Stories Tips

What are some stories about the raptor? Memorable raptor stories, wild encounters, and fan fiction.
So my first tame in a new game was a blue raptor named azure, I wanted to keep him until I leveled up and made a colony or something. Unfortunately, while hunting with him he ended up getting caught by a female rapture and dying. I ended up taming her, so she could carry on his memory. RIP azure

I was playing ark mobile and I was not high level for tranq arrows so I was in early game when I got an acsendent slingshot from a free gift. Next day I see a level 90 raptor with good stats and bola it. The acsendent slingshot DESTROYED its torpor and I tamed it up and named it DA RAP. My best current Dino. Slingshot is op
I had a raptor named sanic. He was the first raptor I ever tamed and he was absolutely awesome he was with me when I attempted to find an artifact. One time I brought him to the swamp to get my stuff after I died so I can get my stuff back. We fought bravely and I got knocked out by a snake and he fought to protect my body and he fought to his very last breath protecting me. He died in the line of duty. Rip sanic
Story time!!
So, I have a raptor named Aaron, he is a champion to me, not only was he the first raptor I had tamed (I also take a raptor to be him in every game), but I was collecting berries, I was murudred by a Alpha raptor, I started freaking out thinking of God, Arron's dead, bur when I got there, I saw a very bloody Aaron with a alpha Raptors dead body beside him (Why he didn't eat any of these is because he aint a canniable I guess lol) and the Alpha's team of doctors behind him, and I was just, jaw dropped, like- W o a h-
Tribute to Aaron the champ
If I get high up on the list Ill do some more stories, I might do them anyways
I had a raptor named Swift and I was a busy person in single player so me and Swift went out to hunt and then out of nowhere a pack of 3 raptors attacked and Swift breathed his last breathe and I got knocked off of Swift and I died with him R.I.P Swift ~Comment Created on: 2020 Wednesday October 21 7:04 am
So when before I tamed a raptor I hated raptors. I have before had many incidents with raptors. One time I was trying to tame a parasaurus, so I went with my lower level parasaur. And her name was Dede. So I saw a higher level parasaur and I went to tame it. And I left Dede behind but I did not go that far. And I look back and there is a raptor fighting Dede. I tried to help but it was too late. The raptor died but, so did Dede. May we please have a moment of silence for Dede. You will never be forgotten Dede. I even set a gravestone where she died. She was one of the first dinosaurs that I tamed.
One time me my parasaur (Travis) my raptor and my 3 dilo’s were out trying to find the legendary “herbivore island” by going on the shoreline. We were dominating anything that came our way, but then out of nowhere 6 small raptor things (forgot what they are called) knocked me off Trevor and knocked me out, I thought I was a goner but my raptor and dilos jumped in to save me! They killed every last one and minutes later I was back on my feet. Later unsuspectedly 3 high leveled raptors appeared (one of them tech) and they killed 2 of my dilos after knocking me off Trevor. We put up a good fight but I died and then they finished off Trevor and the rest of the gang. Rip for Trevor and the gang.

Chapter 14-
"Hello?" Tealfeather asked croakily.
"Oh, you're awake!" said a voice from outside
Teal barely had time to help in surprise before an enthusiastic looking raptor stooped below some of the lower-hanging branches and stepped into the veiw of Teal.
"You're probably... a little confused." said the new raptor, tipping his head to the side.
*You bet I am,* thought Teal, but the power of speech seemed to have left her.
"I'm Ace, healer-in-training for my clan," the raptor began proudly. His skin was a dark tan, and his feathers were the same colour as his eyes: a deep shade of green that reminded Teal of ferns . "You... fell off a cliff and into some rough waters over there. If you don't remember, part of your leg was crushed by a rock. If you don't recognise me, it's not your fault, there's nothing wrong with your head. I'm... not one of you." He trailed off, looking down.
"Anyway," he started, back to his cheerful attitude, "I have to go back to my nest for the night, but I'll see how you're doing in the morning."
It *did* seem to be night. No light
He ducked under the branches at the entrance.
"Oh, and by the way," Ace added, poking his head around the corner, "if you see a grouchy old raptor around here, that's Rain. He's the tribe's healer. Try and be nice to him. It's not easy though," he added in a playful whisper. And with that, he left Teal to be alone with her thoughts. *Who* is * Ace? What did he mean when he said he wasn't one of me? And he seemed to hesitate when he told me I'd fallen. Is there-* Teal swallowed *- Is there something he's not telling me?*
A night of dreamless and deep sleep was succeeded by morning. Well, Teal felt that it ought to be morning, but there was still no light being cast through the branches that made a roof over her. She was just about to settle down for some more sleep, despite being well-rested, when a raptor she didn't know - but who looked vaguely familiar - stepped through the entrance. He looked grumpy - partly because he had dull navy feathers and blue-gray skin that gave him a gloomy look. "The name's Rain." he said gruffly, addressing Teal. "Ace'll be in in a minute."
And with that, he left.
*Not a very lively fellow,* Teal thought. She giggled as she remembered what Ace had told her last night. *I'll* try *to be nice to him,* her mind reasoned, *I just doubt I'll get very far.*
"Hello?" called a familiar voice from outside the door.
"Come in!" Teal called to Ace.
"Ah! She speaks at last!" he said happily, ducking below the branches at the entrance. "How are you going?"
"Good enough, a bit stiff though." replied Teal.
"That's good. Do you-" he hesitated "- Do you remember what happened?"
Teal began to shake her head, but all of a sudden, the memories hit her with the force of the blow to her leg.
"I do." she replied shakily, he eyes wide.
Ace began to say something, but Teal's mind was spinning and she didn't even hear him speak.
"I have to get back." she interrupted. "I need to get back to my clan. I need to find my brot-" *half brother* "-my brother."
Teal attempted to stand up, but her leg could barely support her weight and collapsed under her. She let out a small whimper of pain.
"Well, you're not going anywhere with that leg." Ace said evenly, as if he was used to this. He could be, Teal reasoned. "Did you mention a 'clan'?" he asked, sounding genuinely intrigued, although Teal guessed he was just trying to distract her.
"My clan. They need me. We have a healer, I'll be fine with her. My older brother is there and he must be terrified."
"Your clan sounds an awful lot like my tribe. We thought all the other raptors were dangerous rouges. You're... in reality, you're just like us."
He stopped, and sounded deep in thought.
"I have an idea" said Ace abruptly.

Chapter 4-
The sun beat down on Tealfeather's skin. Slowly she pried open her eyes. A barren, sandy landscape stretched out as far as her keen eyes could see. A group of slow, lumbering creatures shuffled across her field of vision. Whatever plants there were were small and tough-looking. A small patch of spiky, tall, green plants stood a little away. Driven by a fierce hunger that had developed while she was unconscious, she took off toward the slow dinosaurs and pounced on the smallest of the group. It bellowed in pain, much like a parasaur, and tried to shake her off. Tealfeather hung on and bit another creature who was charging at her. It whimpered and fled, and Teal dug her claws deeper into the one she had injured initially. It collapsed, not quite dead. The others, seeing there was nothing they could do for the injured creature, fled at a particularly slow pace. Tealfeather could be caught them if she wanted to. She quickly finished off the prey and tore off a large chunk of meat. Liquid trickled from the creature. *Water!* Teal gratefully drank, realising just now how thirsty she was. The water was stored in the creature's hump. It was a good survival strategy. She ate most of the prey, but kept a leg for the rest of the clan. *The rest of the clan...* Teal realised she had no idea where the rest of the clan was. *poor Bronzefeather,* she thought, *he must be FREAKING out.* Tealfeather put the leg down and looked at her surroundings. A minute's walk away was a grove of trees. Maybe the rest of the clan were there. She picked up her prey and started walking in the direction of the trees. There was a bloodcurdling scream from somewhere behind her.
Tealfeather stopped in her tracks. She knew that voice. "Bronze!" she screamed, dropping the prey and running in the direction of the screaming. Bronzefeather was on the ground, being attacked by a flock of Terror Birds. Without thinking, Teal ran headfirst into the battle, knocking two of the birds aside. She chased the last, biting at it until it ran for its life. Bronze had picked himself back up, and was desperately trying to fight off the remaining two terror birds. Tealfeather pounced on one, snapping its neck in a single, smooth movement. She leapt off the corpse of the first bird and ran to help Bronze with the last. As she watched, he knocked it to the ground and bit down on its neck in a killing blow.
The pair stood panting for a while, recovering from the battle. Teal had sustained a few minor wounds, but Bronzefeather was in much worse shape. He was covered in small cuts and blood was flowing freely from a deep gash on his shoulder. "What... was that... about?" Asked Tealfeather.
"I came to find you," he said, as though That was a perfectly rational though to act upon.
Tealfeather sighed and sat down.
"Did you just abandon the rest of the camp?" She asked, appalled.
"Maaaaybe. But I know where they are! Just over there." he replied, pointing to the vast expanse of desert opposite the grove of trees.
As much a Teal was mad at him, she couldn't help thinking that information was quite useful. While they had been talking, Bronze had helped himself to the leg of the odd creature Tealfeather had killed earlier. She grabbed one of the terror birds by its broken neck and motioned for Bronze to do the same. "Show us the way." Teal mumbled around a mouthful of feather.
These bastards are good first tames for beginners. They are easy to tame, fast, good mounts, and they have this new skin! I had tones of raptors, but when I leveled up more, I was able to tame better creatures, so I killed them all. But now I want one to use the 50 skins I have. Wish me luck even though I don’t need it! (I’m level 100!)
Literally, you can just punch it unconscious and if you have a bola, it’s even easier buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut it’s even possible to punch these guys unconscious without a bola if you have the health for it if you have the bravery for it if you’re even stupid enough for it, I punched out A level 145 yeah, right I was so low health after that and I have like 1K Health after I punched the 145 unconscious, I tamed it cooooool right???
Guess what? I EVEN PUNCHED A FREAKING LEVEL 150 RAPTOR AWSOME and it tamed at LEVEL 225? PERFECT TAAAAAAME super rare!

Chapter 4
From the start, Ember knew something was wrong.
There were prints along the ground. Big prints.
Yutyrannus prints - outside of their natural habitat far north - accompanied by the tracks of a few smaller creatures they decided were the minions this Yutyrannus brought along. Kage was well aware of the power of the Yutyrannus’s call, sending enough intimidation to rally smaller carnivores to their side.
“Oh shoot!” Swiftfoot yelped in panic. Even he realized what this all meant. Ember dashed ahead of them. “We seriously need to get to the camp. C’mon!” She then rushed off into the darkness.
“No kidding, detective.” Pernelle muttered before following after.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The camp where the group resided consisted of ruins of a stone structure, as well as natural resources and light sources salvaged from dead sapiens. In the center of the camp, where the floor was flat, stood a Yutyrannus with glistening white feathers and steel plates on her back, sides, and legs which served as armor. She was accompanied by three Allosaurs, their eyes all turned yellow to show they were under her control.
Behind one of the walls, a brown Baryonyx, a Troodon, and a Purlovia hid out of sight.
The Yutyrannus’s silverish-blue eyes burned into the crimson-gray male Carnotaur she conversed with, who stood firmly without breaking.
“Deriving from all evidence procured from the scene, three low-liver Saurs were involved in the destruction of the Arc Camp.. I presume these may be those youthful acquaintances of yours, Venator.”
The Yutyrannus was Yvennia Frigidfall, one of the intimidating and ferocious commanders of the Bane Empire’s military and almighty sovereign over her northern territory - an entire mountain known as Winter’s Mouth. She was careful to ensure absolutely every single outbreak all over the Island was personally investigated and monitored, and she had no need to worry about threats, for she was almost completely unmatched, having never known defeat against attackers of all kinds… except against a few.
“I know of their hunger for freedom, Yvennia. Like the last incident, I’ll control it.”
The carnotaur was Venator, a decorated war veteran and a caretaker of orphaned Saurs on the south keystone islet. He became a vigilante in the local area, and outbreaks were scarce. If it weren’t for his key role in the preventing of outbreaks against the Bane Empire, Yvennia would’ve killed him on the spot. She had another resolution on her mind.
“They snuck out when you least expected it, Venator. They destroyed the entire camp, killed many new recruits off,” Yvennia snarled. “Thus, I require you to turn in the Saur responsible for this mess.. before it promotes more riots islandwide.”
“You know I cannot do that. At the very least, I could turn myself in,” Venator responded.
“You FOOL. You are astoundingly important to the security in this little radius.”
The towering Yutyrannus heaved a sigh, handing Venator a tiny TEK device. “If you happen to change your mind, contact me within 48 hours.”
Then she and her soldiers departed, leaving Venator in conflict.
