If you're gonna use these in turret mode, LEVEL THEIR STAMINA! They deal a fixed amount of damage in turret mode so levelling Melee Damage won't do much good. Make sure you have a tek trough full of raw meat nearby, because they go through meat like it's going out of style when recovering stamina. Having a greenhouse growing Plant Species R-1 is recommended if you don't wanna go out and hunt.

The best way to tame this thing is legit net it and kick it in the face with a horse untill it loves you

It was my first tame as soon as you can get a boomerang in the desert just find a cliff where it can't shoot and boom you got yourself a velonasaur

Just use rhe net gun and tranq arrows with a prime bow easiest tame with insane damage if you get a good breeding line afterwards and torp is really low so knocks out fast even high lvls

For an easy tame, let it hit one of your strong dinos whilst you light it up with tranqs. It’s close range attack doesn’t do much damage!
