Taming these now can be annoying but if you have a yutyrannus use it to scare the Velonasaur and once scared chase it while shooting it with thanks, before the scare affect is gone go back to you Yuty, wait like 30 seconds then repeat the same process until it’s knocked out then starve it for a while and feed it meat, or prime meat. Worked easily for me. Hope this helped.

These things are bests and they are literally turrets powered by meat

This dude will do tons of damage so first of all, tame high level triceratops or stegosaurus to soak up its damage, while it is distracted trying to kill your dinos, use your weapon of choice (if your taming make sure to use tranquilizer darts or arrows) and try to deal as mu vc damage as possible, to escape these guys, a pteranodon will do if you get far enough away. If you tame these guys they will be a great defending Dino and offense Dino, since the saddle is unlocked so early, it is an AMAZING starting mount. I would give it a 90/100, if it could destroy would structures a solid 95/100

Take a crystal wyvern, pick up velo and take it to the city let friends knock it out.Bty it won't shoot you when you pick it up and it won't shoot your friends when it is picked up with a crystal wyvern.(but in the case it does shoot you it can't shoot anything else because of hitbox on wyvern so if this does happen to shoot you then it will only damage the wyvern for like 200-500 damage)
