex army coming for us. Ready to destroy a army, warriors?” Said Queen. Then, the horrible happened. They saw a yutyrannus courage roaring the rexes. “There’s a yutyrannus!” Yelled a wyvern warrior.

Chapter 12

The Queen was planning a attack on the kingdom the survivor had spoken about. “We should attack this kingdom tomorrow.” Said the Queen. She then called three warriors to her palace. “We are going to attack the this human kingdom the survivor had spoken about. Prepare the other warriors.” Said the Queen. After she said that the warriors then flew away to prepare the other warriors. The next day they had started flying to attack the kingdom. “Be prepared, warriors.” Said the Queen

Chapter 10

They had been flying for hours now. They had finally reached the survivor’s base. “We have made it to the survivor’s base. Ready to destroy?” Said the Queen. She had brought 2 tropical wyverns, 3 ember wyverns, and 2 blood wyverns. The survivor exited the small base, which looked more to be a outpost. The Queen landed right behind him, and he was pushed away. The Queen roared, signaling the other wyverns to attack. “We have caught you now, survivor.” Said the Queen. “No more humans on Crystal isles for now, after your dead.” Said the Queen. “What do you mean, no more survivors left? Surely you have not destroyed the kingdom yet.” Said the survivor. “What kingdom do you speak of?” Asked the Queen. “The kingdom in the desert. Surely you have already seen it.” Said the survivor. “Now you die here. My heirs saw you escorting things somewhere. Now we will stop that.” Said the Queen. Then the Queen quickly killed the survivor.

Chapter 23

The wyverns killed the giganotosaurus first, as they were the biggest threat. After killing those, they killed the rexes and crocodiles are they approached them. The battle field was filled with blood and corpses. Then the gates to the castle opened and the king, who was on a giganotosaurus, approached them. “This chaos ends here, beasts.” Said the king. “You’ve caused so much damage this kingdom is already destroyed.” Said the king. The king was skilled with his giganotosaurus. He had managed to kill the crystal wyvern army within minutes. “How is my army already dead?” Said the Queen. “This ends here, Crystal Queen.” Said the king. The giganotosaurus bit the Queen’s entire body, and the Queen ate the king. The Queen never thought she would die. Not like this, atleast. Everything went black, and she was in another body.

Chapter 21

When they got to the kingdom, they had catapults ready to shoot wyverns out of the sky. The wyverns destroyed those first before they could fire them. “They’re back!” Said a survivor. “Send everything at them!” Said a warrior. “They are going to send everything they have at us, get ready to be swarmed with rexes.” Said the Queen. Then everything started coming after them. Sarcosuchus, kaprosuchus, pteranodons, rexes, giganotosaurus, yutyrannus, quetzals, daedons, and argentavis. The wyverns set their focuse on the argentavis, pteranodons, and quetzals because they could fly. 5 quetzals attacked the Queen, but she easily killed them, the pteranodons and argentavis just came in a big group, which was a mistake because a few ember wyverns set one on fire and the rest got caught on fire.

Chapter 18

The Queen wondered if there had been any more kingdoms in different places. Maybe there was a kingdom in the aberration, the huge scorched desert, or maybe even in the ocean. She then decided to call a heir to her palace. “Go scout the kingdom, we need to know how badly damaged their kingdom is. If they are very badly damaged, we can finish them.” Said the Queen. “I’ll do it, Queen.” Replied the heir. The heir then proceeded to fly to the kingdom. Then, a alarm went off. “What have they sent this time?” Wondered the Queen as she flew to fight whatever was trying to attack.

Chapter 13

They landed at a spot near the kingdom. “I see... Dire wolves, Dire bears, Carnotaurus, Rexes, and... a fox cat thing?” Said a warrior. “Who knows what the cat fox thing is.” Said another warrior. “Yea, who knows what that thing is.” Said a third warrior. “Stop with the fox cat thing, please. We are going to attack now.” Said the Queen. They started flying to attack the kingdom. They had caught a few humans off guard and killed them and the fox cat thing. Suddenly, a bell went off. “They are calling in their warriors!” Roared the Queen. They had been in the center of the kingdom, killing everything they sent at the wyverns. “Send a giga!” Screamed a survivor.

Chapter 11

They were deciding whether to go scout the kingdom the survivor had talked about, or head back home. “We should have a few of us escort the Queen back home and the other few scout the kingdom.” Suggested a blood wyvern. “That seems like a good idea.” Said the Queen. “We shall do that then.” Agreed the Queen. As the Queen and her wyverns were flying through the blood swamp, they spotted many creatures. Spinosaurus, sarcosuchus, kapro suchus, and rarely leeches. Hours later they had made it back to the palace.

Chapter 9

As the Queen was waiting for the return of heirs, since it had been hours since they left. Finally they had arrived. “What have you discovered?” Said the Queen. “His base is small... like a outpost. And we didn’t find any of the creatures that have joined him.” Said the heirs. “What? That makes no sense... where could the creatures and the survivor himself be?” Said the Queen. “He has been there for a while now, though. Maybe he is waiting for something?” Said the heirs. “Maybe he is.” Said the Queen. “We could go there around this time and kill the survivor.” Said the Queen.

Lupus walked through the cramped passageways with the others,

All he could see in the darkness was the faint blue glow of his direwolf's eyes just ahead.

Suddenly he heard the wolf yelp in pain and a splash of luminous sky-blue liquid splashed onto the floor, in the eerie light of the liquid he could see the wolf was pinned against the floor by a large gray megalosaurus, the megalosaur's fangs were covered in the pale blue liquid, Lupus bit at the creature's tail, and it turned to face him, dropping the wolf on the ground.

Lupus inhaled all of the water in the air around him, the tunnel was filled with a distinctive whistling sound as he released the air, then he contracted the glands in his ice sac, squirting liquid nitrogen into it, opening his mouth wide, he shot a beam of supercooled mist and icicles at the megalosaur, it hit it in the arm, quickly the liquid nitrogen entered its bloodstream from the icicle wounds, the ice crept up from it's arm and across it's body, freezing the entire creature in place, as the blood froze solid in it's veins, until the entire creature was frozen.

Standing on his wings and tail, Lupus blasted it with explosive blue flames to be sure it was completely dead.

When lightedpoison fell asleep Tacacheio managed to put a saddle on her. “ I will find wyvern eggs for taming, and make my own tribe.“ she told herself. Lightedpoison growled in her sleep she woke up. Looking around as menacing as she could to find tacacheio, she sniffed some meat she had set out to tae her and ate it and started to walk out the cave. “ Did i eat that thing in my sleep?“ Lightedpoison hoped. Then tacacheio just HAD to pop out then onto her back! “HOW DID YOU PUT THIS ON ME?!?!“ Lightedpoison roared.

Lightedpoison was angry at a puny human who took her in... before they found her laying in the ice mountians Lightedpoison was going after Luna: the tropical wyvern who could breath blue fire. Well, Lightedpoison could do all the cool ones. Black, white, blue- you get the point. She sighed almost knoking the poor human down. “ DONT YU DARE PUT THAT PILE OF FOX CRUD ON MEH.“ Lightedpoinson roared at that human. “ my name is tacacheio you ungratful lizard.“ tacacheio says. HOW DARE SHE SAY THAT?! “ I AM A QUEEN YOU MOUSE-BRAIN! THREE MOONS I WILL EAT YOU!“ Lightedpoison thinks. She rubbed her talon on a dirty spot on her skull. Leaving its pink and blue colors on it. Tacacheio gave her some prime fish meat. “ I see your bribing me into your flipping pet.“ Lighted poison smirked. Her eye that had a weird thing in it started to hlow a redlike guester that made her unconfortable. “ this is my eye for my corrupted wyvern blood.“ she told tacacheio just so she wouldnt tell another wyvern for when she escapes. Tacacheio luckuly did not know that scentence in wyvern-speak, plus that would be startilingly random for a human. Expeshaly when they are supposed to be extinct for crying out loud. Ergo, Lightedpoison had to deal with this chum even though she ate her food that was givven to her as... Gratitude? She just did not know.

The wyverns. Chapter 2:

Emerald: female ember wyvern, 8 year old

Nautilus: male water wyvern, 9 year old

Hailstorm: male ice wyvern, 8 year old

Droplet: female blood wyvern, 10 year old

As Hailstorm and Emerald watched Fury burn, Hailstorm looked over at Emerald, she looked like she regretted burning Fury, but she did it to save him. They heard more wing beats, “ how are we supposed to get out of here?” He asked “with my broken wing, it’s impossible…”. Emerald looked at him and smiled “ oh no it’s not!” She picked him up by his wing stalks with her talons. As they lifted into the air, the ember wyvern patrol caught them trying to escape. “THATS AN ICE WYVERN! GET THEM!” One of the guards roared, all the guards chased after them, Emerald looked worn out all ready because Hailstorm was a little bigger then her. Hailstorm turned his head and blasted frost-breath at them, it hit one of the guards wings and he plummeted through the air into the forest. The patrol went to check on the guard and Emerald and Hailstorm were able to get away. Emerald and Hailstorm crashed onto a beach. While Emerald gasped for air as Hailstorm winced and roared in pain as his wing hit the ground. “That-was-a-close one!” Emerald said while gasping, “again” Hailstorm said. A few hours later they caught some more deer and rested. Emerald fell asleep first, as Hailstorm looked at the beautiful wyvern he thought about what had happened. First he was flying around then all the sudden he was kidnapped by rock drakes, then he managed to escape them and fly away from them, then he crash landed and met Emerald who had helped him in multiple ways. He soon fell asleep. When he woke up Emerald had left him a deer, he looked around for Emerald and saw that she was being held down by a water wyvern. Hailstorm instantly sat up and roared, the water wyvern looked at him and Hailstorm saw his calm face, he was bigger then Emerald, but Emerald got the idea. She kicked the water wyvern hard in the stomach, the water wyvern roared and gasped as she knocked the air out of him. She pushed him off of her and pinned him down, Hailstorm limped over and hissed at the water wyvern “Who are you?!” He said in a threatening voice “Well this is an odd way to introduce each other” he said with a smug face “ well I’m Nautilus, just so every one knows” “and?” Emerald asked “ why are you here?” “I was just going for a swim and I saw you trying to catch fish, and that would be stealing from our kingdom sooo…” he said smugly. Hailstorm remembered that the ember kingdom and the water kingdom were right next to each other, he looked over at Emerald, she had a “oh shoot I forgot this was water territory” look on her face. “Oh ya right…uh…sorry…” she said oddly “ oh it’s no problem to me” Nautilus said “but your have to explain that to king Eel” “are you saying your taking us to your kingdom?” Hailstorm hissed, ready to blast his face with frost-breath if he said yes. “Well not exactly,” Nautilus said “but they will” he nodded his head at three other water wyverns standing in the water, all with aggressive, snarling faces that looked like they were ready to blast them with boiling water. “Oh shoot” Emerald said. Hailstorm instantly blasted frost-breath at the guards and one of them blasted boiling water at him. Instantly the area filled with steam, Hailstorm felt a talon grab him, he snarled but then felt it had warm scales, he realized it was Emerald. She pulled him through the steam and they hid behind a bush. When the steam cleared the water wyverns, even Nautilus, had no idea where they went. “ we must report to king Eel” one of the guards said “we must leave a guard or two here to keep watch” “I can do it” Nautilus said “yes but can we trust you?…” one of the guards said suspiciously, “ I’m a loyal guard to king Eel and queen Moray” Nautilus said, looking offended “fine, but if we catch you talking with them again instead of bringing them back to the kingdom, then you’ll have serious consequences…” the guard said darkly. They all dove into the water beside Nautilus and waited till they were gone, then he yelled, “ok, you can come out now!” Nautilus looked at the bush Emerald and Hailstorm were in. Emerald looked at Hailstorm and stood up. “Well? Why aren’t you bringing us to your kingdom?” She said in a teasing voice. Hailstorm stood up and Nautilus said “well I can’t let you guys die can I?” He said. ”uh-“ Emerald looked confused “Well we’re outa here…” Hailstorm said shortly, “oh but you guys can’t leave!” Nautilus said, throwing his wings up in the air “not my new friends, besides, every one thinks I’m a traitor to the kingdom, and it gets quite tiresome” he yawned. “Um-excuse us real quick” Emerald said quickly, she pushed Hailstorm into the bush they were hiding in. “Can we trust this guy?” “How should I know?!” Hailstorm said “he seems-“ “not like a typical guard?” Hailstorm finished her sentence “well-yes” “well, let’s do it”…

Draconis tales chapter 41

Searching for hidden entrances into the mountain, Obsidian noticed a patch of wall with lumps of silvery silvery gray in it, seeing the others, she said "I think this wall is made of lead, which melts at an extremely low temperature, it could join up with the tunnels on the other side of we melt it"

"Maybe" Amethyst said, "let's find out" said Bluefeathers.

Filling her flame sac, Obsidian scraped her back teeth together and a massive burst of flames exploded out of her throat and hit the wall, slowly, the silver lumps in the walls started to melt into runny shiny fluid.

After it had all melted, Obsidian closed her mouth and stopped the flames, the molten lead soon pooled into depressions in the ground.

Obsidian hit her tail against the remaining stone parts of the wall, smashing them inwards.

Behind was a dark tunnel, she could hear the scampering feet of small animals, and catch the occasional glimpse of a nearly transparent white tail or pair of reddish pink eyes, picking up a dead branch with her tail, she lit it with a small spark, in the light, she could see the unusual creatures,

albino diplocaulus with skin so pale and thin that she could see their veins and capillaries, megalania with no eyes, bats with transparent wings, and all manner of odd arthropods.

Draconis tales chapter 47

Continuing through by the ghostly light of the direwolf's bloodstained fur,

Lupus and the others found that eventually the caves started to widen out until they were cavernous chambers filled with massive brightly glowing crystals in every shade of

Aquamarine, cyan, turquoise, sky blue, sapphire, acid green, emerald, pink, lavender, burgundy, scarlet, crimson, purple, black, sunset orange, ginger, flame red, gold, carnelian, garnet, ruby, and yellow, and some that were every colour together in kaleidoscopic spirals and streaks.

The pink crystals started to flash brightly as Amethyst went past them, on the floor of the cave there were plants of all sorts growing from the light of the crystals, even many stunted trees and shrubs, and between them skipped shinehorns glowing in the same rainbow hues as the crystals,

Inside the many small ponds there were smaller crystals that glowed through the water and cast colourful reflections on the ceiling and walls, Amethyst's crystals glowed brightly from the crystal aura in the air, and many tiny pink lights to danced around them and flickered out of his purple eyes.

Bluefeathers and the others continued past the old human houses.

Occasionally huge primal crystals stuck our of the walls or ceiling and they would have to squeeze underneath them to get through,

Eventually Glowyrm ran out of charge and they had to feel their way along, Amethyst was especially good at moving without light, and she soon heard he was quite far ahead of them.

'it must be something to do with his crystals' she thought,

Eventually even Bluefeathers, who was used to massive caves,

Thought the tunnels would never end, but they were gradually sloping up, and Amethyst had said that the crystal queen's lair was half a mile high, so it would likely take a while.

Walking further through the caverns,

It started to get so dark that Bluefeathers was relying entirely on touch to navigate.

"We should be nearly there" Amethyst called from up ahead.

They continued walking on through the caves, using Glowyrm for light now that the torch had burnt out.

Bluefeathers noticed that the caves were getting darker and darker as they went along. They barely seemed to be used by heirs, occasionally they found a dead one that had been thrown down there by the others,

but mainly those were eaten by the animals.

There was also evidence of civilisation, but not draconic civilisation,

some caves had miniscule crumbling doorways,

And inside there were relics of a tiny long-lost civilisation,

Clay pottery, metal or stone tools, and small figurines of animals, all small enough to hold in one talon,

And in some these caves there were pictures drawn in berry juice or animal blood, some depicted animals and dragons,

While others were unusual two legged creatures with willowy limbs and odd little faces with tiny noses and fur like a managarmr on top that grasped long spears or knives in their front talons and sat on the backs of animals.

"These look like the dwellings of a strange extinct creature called "humans" Amethyst said,

"I've heard stories about those" Obsidian said. "They say that they used to come to the wyvern's homes and take their eggs and raise them as their own then teach them to carry them on their backs"

"Strange" Bluefeathers replied. "Rock drakes have similar stories, and sometimes, if you go far enough into the caverns, you can find a sort of artificial caves made of wood or stone only ever a few times larger than a rock drake with things just like this inside"
