Monarchy's Plight
Chapter 8
Alisa tried to claw at the bird but couldnt reach it. Why was one of these all the way out here? They usually nest in the desert! She roared again, hoping someone would hear. She looked at her surrounding and thought she caught a glimpse of Goon. She managed to claw the birds underbelly after rocking forward. The bird screeched and tightened its grip. She tried to think how to get these to drop you. They had very sensitive hearing. Maybe if she could get up to its ear and roar in it, it would stun it? She pulled herself up to its ear and roared in it. It screeched in anger and pain and grabed her by the throat. She tried to struggle, but soon, everything went black.
She jerked awake and looked at her surroundings. She was in its nest...

Chapter 7
Goon rested on the floor of the cave, full from the direwolf Alisa had brought back. His leg wasn't fully healed yet, so he still couldn't hunt. He felt bad about Alisa having to do everything for him. She was very generous for a stranger, and he hated feeling helpless, like he wasn't useful. He cracked open his eyes as a chill ran down his spine. His shadow was looking at him.
"I notice you didn't help me when Alisa attacked."
His shadow gave no response.
"I guess you knew she wouldn't be a danger then?"
His shadow still didn't respond. After a moment of silence, it moved across the cave floor, pointing its face towards the entrance before looking back at Goon.
"Yeah, she has been gone a while, hasn't she?" Goon struggled to his feet, keeping the weight off of his good leg. He limped towards the front of the cave and poked his head outside. The sky was clear of the dangerous dimorphodons. He ventured further outside and looked around. There was no sign of Alisa anywhere.
His shadow waved its tail for his attention, pointing a claw at some markings in the ground. Footprints; Alisa's judging by the shape and size. The prints went on for a while before they stopped suddenly. "Where could she-"
He was cut off by a roar from the sky. He looked up, squinting his eyes against the sun. Something was flying overhead in his direction. It looked like a bird of some sort. There was a screech from the bird and another roar from something it held in its claws. As it passed overhead and flew over the cave, Goon realized it was Alisa in the bird's claws. Immediately, his shadow took off after the bird and Goon followed.

Chapter 6
"Lets try this differently, I'm Alisa."
The yutyrannus looked at her for a second, probably thinking if he should trust her.
"Im Goon." They replied.
"You're not from here, are you?" Alisa asked.
"No, how can you tell?" They replied.
"Because the shadows dont help the natives." Alisa said.
She pointed to his shadow, which was now grinning.
Alisa dragged the direwolf that she had just killed over to her cave. She thought about how she might find her sister. She dragged the direwolf into the cave and dropped it. Goon walked over and started eating while Alisa went back out to find some more food. She glided off of a ledge and scanned the landscape. She was about to dive for a daedon, when she felt something grab her. She whipped her head around and roared with anger. She was being carried off by a Vasiliá Poulí.

Chapter 4
Alisa slowly lifted her head up, hearing footsteps. She sniffed the air and snapped to attention. She quietly got up and looked to see if she could spot them. Halfway into her cave stood a yutyrannus. Alisa ducked deeper into the cave, thinking of a plan. She decided to wait until the yutyrannus was sleeping, then her plan would unfold.
The yutyrannus walked over to a dark spot and and fell asleep. Alisa started using her razor sharp claws to climb up to the ceiling, readying herself for an ambush. She threw a stone towards the entrance of the cave as a distraction as the yutyrannus jerked awake. Alisa watched as it took a step towards the entrance of the cave, waiting for the right opportunity to strike. The yutyrannus took another step, right into Alisa's trap. She leapt from the ceiling onto the yutyrannus' back. The yutyrannus roared in pain as Alisa raked her claws across its back.
"Who are you, and what are you doing in my cave." Alisa hissed.

Chapter 3
Goon limped through the darkness. "Stupid wolves," he grumbled. They had bitten him a few times, but his leg had the deepest bite. It wasn't until he got a good roar in that they turned tail so he could make his escape. It wasn't the worst thing that could happen, but the blood trail he was leaving behind wasn't so great either.
There was howling and roaring in the distance. At night it felt like a thousand glowing eyes were watching him, and they usually were. The shadow of a nearby shrub stretched to fit the shape of a yutyrannus. "I need shelter," he whispered. Immediately his shadow dashed off, darting to-and-fro like a fish in water. It came back after about four seconds and curled an outstretched claw to his left.
Goon limped on in the direction his shadow led him. It wasn't long before he came to the yawning entrance of a cave. Moonlight barely shined in the cave, and Goon's vision wasn't all too great in the dark. It was usually the carnos that led him to a midnight snack. He stayed near the entrance, his body nearly covering it completely. The cave was surprisingly small, yet big enough to hold him. "Thank you," he whispered to his shadow. His voice echoed off the rock walls towards the back of the cave. He thought he heard a noise coming from back there but he ignored it, too tired to care. His shadow winked and then dissipated into the nearby darkness.

Alrighty then. Looks like I’m making a new series. Takes place in Scorched Earth. The title is Tale of Claws & Sand. Sound interesting? A revision of one of my first stories, which I wrote on Docs. A creature, similar to a raptor, just with Deinonychus-like feathers, finds itself buried beneath a sandstorm. Long after the beast dies, a strange forces appears to lift it from the dunes, restoring it from the After, which is what the creatures of that world call the what is basically the Afterlife. The creature itself is skeletal, scraps of flesh and feathers barely clinging to it. It has glowing golden eyes, the pupils strangely purple. It slowly becomes more powerful , the early tribes worshipping it. Almost a thousand years forward in time, one of the members of a tribe, Edmund Rockwell, find a temple. Built of adobe, it looks similar to the shape of a raptor skull. Inside, lays the beast of legends.

Ok. So, I’m rewriting some things. Such as, I’m making Dilath have a more sadistic personality, considering he’s had basically had no human contact for almost two years other than Blackmoon, who hardly counts as human (you’ll see). Plus, he’d have a massive personality change from what he’s been through. Such as, torture, abuse, horrifying events. So, yeah. Dilath is going to be VERY different. Well, he’ll mainly stay the same, but considering his mental state because of what’s happened…well, let’s just say it’s crumbling. I personally think the kid needs a break. And I’m honestly thinking of making Dilath a bit more… demonic in how he takes down his targets. Kid’s nearly 19, dude needs a break from needing to kill. Because of Dilath’s bloodline, which you’ll see later, makes him able to adapt to his opponents, because of his strange genes, his fighting style is more demonic, quick slashes, stabs, he’s pretty much unpredictable. So he isn’t a being you’d want to cross. Sorry for the long description, but Dilath has changed. A lot. And he’s mad.
So prepare for pure carnage on Friday. Because that’s when the next chapter comes out.
-Ranger
OK. To address what I said in my previous Authors Note, I actually don’t think of Dilath being a person who’d have a relationship like that. Considering he’s only had Blackmoon for company, and considering the fact that Blackmoon is kinda depressed…Yeah. So I personally don’t think Dilath would have a romantic relationship. And Moon? Not gonna lie but Spark and Forest though…. Anyway,
-Ranger
Ok. I have new plans. I might need to partially restart this story. See, I just don’t really like some of my past chapters. But, the premise stays the day. Dilath’s personality might change, as I’m skipping ahead one year from the past. I know, it’s annoying that the meeting won’t be seen (until the chapter after this one), but, It’s OK. I will have a recap.
Chapter VII (I think)
I sat in the underbrush, my rifle held in hand, as I watched a guard pass by the walls. Finally, they went to the next wall. With a slight smirk, I dash over to the wall, climbing up with relative ease. “Hey! Stop!”, yelled a guard. I swiftly pulled out my pistol. Three shots were in the man’s head before he could call out again. Styx. They were still alerted to my prescience. No! Dilath, stay focused, you need to kill their general, then leave, my mind screamed at me. “Ok,” I muttered to myself. I shrugged off the leaf-colored cloak that I was wearing, show armor made from a combination of light plates of iron and leather. My hands rested on the pistols at my side. Then I jump. Real stupid, Dilath. Yeah, I know. I move as fast as I can, throwing a grenade at one of the walls to distract them. Finally, I had reached the General’s tent. Silently, I pull out my pistol, and shoot the man in the head from behind. I pull out a piece of paper, scrawling on it a note. Then, pulling out a new grenade, I launch it at the main area where the guards were still gathered, figuring out what caused the explosion. Ha! A new record, ten minutes and 23 seconds. Pulling my cloak back on, I exit out the gate.

I return to my home, which was just a stone hut next to Blackmoon (My mentor)’s house. I hop in my TerrorRaptor, Demon, and ride out to the mine system. The mines were really just a large cit in the wall next to the hunting trails, but they worked well enough, as they led to the Volcano, which was rich in resources. Finally, after two hours in the half-darkness, I saw Blackmoon. “Hey, BM. How are you doing?” My mentor turned towards me. “Excellent. How was your mission?” Stretching slightly, I sigh. “It could’ve been better. At least they didn’t notice me.” Blackmoon nodded, then tilted his head towards the exit. This was a sign I could leave. “Bye,” I say, hopping back on Demon. Racing out of the tunnel, I go to my hut. The little place was comfortable enough. I put my cloak and armor on their stand, put my guns on their rack, yet I keep my TEK dagger, which hung at my belt, on me. I climb onto my bed and fall asleep.
My nightmare was much, much worse than usual. I saw it all. My village burning, Blackmoon dead on the floor of his house, a psychopathic version of me standing above him. My pets dead, scattered body parts all around the pen that they were kept in. A beast loomed in front of me. Him. The King of the Wretched. “Think of the innocent men you killed. What did those guards do to you?” The demon’s fire-colored eyes seemed to burn into my soul. No. No. NO! This can’t be happening. No.
I wake up in a cold sweat to see a Raptorman standing above me.

"30 years later"
😂😂😂👌👌👌
There's SO MUCH wrong with that!
Hold on, imma gonna become an intellectual.
1. Your advice to Nazgûl was to NOT say numbers directly, but rather, spell them out.
2. The Yutyrannus most likely didn't have a very lifespan, meaning that they all would have all died after such a long amount of time relative to their lives.
3. Everyone, including me, wanted all the characters to get back to valguero.
4. HURRICANE CAN NOT DIE, HE IS IMMORTAL!
5. WHERE IS STORM? WE NEED HIM FOR A PINATA!
I REQUEST A REWRITE!

Dark Fate
Chapter 14
Deuvo looked up.
The Crystal Queen was HUGE- atleast fifteen times the adult wyvern size.
Many of the warriors gasped in shock and horror as she hissed, "So this is what you have chosen to defeat me. Maybe you will, but I will haunt Crystal Isles in the afterlife."
A loud roar bellowed from her as she blasted a scorching ball of flame, roasting a quarter of the army.
Deuvo watched in dismay as half fled- and the brave ones stood ground. The queen smiled.
"Your warriors are nothing but my toys. Flee now, like those cowards-" she spit out "cowards" joyfully "- and survive."
Chroneo roared as he launched himself at the queen. Jumping in surprise, she flung him off. The remaining army, mostly containing basilisks and wyverns now, attacked.
Deuvo flew up and latched on to The Crystal Queen's face. She yelled and swiped effortlessly as Deuvo held on and blasted fire. Suddenly, her snout swayed so hard he was forced to fly off. After more fighting and endless deaths, something odd happened.
Deuvo was digging in her back, blood splattering everywhere, when he saw Deuvo fly directly into the queen's mouth.
'What is he doing!?'
Unnigh followed.
'I guess me too!' Deuvo flew up and dove in, shuddering at the sudden cold.
'This is so stupid!'
Adjusting to the light, Deuvo realised they were clawing at three different openings.
It must be the blasters for tropic, ember and blood.
"Get the oxygen tube!" Chroneo shouted suddenly. Unnigh blasted fire at the blood and closed it. Deuvo covered the main tube with fire and blocked it.
"THIS IS DISGUSTING!" Deuvo shouted. Slime and spit stuck to his scales uncomfortably.
A wheezing and sucking feeling suddenly overwhelmed him. The oxygen tube was blocked.
"Get out, QUICKLY!" Chroneo bellowed. They all slid out and fled.
Once Deuvo cleared the slime off his face, he saw the giant red figure lurching and wheezing. A huge, white glow blocked out his view.
The only thing Deuvo saw was Darkwater flying infront of the queen and.. There was flying ice shards stabbing the queen's heart!
Darkwater had really killed the Crystal Queen!
Then darkness. Choking darkness surrounded Deuvo.
Wait.. No, not Deuvo. Wildew.
He was Wildew.
Wildew looked around. Furbeak stood infront of him in The Void. Icebreaker sat next to him.
All his memories washed over Wildew like a wave- how he was born, burying father, being trapped with Blicket, and the piercing pain of dying.
"I'm back," he whispered. "I'm back."
