The Volcano

Chapter 14

They just started climbing the mountain, and ice golems attacked them. And after a big wave of the ice golems, which Magma killed easily, dire wolves and daedons would attack in a big group. Sometimes, there would be so many daedons that the magmasaur’s lava would only scratch them. Magma looked at the view, and they weren’t too high. ‘And we aren’t even halfway up and it’s cold!’ Thought Magma. They got to a very large, flat area that stuck out of mountain. Magma examined the area for any dangers, and saw broken houses made of wood. ‘It seems whatever was up here didn’t make it.’ Thought Magma.

“The area seems to be safe.” Announced Magmus. They continued forwards. And then strangely, the snow started moving. It clumped up into something huge. It was twice the size of a normal rock golem. Then midway through the transformation, Magma realized what was happening.

“The snow golem!” Shouted Magmus. Once the snow golem fully formed, looked around. “CHALLENGERS? HAHA! YOU ARE JUST AS WEAK AS INSECTS!” Laughed the golem.

“ATTACK!” Said Magmus. The magmasaurs activated their heat, and the snow around them melted. The charged forward, and shot their lava at the golem.

“PUNY WEAKLINGS! YOUR SMALL HEAT DOES NOTHING TO ME!” Bellowed the golem. Magma charge his lava and got it as big as he could, and shot it at the golem’s left leg. The lava ball went through through the huge golems leg, and he was almost about to fall.

“Shoot his left leg!” Yelled Magma. Everyone started to shoot their lava at the golem until it collapsed onto the ground. The snow splattered on the ground, and reformed again into the golem, but smaller by a noticeable amount.

“A VOLCANIC? FINALLY, A REAL CHALLENGE, HAHA!” Said the golem. The golem moved his fist right where Magma was standing, and the other magmasaurs shot at the golem’s arm with their lava. Magma didn’t have enough time to charge up his lava, so he made the area blazing hot. The golem’s entire arm turned to steam. The golem looked at his arm, and the magmasaurs shot at his other arm. Soon it evaporated into steam then the golem fell other and reformed. It was much smaller now. It was a little bit bigger than a magmasaur now. The golem picked up a rock and threw it at the magmasaur army, killing a few magmasaurs. Then every magmasaur shot their lava all at once. The golem was no more. It was gone. They had a short celebration until they heard the dragon again.
