Fluff and Jake Chapter One: Day and Night The long day of fishing had ended, and as the otter swam home, she saw a small, two legged creature, that was attempting to catch fish. She cocked her head at him, swam ashore, put her front paws on his leg, and chirped. The creature looked down at her, bent his knees, and stuck out his hand. She sniffed the hand that was outstretched and put a paw on his hand. “Hi, small furball, my name is Jake, I’m from the tribe of Ryan. Can I call you Fluff?” Jake whispered. The otter trilled and hopped on his shoulder. The human whistled, and a raptor came out of the bushes.
