Ian was in the farthest bed, with his twin sister Tera, his mom Rai, and his dad Elk, watching his vitals and whispering softly. Suddenly, a fully grown black reaper rushed in and nuzzled the wyvern. (If you’ve read Grim Reapers then you know who this!) “Really Talon? You’re gonna regret it later.” Tera hissed. “He told me to visit him, and I just had to.” The reaper’s silky voice answered. Ian twitched and muttered strange things. “I’ll let you handle him.” Talon vanished as quickly as he had appeared, and the wyverns all growled deeply. “I wish that black devil never came here.” Elk sighed. “Who?” Ian breathed. The wyverns looked at one another, and replied, “Talon.” “What’s…what’s my new role?
