I joined a random server and found the arena and then a tribe with Rex’s and stuff summoned it I sneaked in behind them they lost but I managed to kill it by looting the dead bodys 😂

Heres a tip FOR ALL THE PEOPLE SAYING YOU CAN FORCETAME IT IN THE ARENA- if u go into the bosses arena and forcetame it.... you'll be stuck there forever bc the boss gotta die in order for u to leave. :)

Every boss even the manticore is weak to the command called ForceTame

Bring around 6-7 or more rexs and when it lands everyone get around it and trap it. Deathworms will come and knock u back but just keep moving forward slowly so u dont get pushed out. Even when the rock golems come don't stop hitting it. Goodluck boys :)

Change the number to change the lvl :)

Ladies and gentlemen. Overseer beaten alpha, manticore beaten yesterday alpha. Abbreviation here I come.

STOP SAYING REXES, wyverns are the way to go because you can attack him even when he is not landed and the death worms cannot do anything to you.

When fighting the manticore a good strategy is bring in high level Rex's with good saddles and circle the manticore it then becomes pinned allowing you to kill it without it flying all around .... watch out for the poison it shoots at you though it will kill you off your mount like the poison wyvern ..

Call the greeks to tame this beast

It's low on hps when golems come

Just don’t run away otherwise you will get backstabbed because it is so fast

Widely considered the easiest boss, the manticore is the guardian of scorched earth. The manticores health hardly, if at all, changes with each difficulty, but the only modifiers on the difficulty’s is how much damage it does and it’s damage resistance. Gamma has 1x resistance, beta has 2x resistance, while alpha has 4-5x resistance to damage. It summons death worms and rock elementals through the battle. If you are using wyverns, which you can now breed for mutations, you don’t really need to worry about the two creatures. But if you are using Rexs or other land creatures, then you need to deal all of the damage to kill it once it summons the elementals. It isn’t really a hard fight.

Bring a gas mask to avoid getting killed of knocked off your tame

All you need is to use the command SummonTamed Manticore_Character_BP_C

You can’t tame it but oddly enough if u force tame it on ragnarok a message pops up saying the manticore has been tamed.

Beat it very easily with 13 rexs, 4 allos, yuty and daedon. Rexs were all over 100 with 10k+ health and 400+ percent melee. Only lost an allo the whole fight.

How to kill a gamma manticore

1. Get 19 argentavis. They don't even have to be mutated just get 2 150 argentavis and breed them until you have 19

2. Tame a 150 yutyrannis their roar ability can be used to buff you argentavis

3. Once your in the arena send your agentavis at the manricore, stay on your yuty and keep roaring. Rock golem and worms will spawn on you just run away.

4. This method took me about 15 minutes try it yourself

When fighting this guy, make sure you bring large dinos. Cause if not the manticore will not land. I brought mantises to this boss fight and it never landed. Hope this tip helped!

Everyone keeps talking about Rexes, but honestly you're better off bringing a health-leveled Yuty and a Wyvern bataillon. They can pursue it through the air and you won't have to worry about Deathworms and Golems. Remember to bring one type of Wyvern ONLY, otherwise they will damage each other with their breath weapons.

Don’t try to knock it out, it will just get angrier. :)
