Chapter 2

“AHH” Fuzzball became frightened when a mysterious creature picked him up. He was getting higher and far from the ground. “WHATEVER YOU ARE JUST DONT EAT ME OR WHATEVER” Fuzzball cried.

“You are a noisy one.” Said the creature. “WHO ARE U AND WHAT ARE YOU” Fuzzball shrieked. “You’ll see.” Said the creature. The creature took him to the wyvern nests which his brothers and sisters told tales about and drop him in a nest. It was extremely hot, but hot then it was when there was a heatwave in the ferox cave.

“AHH” Fuzzball scrambled around the nest trying to find a way out while hiding behind the nest. “SHUSH” The creature said. It turns out the creature was an ice wyvern. “Lisssssten, I don’t have much time but go to the redwoods-“ “SKREECH” A loud noise came in the distance.” “They’re almost here..” The wyvern said with worry.

“Fuzzball, lisssten carefully,” “Wait,”Fuzzball interrupted. “How do you know my name?” “THAT DOESNT MATTER.” The wyvern shouted. Fuzzball immediately went quiet. “Go to the redwoods…. and find the Thyla, find the artifact.” Said the wyvern while looking around. “But why?” Fuzzball ask patiently. “A great apocalypse has started.. it’s like a virus which makes you lose your mind, only the ferox species can stop it.”

“But why?” Fuzzball asked again. “The ferox has discovered an ancient cure for this virus long ago, the reason why you couldn’t transform is because…” The wyvern was speechless after that. “No wonder I couldn’t transform.” Fuzzball murmured. “The thyla will help you find your way… he will guide you after th-.” Before the wyvern could finish a large archy came with black vines around it. “GO NOW.” The wyvern shouted. Fuzzball acted quickly and climbed out of the wyvern trench.

“How can I get to the redwoods, plus what about my family?” Fuzzball did admit he kinda liked staying with them but he could save the world and show his brothers and sisters how worthy he is. “I will do it.” He said as he journeyed to the redwoods to find the thyla.
