Wyvernian, PrimalApex said that he'd contribute once he develops his story Ultimus a little bit more. Since it doesnt have much chapters yet.
Also, Sylveevee gets the stamp of approval from me and Sunny. Her story exceeds a newbie's story so I trust she will not ruin the crossover. 1. it has characters with unique personality 2. it has more than or 1k words.
Obviously we wont let some rando named Joe join the crossover with his 1 chapter story "The Strongest Joe".
Im thinking there should be obvious requirements for joining the crossover
1. Your story needs to be at or more than 3,000 words.
2. Characters must have depth or personality
3. There must be consistent writing schedule; ex: if it takes like six months to write a story thats a few chapters long thats not acceptable. This does not apply to burn out or breaks.
4. You need to have contributed to Achatina community. Or the Dex as a whole (such as dyes). That includes feedback on others stories, talking etc.
5. The Council of Crossovers (us) must approve of the writer. So of some the Unforgettable Ride creator shows up out of nowhere trying to join or, if i daresay, Mateo, they would have to go through community approval.

syl you can join the crossover i suppose, you just have to say the following "I officially join the crossover." and "ICUP". Itd be fun and not too much of a hassle since your story doesnt nearly have as many characters.
Okay, so yeah, Big Brother is Ben, so, yep, you all figured out pretty quickly. The flower is a giveaway but a few other details may have as well: 1. the taco scene and 2. chocolate milk scene.
And Emma, its definitely not That Emma, these relatives are actually based off my real relatives, and technically this characters been around since like 2020. BUT the Andrew reference is a nod to Andrew in TROTP.
And yes, all the relatives/cousins have powers without the use of an implant. Theres a huge lore reason for this, and its highly hinted at in Chapter 55.5 and 50.5. But most likely it would take ages to figure out until the prequel releases.
Big Brother/Ben forgetting this part of their lives may have something to do with a relative's power; Emma's. Might as well spill the beans since we're never seeing the relatives for a while, but Emma can temporarily wipe the memory of others. This is proven as in her introduction she threatens to make Jeffrey "forget", and Jeffrey nods in affirmation. So Big Brother chose to forget for some unknown reason.
Big Brother himself had a very niche ability that only activates in very specific cirumstances. We actually see the power in action in Chapter 23.5. But he also forgot, and his power is practically worthless if he doesnt know about it
Little Kayla and Tanya also have powers, even though its not directly stated. Little Kayla has a burn mark on her face (fire powers), and Tanya hides behind a plant (earthbending).
Franklin's power is luck if it wasnt obvious

Ben I read your newest chapter! It was very very very sad. So they have powers? Also Big brother is Ben isn’t he? Was it coincidental that big brother and Franklin’s names put together is, Benjamin Franklin? Idk but I was just wondering. Also….EMMA?!?! My Emma?!? LOL, definitely not, it was probably just a tiny Easter egg. I though that chapter was very sad tho…they had to say goodbye to their family. That’s so sad. 😢

Ben, I read chapter 55.5!!!! Man, that was sad... So Be- I mean Big Brother already had super powers before hand to getting on the Ark and not only him and Franklin. But all of their younger relatives. But he doesn’t remember anything about that side of them or doesn’t want to remember. And it’s Ben right, he has the flower. Man it was sad to see that they had to leave and couldn’t say a proper goodbye to their relatives. I really enjoyed it and I can’t wait for the next chapter!!!

The first chapter of Hopes Call was reallt cool MrGhostGamer, i cant wait to see Melissa brings to the table with Hopes Call!
PrimalApex i didnt realize Cyrus' medallion was a warning for him that hed transform, rather than the actual source of his werewolfism. Well I reread chapter 27 and it makes a lot more sense. Also Josh Swans words certainly made me remember Tortuga bombings, thanks a lot Jack..
The last 2 chapters were really cool. It was nice to see how Emma and Andrew escaped Tortuga, that was pretty cool, most Tortugans made it out safely, but not all of them.. pretty sad
Also damn the shadowy figure never fails to be badass
Anyway, im still conflicted on my theory on Aragorn or his shadow being the shadowy figure. The story has pointed it toward him but at the same time away
1. He is a shadowy figure
2. He knew about Tortuga, so he was a Tortugan
3. The Peacekeeper Zooey Young knows him so he must be infamous
4. Hes very good with the sword, Aragorn was a good dancer, and Josh Swan says sword fighting is like dancing

2. Aragorn is DEAD, so...
3. He doesnt seem to know about the Dark Phoenix kingdom. Aragorn was a royal so he has to have known about them at some point.
Very low chance it might be Aaron Buckleshoot. After all, he witnessed 1. the death of Aaron Jr by the Captain Shortstacks, 2. he knows the mayors are somewhat at fault 3. he knows Tortuga is a very cruel city. Also half of his family either died or went missing because of Tortuga. Also he never went after the PIRATES because he never knew they were there. Even though they were responsible for what happened. Plus, Aaron and his animals scared the living hell out of the peacekeepers, which may be how Zooey recognized him.
But at the same time ehhh that guy was old as my grandpa bro no way hes dodging attacks like that. But at the same time he kind of sneaks up on them in a surprise kill.
Plus, when he saw Paul's kid (Penny) he got a bad memory. Aaron had two children and four grandchildren, so its not too far fetched.
Shadowy Figure actually is quite the mystery this was fun. Thanks for the search Sunny!

Sunnyfox, I read the last two chapters of TDP!!!! So we’re all caught up in the timeline now right? Right!?! The shadowy figure seems like he’s going to find the Kingdom of the Dark Phoenixes next. For whatever reason he’s feels the need to kill those who are guilty in his eyes. I really enjoyed this story and series!!! I can’t wait for the next book!!!
Mr.GhostGamer, I read chapter one of Hope’s Call!!!! Hm, so was that how Sam got back to the Ember kingdom? Poor Mateo!!! I wonder if he’ll live? I really enjoyed it and I can’t wait for the next chapter!!!

Chapter 55.5 is out in Mosasaurus. Its a bit of a tear jerker. Well, at least for me. Anyway, a few details may reveal the identity of Big Brother.
Its a very sad chapter, i think its almost as sad as Mr Ma's death.

-my biggest reason is bc I used this alias so many times on servers i play on and well…. Its my microscoft acc also (on servers if you see someone named selveevee, slyveevee, or sylveevee thats me yes i spell my username wrong sometimes) but my dad keeps changing to pass for my microsoft acc… also bc its a mix of my favorite eevee evolutions its a sylveon and eevee mixed.

Brief character personalities of my cast, this is mainly for Wyvernian. - Ben
Samuel: This guy doesnt have an implant. His morality is on the edge and he believes that he must do what is necessary and make whatever sacrifice necessary to escape the ARK. He's also very observant and detail-oriented. Evidently, in environments where there poses no danger he actually begins to relax and have fun in his own way; treating his allies like true friends. He doesnt consider any of his crew true friends except Star, and Nova (his best friend in Terran High)
Aurora: Her implant allows her to chart a mental map with the stars. Even though she has friends, she doesn't mind abandoning them for her own selfish goal of survival. This stems from her fear of death, and the fear that everything she did would go to waste. She was the valedictorian of Terran High. She has romantic interests for Samuel because he reminds her of her late lover, Borealis, but deep down she knows she does not stand a chance.
Neddy: His implant allows him to detect other human beings in the nearby vicinity, which makes his implant hum and glow. He was Samuel's first ally. He is a bit of a nerd and knows a lot of pointless trivia, especially with dinosaurs. He is very clumsy and not very intuitive, but he tries his best to be a good person and make friends regardless. He loves Ruby, but their relationship is not "official" yet. Probably because they dont have time for that.
Ruby: Her implant allows her to craft whatever she needs at extremely fast speeds. She is very loyal to Aurora as she is her friend, but as the story progressed her allegience wavers. She begins to wonder if its the right thing to do whats best for only them, and Neddy's morals begin to rub off on her. She also enjoys meeting new people and making new friends. She tries her best to maintain a serious no nonsense attitude like Aurora, but she immediately changes to a more happy outgoing "let's just have friend" girl once she gets closer to Neddy.
Star: A dodo bird that likes to follow Samuel around. She never went through the taming process but is still Samuel's friend. Unlike other creatures in the series, she acts very very human. Its almost as if theres a human trapped inside her body. She'll do things like roll her eyes, lick her beak, or even laugh and ruffle her feathers and flap her wings to express herself. She does not seem to approve of Aurora's infatuation with Samuel and expresses joy whenever her actions to win Samuel over fall flat. She also possesses the uncanny ability to "enlighten" others, clearing their mind and allowing them to focus extremely well. When she uses this ability, her chest glows like an implant.
In TAOH implants do not work the same way that they do in the original game. Instead of acting as universal translators and respawners and crafting objects, they possess their own special abilities to help the user survive on the island.

Sunny I jumped in joy when it was revealed that the "guests" were Emma and Andrew! And i had a huge feeling that it would be those 2 after Jack got the glimpse of the lady with red hair after knocking his head on the rock. But why did he get that vision? Maybe Emma's power has grew and she can view whats happening throughout any space and time at will, and voluntarily. And theyre starting to learn more about the past of their father and the Shadow Phoenixes, awesomer!
also its kinda cute how Andrew calls her Em

Ok thanks for giving crossover characters guys, uhh im going to write the Prologue/Intro when i get home from school.
Also for when they spawn in their respective "zones" i dont think it will necessarily have the original residents (for example Pandora wouldnt have uhh the human tribe). BUT im thinking there would be NPCs in a way, random characters who dont exactly have relevance to any story who act as residents of the Omega Timeline or whatever we're calling it. They also came there in the same way our characters did, rifts in the space and time. Also what have we decided on the name, I like Omega Timeline.
Also I agree with you Wyvernian how we shouldnt include other characters just yet for the first few, to set up the New Universe and introduce characters.

I posted the next chapter of TDP. Also PrimalApex I read the newest chapters of Journey and I really enjoyed it! Rust and Crimson are so funny together. I wonder what’s about to happen with the rune and why Rust was acting like that. I can’t wait for the next chapter!!

OK, after much consideration I have decided what my first five characters will be. I will describe briefly there powers and personalities that I tried to make so that if y’all use them then y’all will know some stuff about them although Ben basically covered everything y’all need to know about them.
1. James Aragorn Riddle from TTDOT. In TTDOT he was simply called “Aragorn” do to the fact that he used his middle name so that his evil brother wouldn’t recognize him so in the crossover it would probably be easier to just call him “Aragorn”. He may seem a bit cold on the outside to strangers but he loves his family. is especially protective of He wears black all the time because…well no one knows, even as a kid he wore black. We learned in TTOTSP that his power is to control shadows and he can disappear and appear in different shadows or in his shadow which he controls. He was killed by being hung.
2. Arianna from TTDOT. James wife. A very patient living woman. She has no powers or medallion bc she married into the family. She loves to sing, especially with her husband. In TTOTSP James’ best friend Cole was in love with her and wanted to marry her but she thought of him only as a friend. She doesn’t like her children talking with food in their mouths.(idk why y’all needed to know that. 😂)
3. Emma from TTDOT. Emma’s power although not very explicit is that she can see the future and the past. However she will not use her power in the crossover (unless it’s in sudden flashes. Like in dreams) much bc she hasn’t gone blind yet. Her going blind was caused by her medallion power. She is very cheerful and sweet and is in love with Andrew Rodriguez. Michael, AKA the creepazoid is always after throughout TTDOT and gets very upset when she marries Andrew.
4. Jay from TTDOT. Has a very mischievous and fun loving personality. He is more controlled, strategic and cunning then his twin Jack. Jay has multiple powers. Some I have mentioned and some I haven’t. Jay can open portals and create illusions.
5. Jack from TTDOT. Jack is very easily embarrassed and has a bit of a temper issue at times(Like at him and Jay’s chess games) He will sometimes stutter when he gets to upset but otherwise…not so much. His power is regeneration, so he heals very very quickly. Also Josephina and Jaquin prefer Jay over him which he doesn’t really like.
These characters have all the memories of before chapter 24. Emma and Andrew are still in love with each other. I think that covers about it!
