Ultimus: Chapter 14:
Andrew walked quietly through the rows and rows of stacked crates. In some cases, these stacks were taller than he was. Andrew didn’t like how quiet it was, his heart was beating in his head with the adrenaline and fear. A raptor came around the corner in front of Andrew and Andrew jumped, loosing slight grip on his rifle. The looked at him and snarled, it then charged at Andrew. Andrew aimed his rifle and pulled the trigger, only to hear fear filling click. He looked down at his gun and pressed it again to hear the same thing. Andrew looked back up and saw the raptor only a few feet away.
“Oh crap...” Andrew said to himself and threw his rifle at the creature and jumped out of the way as the raptor did a blind lunged at him, missing him entirely and falling on its side.
Andrew panicked and quickly looked around for a hiding space, he found a crevice in between several crates that was large enough for Andrew to go into. Andrew quickly and slid in there but tripped on his own foot in panic. He stumbled and both hit his head against a crate and fell onto his hands and knees. Andrew crawled to the very back of the crevice which was not very deep as he found out. He turned his back to the crates to see where the raptor was.
As he did this, he saw the raptor peer in the crevice, it stared at him with soul piercing eyes. It soon began trying to make it’s way into the crevice with its head, neck and arms fitting inside, but it’s body was too large for to fit through. It snapped at Andrew, it’s face only a more determined snap away from Andrew’s feet and legs. Andrew could only hear the raptor snapping. Andrew tried to scoot further back, but he was already against the back of the crevice. He tried pulling the shotgun off of his back, but he was panicking and wasn’t able to get it off his back unless he scooted forward. But he didn’t want to dare a chance.
The raptor backed out and prepared to for another jump towards Andrew. He closed his eyes, afraid this was the end for him. But he heard a bark and a screech. He opened his eyes to see something surprising.
Reuben gripping the raptor with his teeth by the raptor’s throat. The raptor’s calls was getting more shrill. Reuben jaws snapped shut around the raptors throat, with blood dripping around Reuben’s mouth. The raptor panicked even more knowing what was going to happen. It tried rolling to get Reuben off, bashing Reuben against crates, but Reuben didn’t budge. It didn’t take long after that for the raptor’s life to leave its eyes and drop down and have no more movement.
Once he knew it was gone, Reuben let go of the throat and looked over to Andrew. His tail wagged so hard and his eyes wide with joy. Andrew was surprised to see Reuben outside of the crate. He must’ve pushed the lid off of it to come help him. Andrew didn’t care though, he was so happy to see him. He smiled and tears of joy ran down his face. Andrew scooted forward and took the shotgun off his shoulder and getting up to his knees. He looked up at Reuben who was still looking at Andrew with tail still wagging.
“Come here boy!!” Andrew whispered with a frail joyful voice, Reuben took a step but then stopped for some reason. He quickly looked to his side before getting kicked by a powerful and deadly leg, Reuben’s yipe as it happened made it all the much worse. Andrew tears went from joy to pain as he watched in horror as a raptor emerged into his view. It eyes glowed with an unnatural magenta. It walked out of view as quick as it walked in view. It stopped though, only leaving part of its tail in Andrew’s view. Andrew was frozen, he wasn’t able to believe what happened. His mind wouldn’t let him move, his mind held him captive. He heard Reuben yipe a second time. Hearing Reuben yipe again freed him from his mind and Andrew lost it.

Chapter 53: Deja Vu
Part 3/3
Star looked at Samuel a bit, and nodded along. Star seemed to be telling him something. And even though Samuel wasn’t too sure what, he had a brief idea.
“I guess we can be friends.”
Neddy pumped his fist in the air briefly, calling out into the forests.
“Ha ha ha ha, I knew I could get to you! Woo hooooo I did it! YEAH!”
Samuel could feel a smile grow on his face involuntarily, as the screech of a bird echoed off in the distance. The distant cries were drowned out by the chatter of his allies, no, maybe not allies…
Friends.
“Are we really friends though?” Samuel asked himself in thought, “Probably not. I don’t intend to be. But, anything to make sure they comply, right?”
“Right.”
But even so, Samuel was beginning to doubt himself. Doubt himself, and his ways.
Did he truly have to be this way to escape? Or was he doing it out of plain cruelty?

Chapter seventeen: Maybe
“Are you, are you coming to the tree where they strung up a man they say murdered three? Strange things did happen here no stranger would it be if we met up at midnight in the hanging tree. Are you, are you coming to the tree where the dead man called out for his love to flee?”
A sword pierced through a peacekeepers chest. Straight through the heart. The dead peacekeeper fell to the floor. A shadowy figure removed his sword from the dead peacekeeper’s chest. He studied the blood on the sword. The blood was crimson red and dripped slowly and steadily from his sword. This one has been fun to kill. A ludicrous grin filled his face. The guiltier were more fun. They always denied it, saying that it was a mistake or that they had repented. The figure scoffed. Like anyone believed that. He slid his sword into it’s place by his side, bloody or not. He kicked the dead body gingerly. Dead. Good, now that this one was dead he had only one more peacekeeper to kill. A woman named Zooey Young. One of the most vilest, most evil peacekeepers and now….she would die. She was definitely guilty. Guilty, guilty, guilty. But he would kill her and stop her evilness. Maybe then, all would be right with the world. Maybe there would be less evil. Maybe. Just maybe.
This chapter was short but necessary.

Chapter 53: Deja Vu
Part 1/3
Giant, tall sequoia trees loomed above Samuel, Aurora, Neddy, Ruby, and Star along with their mounts as they traveled into the Redwood Forests. After careful consideration by the team, they had decided to explore this mystical lands in search of Tiffany and her book.
The ground had no grass whatsoever, and the dirt was a crimson red. There was a waft of sodden wood in the air, and Samuel could spot many creatures in the area. There were weird cat-like things staying idle on the trees, and Raptors roamed the area, chasing down the many dinosaurs that inhabited the Redwood Forests. There was a small mountain up ahead that looked like it would have been fun to hike.
“So this is the Redwoods, huh?” Aurora said, looking up at the sky. Something seemed to be sparkling in her eyes.
“It’s pretty nice, but there’s lots of dangerous things here,” Ruby noticed, spotting the Raptors. She took her crossbow out, just in case. Neddy scratched the back of his head.
“Don’t sweat it Ruby. We have three very strong beasts on our side,” Neddy said, pointing at their tames. Blueblaze, Goofy, and their newly tamed Baryonyx, Fish Eater.
Star clucked her beak in frustration, and Neddy gulped.
“Uhh, FOUR, strong beasts.”
Star grinned, and Samuel took a quick glance at her. He put a hand in his graduation robe pocket and rubbed the note that Star had given him gingerly.
“Who are you, Star? What are you trying to ask me?”
Samuel spoke up to take his mind off the matter.
“Ruby is right though. We should all be on guard, we may run into a throat we can’t stand off against unprepared. So I suggest we all take our weapons out.”
Aurora nodded.
“Totally agree. So, weapons out!” Aurora ordered, grabbing her spear and twirling it in her hands. Neddy gulped and took out his own spear. Samuel clenched his fists tight. He brought his spear out and rested it on his shoulder.
“Let’s move forward and clear out the area as fast as possible. This place is dangerous.”
The two continued to travel through the Redwood Forests. Luckily with Aurora’s implant attribute, getting lost wouldn’t be possible. Samuel was glad to have made her an ally. But at the same time, Samuel kept on getting reminded of that night where Aurora had tried making a move on him.
“Those two must be in love or something,” Aurora had whispered as she took note of Neddy and Ruby’s romance, “They’ve been chatting away ever since… we ran away. I was just thinking… We could be the same?”
She scurried her sleeping bag closer to Samuel, but he jolted away.
“How dare you,” Samuel had snarled.
Aurora frowned, sighed, and then turned away. Samuel fell asleep then.
Was that how it went?
Samuel couldn’t remember, but he couldn’t fathom the idea of ever getting romantical with someone as flawed as Aurora.
“That’s unbelievable. I sure do hope she puts her feelings away or else this will just make things more difficult than they have to be,” Samuel thought.
A weird buzzing noise began to fill the air, and Neddy looked up to see a giant beehive nestled in one of the sequoia trees. Even though the bees were not outside of their nest, they could still hear them from down below. Neddy paused for a moment, forcing everyone to stop.
“Hey, look, a beehive,” Neddy said, pointing at the hive. Everyone looked at it earnestly, “Mmm, y’know I’ve always loved honey. Hey Ruby, wouldn’t it be cool to snatch some honey for a recipe?
Ruby licked her lips in agreement.
“Yeah, totally! I LOVE honey!”
“Hmm, I wonder how we’d get that honey though.”
“Yeah. It’s a bit high up. Maybe we can ask Bobby to build a staircase there.”
“PSHH HAHAHAHA! No way you’re serious about that!”
“I’m being for real! I bet he’d be willing to.”
“I know he’d be willing to but would he even be able to?”
“Of course, he’s a builder, why wouldn’t he be?”
But unbeknownst to the two scholars, the sounds of footsteps pounding on the soft dirt was starting to also fill the air. And Samuel and Aurora seemed to be the only ones to notice. Samuel turned around and he turned white as he saw a flock of five Terror Birds making their way toward them. They were running at full speed, and seemed eager to kill.
Neddy sensed the unease and turned around, and he began to scream frantically.
“UH OH WE’VE GOT COMPANY.”
“Please shut up,” Aurora kindly requested in a not-so kind tone.
One day some random lost carbonemys was walking around an ocean biome terrarium and suddenly noticed a strange plant covered in glowing purplish veins and black marks, it was hungry, so the carbonemys ate the plant
The next day it felt very strange, it also noticed that everything seemed to have shrunk, it wandered around and fell down a hole and found itself in the sea, it saw a school of pretty glowing fish and decided to eat them, that made it dizzy and it started to see rainbow lights, then it started seeing double and it's shell started to bubble, and it sprouted an extra set of legs, it had became the world's first megachelon,

Chapter 53: Deja Vu
Part 2/3
Ruby quickly took aim and shot an arrow at one of them. It moved to the side. Ruby grimaced, and pointed her finger at them.
“Goofy, get them!”
Goofy complied and quickly charged at the Terror Birds. The Terror Birds weaved out of the way of the hulking bull beast, and Goofy ended up smashing his head into a tree. Goofy shook his head in distraught, shaking his head dizzily.
“Ugh, guess that didn’t work…”
“There’s no time to be thinking that, they’re coming right at us!” Aurora shouted. She ran forward, and one Terror Bird tried to bite at her, but Aurora sidestepped and quickly slammed the spear right into its gut. It let out a cry and blood spewed onto her clothes, but the other Terror Birds quickly began to swarm Samuel and the others, ignoring their wounded friend.
“Crap,” Samuel swore. He leaned forward, and Star jumped right on his head. One Terror Bird tried taking a bite at Star, but Samuel quickly leaned backward. Star let out a squawk and pecked at the Terror Bird. It let out a cry and backed away.
The other three Terror Birds were circling around Neddy and Ruby, who were face-to-face. Alongside each other, they didn’t seem so scared. Neddy grinned, his spear gripped tightly.
“Heh. You three look really dumb. You know that, right?”
One of the Terror Birds began squawking at him, and Neddy began to laugh, but then gulped as he turned white.
“Um. I don’t understand Terror Bird language, but I think that means he’s going to rip our guts out.”
Samuel inserted the spear into the Terror Bird he was fighting, and it was defeated. Samuel looked at the beehive that hung in the tree, and an idea grew on him.
“Ruby, shoot that beehive down!”
Ruby looked at the beehive and began to sweat.
“But that thing’s so high up!”
“That doesn’t matter… Just focus on your breathing, clear your mind!” Samuel cried out. Ruby took a deep breath of air silently, closing her eyes and concentrating on her surroundings. Samuel’s eyes darted up to Star, and she nodded. Her chest began to glow, and suddenly… Ruby’s mind was cleared!
“I feel enlightened,” Ruby whispered. Ruby aimed her crossbow at the hive and pulled the trigger.
Pew!
The arrow soared through the air, and after some descent it hit its target! The beehive shook back, and the buzzing began to outgrow the Terror Birds’ cries. The Terror Birds jolted their heads back in fear, and giant bees began to swarm outside of the hive, making their way to the five.
“Uh oh, here they come! I think it’s time to go,” Neddy stated the obvious. Neddy began to make a mad dash for it, and Ruby followed, but not before whistling to Goofy. Goofy shoved himself off the ground and started running after them. Fish Eater began to flee as well.
Aurora hopped on Blueblaze and began to run. Samuel gritted his teeth and began to run after her.
“What the hell are you thinking? That’s my raptor-” Samuel was interrupted as he felt something sharp prick his heel. Then, the prick began to grow in pain. Then it began to swell and vibrate throughout his entire leg. Samuel let out a roar of frustration and turned around to see a giant bee’s stinger had made its way into his heel. The bee was much larger than the others, and its buzzing was so loud that was all Samuel could hear. Star quickly made a decision and hopped off Samuel, diving right into the stinger. The stinger snapped in half, and the pain began to loosen. The bee began to buzz loudly, flying away, and spitting out more bees, somehow.
Samuel looked out to see his allies slowing to a crawl, and looking back was Neddy. Samuel could spot Neddy hop on Goofy, and Goofy made his way back to Samuel.
“Oh my goodness Samuel!” Neddy gasped, seeing Samuel’s state, “Don’t worry, I got you!”
Neddy reached his hand out, and Samuel grabbed onto it. Neddy pulled Samuel up, and now the two were making their way back to the others.
“Woah, uh,” Samuel said, speechless, “Thanks for helping me. Back there.”
“Yeah, of course, no problem,” Neddy said, “Even though we AREN’T friends… I’m still going to help you. Because I believe we CAN be friends, if you just try a little harder!”
“Hmm.”
The Obelisk
-Chapter 74-
There was a splash as Forest tossed water over his face. The trickling of water from a large stalactite plopped into the small puddle. Forest lowered himself closer to take a quick drink.
Rust sat by him, preening his feathers roughly.
“You good?” Forest asked him. Rust had been rather quiet since they arrived.
“Perfect,” Rust mumbled, not looking up from his work.
“Ok,” Forest said.
“I don’t know, you don’t sound ‘perfect’, Rust.” Crimson said, walking into the cave. She threw several fish onto the floor. “Oh, and Nyx, guess you were right about the food. lots of fish here.”
“Crimson!” Nyx said, surprised. “How long have you been awake?”
Crimson blinked, right before tilting her head with a shrug and saying, “not long.” She nudged one of the fish. “Just go up early to do some hunting, that’s all. It’s not like any of you would have done it.” She made a wry smile a she said it, a very rare thing to see Crimson do.
“Hope you all slept good,” a voice echoed from outside of the cave. Moonbeam poked her head inside, glancing at each of the Five one by one. “Training’s soon.”
“When are we starting?” Spark asked.
“Not long from now,” Moonbeam said. “Eat, drink, get ready. And then meet me at the Central Cavern.”
She pulled her head back out of sight. A second later Rust whispered, “Does she not know I have no idea where that is?”
“She knows,” Moonbeam called, making Rust yelp. She peeked back into the cave. “She just wants you to try and find it yourselves. Try not to get lost.” And she disappeared once more.
“Gosh, I like her,” Rust said.
After they were all awake and ready, the Five went to the Central Cavern, the large cave where they had first met Orbit. Moonbeam was waiting for them, looking slightly bored. She faked a yawn as they arrived. “Finally,” She said. “Did you take a few more naps before you left?”
Nyx scoffed loudly and flicked her with her tail, and Moonbeam laughed. “I’m kidding,” she said. “You came rather quickly. Follow me, and we will begin the first part of your training.”
She led them to the largest den in the Cavern, a huge opening covered in hanging moss. Moonbeam ducked her head under and entered. The others followed.
Inside, skyholes filled with plants and hanging vines let rays of gold light in, glistening over several gemstones and relics throughout the den. A pale teal and gray Shadowmane entered from another room, looking tired.
“Cyan,” Moonbeam greeted the Shadowmane, inclining her head to the ground. “I have brought the Five here to train with you.”
“Oh, good,” sighed the elder. “This will be fun. Who would like to go first?”
“Wait, What are we doing?” Forest asked.
“All Shadowmane juveniles in the camp undergo this training with Cyan before they reach adulthood.” Moonbeam said. “it is a test.”
“You will go one at a time,” said Cyan in her creaking voice. “So lets do this quickly. Who will go first?”
“I will.” Forest said.
“the Rock Drake,” Exclaimed the elder. “Very surprising. Come close, young one.”
Forest cautiously padded over to her. “You are a brave soul,” she said to him.
“No, I’m a coward.” Forest said.
“We’ll see about that.” She whispered. “Now. What I am about to do will be very strange. But when I do, just remember, none of its real.”
Forest swallowed the lump in his throat, wondering if he’d really thought this through.
Then Cyan stepped forward, closing her eyes and touching her nose to Forests’.
Forcing down any panic he could find, Forest took a deep breath and closed his eyes.
Locked and Loaded- Chapter 4
Surge was troubled. The survivor army could show up at any moment, and they weren’t ready to fight back.
“TARGET SPOTTED. GOING IN FOR THE ATTACK.” A voice said. A human on a Tuso struck Surge, and he was knocked out.
“Surge! SURGE!” Tentacle only found a thin trail of blood that didn’t lead anywhere.
“Surge is gone!” Tentacle burst into the factility. She swam into a water tank, and carbonemys janitors pushed her down to the cell where Jana was.
“Did you do it?” She growled at the human.
“Relax, Tentacle.” Grey calmed her down. “She’s not to blame.”
“HUMANS!” A shrill, far away voice panicked. “THEYRE COMING!”
A massive fleet of Megachelons in the back. Tusos, Mosas, basilosaurus, megs up front. The human army had arrived.
—————————
Sanguis was shocked to find himself on an island high above an ocean. He’d heard of this place, but he’d never been outside the bog.
A battle raged down in the depths. Blood kept rising to the surface. Delicious blood...
—————————
“We can’t hold them off!” Tentacle roared. “Fight till the end!”
The humans retreated.
“What’s happening?!” An X-Dunkleo yelped.
Swarms of eels rose from the deep to annihilate the human army. They didn’t stand a chance against the massive shockwaves that rippled through the deep. Blood spread throughout the water.
And then it stopped, and the war was seemingly won.
Tales of the Dodo Legion
The war begins.
I was thinking of starting from the beginning, of the raids and the Theris and how hard it was to get on our feet, but I wanted to start at the exciting part. We are the Dodo Legion. The fanfictioner tribe on the mobile server Leech. We had lost many tames, notably an allo named Mean Kidd, but we had plenty of tames left. We were allied with the Tribe of Deino on Herbivore island. But disaster struck.
The tribe logs said that one of us killed the Deino’s bronto. We didn’t. I had logged off after being killed by allos in the north, and when I got onto the discord, DTG told me what happened.
The Deinos had broken the alliance. They were now our enemies. Unfortunately, our new saber and allo had been killed by kapros and sarcos on the way back to our base, but we had to raid them. They were enemies now, on our turf.
DTG led a solo raid with our bronto, House Removal. Their base was destroyed, their tames killed. House Removal was sadly killed during the battle, but we drove our enemies off the island, taking their items. But it wasn’t over. Shortly after, they attacked and wiped Lamprey’s base near Far’s Peak, which we had been using as an outpost. They killed our new galli, and me, while I was offline there. The war has begun, and we are planning our next strike!
~Swamp Guy
I hoped you liked this! This is a true story and the events described happened earlier today. I will post new chapters as the war continues!
Locked and Loaded- Chapter 1 By Swamp Guy- This is the first story of Genesis Tales. There will be six stories in this saga.
Tentacle swam through the oceans, minding her own business. The X-Mosas and Megachelons paid no attention to her. The Genesis Ocean was quiet for once. The islands were black shadows at the surface that faded away as Tentacle swam down deeper, grappling at an X-basilosaurus.
“You can’t grab me, stupid squid!” The basilo laughed.
“Oh yeah?” Tentacle shouted. She whipped a tentacle hard and killed the basilo in one hit. She continued her way home.
When Tentacle got home, she was in for a horrible shock. All of her family members and friends in her colony lay dead, or rather floated, being harvested by survivors on X-Megalodons.
—————————
“What do I do? What do I do?” Tentacle panicked. She had swam to the surface to stay away from your survivors.
“Eat berries and hope for the best!” A squeaky voice said. A dodo peeked his head out from the edge of an island.
“You’re a squid!” He squeaked. “I’ve never seen one of your kind!”
“Yeah, we don’t come up here much. I’m Tentacle.”
“Call me Grey.” The dodo jumped off the island, and Tentacle watched in horror.
Grey landed square on her head.
“So,” he asked, “what’s a squid doing all the way up here?”
“My family got killed.”
“Oh no! Who did it?!”
“Survivors.” Tentacle snarled. “Who bent the Megalodon to their will.”
Grey looked sad. “I had a family once too, but they were poached by survivors as well.”
They both sighed a deep sigh, and then realized something.
“Together we can rid our ocean of the humans!” Grey squeaked.
“Right.” Tentacle nodded. “But first we have to build an army.”
Locked and Loaded- Chapter 3
Tentacle hooked a Eurypterid and brought it in to eat. It spoke. Eurypterids didn’t normally talk.
“Eat me, will you?” It scoffed. “Why, I’ll pinch you once and you’ll be asleep!”
Tentacle shoved it into her mouth. She had been hungry. So...hungry.
The war against the survivors was coming, and it was coming fast. Coming in the form of thousands of armed humans, riding tames, coming down to the depths to fight them. They were far away now, but they would arrive soon.
“We’re all ready to fight, Admiral Tentacle.” Surge said. He swam up to her.
“I just hope we win.” She said sadly. “For my family and my friends.”
Surge sighed. “All of us know how you feel, Tentacle. “We’ve had families too. Many of us have been orphaned by the survivors. Your pain lies with us too.”
Tentacle wanted to hug Surge, but she knew that that would just knock him out. She was ready. The humans would pay for what they had done.
—————————
“Hi, little friend.” Jana patted the dodo’s head.
“For your information, I’m not your friend, and my name is Grey. I am little though.”
“Am I responsible for the death of your family too?” Jana rubbed her eyes. All day long the creatures had been treating her like she was the murderer. She had never harmed a single creature, except for bugs. Bugs totally deserved to die.
“No, but your kind killed them. And Tentacle’s family too. I’m surprised at how kind and forgiving she was.”
“I’m so sorry for what my species has done,” Jana said, “but I haven’t harmed a single creature! Except for bugs, of course.”
Grey nodded. “Who wouldn’t want to harm bugs?”
“Are you still mad at me?”
“A little bit, but you seem like a decent person. Maybe I should give you a chance.”
“I’ve never had a conversation with a dodo before.”
“You’d be surprised when you talk to creatures.” Grey smiled. “They have a lot to say.”
Locked and Loaded- Chapter 2 By Swamp Guy
“Where do you think yer goin’, squiddy?” A grizzly plesiosaur asked Tentacle.
“I’m going to build an army.” Tentacle said with pride.
“Oh yeah? Against who?”
“The survivors.”
The plesiosaur squinted at Tentacle. He thought for a moment.
“I can’t join your army.” He said.
Tentacle sighed. So did Grey, who was riding on Tentacle’s back.
“Because there’s already an army made!”
Tentacle’s face brightened.
“I’m Surge.” Said the Plesi. “What’s yer name?”
“Tentacle.” She said.
“I’m Grey!” The dodo squeaked.
“Okay.” Surge replied. “Let’s take you to our fortress.”
—————————
“Let. Us. OUT!” Jana screamed, banging at the bars of the prison.
“No, not right now.” Said the Carbonemys guard. He had the keys in his mouth and he jangled them.
Besides Jana, four other humans were trapped with her in the small, underwater cell.
A voice came closer. A voice of a brutish Plesi named Surge.
“This is where we keep our prisoners.” Surge remarked.
“I see.” The new voice was startling to Jana. It sounded like a tuso.
The tuso’s giant eye peeked through the bars.
“Don’t kill us!” Lirvin yelled. He raised his head high. “If we escape, we’ll murder all of your kind!”
“Is that so...” Surge laughed. He bit Lirvin in half. The next three people met the same fate.
“Do you fear death?” Surge asked Jana, the last living human in the cell.
“No.” She said. “But I’ll work with you.”
“LIAR!” Roared the Plesi.
“No, I think she’s telling the truth.” Said the Tuso. She reached a tentacle in and touched Jana’s hand.
“Welcome to the crew. I’m Tentacle.”
So this is how they turtles are on lost island. I know genisis 1 was before lost island, however, if these are on lost island, they probably saw them on lost island and coded them into the simulation so what I’m saying, I may sound crazy. But, lost island was probably before genisis 1.
