The Desert
Chapter 4 (Mercury)
‘This strange creature who’s name was Magma has been here for a month. We don’t know if his friends are alive, but we are going to attack the humans today.’ Mercury said to himself.
“Mercury, are you ready?” Said the poison wyvern team leader.
“Yes, I’m ready Bio Toxin.” Said Mercury.
“Igneous and shock are ready. Igneous has his team of wyverns, Api, Wuta, and what was his name again? I can’t remember. But shock is ready with his wyverns. Their names are secret for some reason.” Said Bio Toxin.
“What about Magma?” Said Mercury.
“He’ll be riding on you. You can hold a lot of weight before, you can do it again right?” Said Bio Toxin.
“I can do it again.” Said Mercury. Mercury flew around the trench and found Magma.
“You’ll be riding on me.” Said Mercury.
“When are we going?” Asked Magma.
“Right now.” Replied Mercury. Magma got onto Mercury’s back and Mercury flew towards the area they were going towards. Once they got there, Mercury landed and Magma hopped off.
“Remember the plan. Lightning wyverns will break the walls, poison wyverns will shoot bio toxin (not the team leader) and kill any humans. Then you get to run through and fire wyverns will be with you shortly.” Said Mercury.
“Got it.” Replied Magma. Just then, the lightning wyverns destroyed the walls. The poison wyverns shot bio toxin (again, not the team leader.) into the room, and Magma saw a few human corpses on the ground. Magma walked in through the broken walls. (Going to write a part two to this.)
Ok so, once I finished writing chapter 3 of “The Desert” Dododex claimed that I was asking for likes, when I didn’t even have that word in there. So I guess I have to give a summary now.
So this is Glider’s perspective and she was put into an arena against a rex named Strong Tooth. Glider side stepped and bit the leg of the rex, and jumped up into the air to shoot down at the ground where the other leg was, but the rex turned his head too far and Glider hit the rex’s head, killing it. Lava Rock is most likely dead, because he didn’t return from his battle in the arena. They don’t know where Magma is. That’s everything that was important.
I’ve had this cool looking argentavis for a good amount of time now, around 10 or less days. He’s got a black color for his entire body except for his head. The top part of the head is a dark red color, and it looks cool. I need name suggestions for this, and I might reference this bird in my story or even add him as a actual character. He also has great stats.

Chapter sixteen (I am literally crying as I right this)
The desert ghoul leapt at Kalmar, who threw it aside angrily.
“Will it ever give up?!” He shouted.
“Doesn’t look like it!” Sarah replied. She slashed at the ghoul with her sword, but it dodged and attempted to scratch her, but she jumped backwards. Aidan leapt forwards with his sword, slashing and stabbing, but the ghoul was too fast. Kalmar stabbed at it with his pike, but missed, the ghoul pushed him backwards, and when Sarah tried to attack it, it did the same. It leapt at Aidan, knocking the sword out of his hand. The two wrestled with each other furiously, and with every step got closer to the edge. Suddenly, they fell off.
“AAAIIIIDAAAAN!!!!!!!” Sarah and Kalmar screamed as they ran to the edge. The two were falling quickly, and it would only be a matter of time before they died.
The pair hit a ledge with a thud, but then rolled off, still wrestling, however, just as they fell off, Aidan kicked away the ghoul and grabbed onto the ledge, hanging off. The ghoul plummeted into the lava and sank, burning as it screeched horribly.
“I’m so sorry” Aidan said, and then let go, plummeting down into the lava. He hit it with a plop, and began to sink, he lifted up his right arm, and did a thumbs up with his hand, just as his body sank into the lava, leaving nothing but the hand, still in the thumbs up position, but then that sank too (terminator reference).

Chapter fifteen
“That was amazing!” Sarah exclaimed as Spark flew up to them.
“It really was” Kalmar and Aidan agreed.
“Thank you, I honestly thought he was going to swallow me” Spark said, chuckling to himself. The group laughed, but there celebration was cut short by the arrival of a terrible threat...

Chapter thirteen
Spark and his army of wyverns faced Redclaw, each one ready to battle.
“You don’t stand a chance... CHARGE!!!” The army flew towards Redclaw, but he fought well, using his claws to slash open wyverns and his fire breath to burn them.
“It’s not safe” Spark told the trio, and he flew to the edge of the World Scar and landed.
“You have to stay here, you can watch, but it’s to dangerous to fight.”
“Very well” Sarah said as Spark flew off to battle.

Chapter eleven
“How the he...”
“Don’t say it, I’ve had enough of that word” Spark said.
“Oh Spark, you actually can talk” Sarah said, tears of happiness in her eyes.
“Yes, whatever that crystal was, it gave me the ability to talk”
“COME OUT YOU PESKY HUMANS AND YOUR WORTHLESS DISGRACE TO WYVERNKIND!!” Redclaw shouted from outside, “COME OUT BEFORE I PULL YOU OUT AND TEAR YOU TO SHREDS!!”
“Wow, he’s grumpy!” Kalmar exclaimed.
“How about we go a few have a little chat” Spark said.

Chapter eleven
“FINALLY, SUNLIGHT, IVE MISSED IT SO MUCH” Redclaw roared.
“This is just... stupid” Aidan groaned.
“C’mon Spark, let’s find shelter,” Sarah said. Spark dove sideways, trying to avoid being seen by Redclaw, he flew down to the ground, where a river of lava bubbled. He veered to the side, and straight into a small cavern that seemed to go unnoticed. Spark crawled in, the cave was empty, apart from a small, glowing, green crystal in the centre of it.
“What’s that?” Sarah asked as she hopped off,
“Dunno” Kalmar said.
“Let’s see...” Aidan said as he picked it up, “looks perfectly harmless” he said. Suddenly, Spark jumped forwards and snapped up the crystal.
“WHAT THE HELL!?!” Aidan shouted.
“That was tasty” Spark said in a calm, soft voice.

Chapter ten
Redclaw rose from the lava pit in his cave and spread his ragged wings wide, before flying up into the air, through the huge hole in the cave ceiling, and into the nest chamber.
“FELLOW WYVERNS, IT IS ME, REDCLAW, YOUR GOD!!! BOW BEFORE ME!!!” All the wyverns in the chamber bowed to Redclaw, who grinned and looked around, eyeing every single wyvern.
“Shoot, get to cover” Kalmar whispered, and the group moved behind a rock just as the immense wyvern turned to them.
“How is it speaking English?” Sarah asked.
“Who knows, maybe all wyverns can do it.” Aidan replied.
“Then why can’t Spark do it?” She asked.
“How am I meant to kn...”
“INTRUDERS!!” Shouted a voice, the group spun around to see a furious fire wyvern glaring at them.

Talon stifled a laugh as the Tropical Wyvern pestered Ivy with questions.
“ What is your name? Mine is Breeze! Why are you late? Or are we early? What’s your favorite food?”
Ivy growled and stuffed his ears with moss. As she chattered on his eyes filled with annoyance,” Shut it!” He clamped his claws around her snout. Breeze’s eyes filled with pain, she clawed desperately at his talons. Her attempts became feeble and powerless.
“ STOP IVY!” Talon yelled at him. As he released his grip he grumbled and sat down.
Shard intervened, “ Come on guys! We are supposed to be focused on the enemy, not ripping each other apart!” As Ivy nodded Talon shot a hard glare at him.

One time i got a maxed alpha lighting wyvern egg and I forgot mom follows for a few more mins but there was so many wyverns that I forgot mom followed and when they turned around I just looked forward then I went to base (not to far away) then a note came up saying (level 21 spino got killed by a level 250 lighting wyvern) I was like what?!?
that day I lost 3 rex and 7 spinos :( that day but atlest I got a maxs alpha wyvern (hope you liked my true crazy story bye)

It seems a good time to note that any environmental abnormalities are caused by the fact that it does not take place on any ark map, it only has ark creatures.
the fact it is ruled by sapient dragons probably was enough to know that from but still...
