If your on pvp, tame a bunch of these and have them be inside your base guarding your goodies, set them on aggressive, if you have a decent pack any would be raiders don’t stand a chance

As I was body guarding my mate who was building a trap for a baryonx in a fairly dangerous area with my trusty sarco named Lamin I decided it was a good idea to make some bolas cuz we had just got jumped by a pack of raptors and we used all of our bolas so as I’m collecting the last of the fiber I get jumped by 1 troodon who was able to knock me out but lamin jumped into action and saved the day my takeaway is to always keep your favourite dino near you.

WHAT EVER YOU DO......DONT ATTACK A PACK OF 3 OR MORE. 4 of these things almost killed my lvl 40 sarco. In the day they are neutral but do not go to close to them or you’ll be rip to pieces but in the night dont even to a mile close to them. If you see this thing running towards you.....RUN LIKE HELL. YOU KEEP RUNNING TILL YOU GET TO WATER/

In order to tame a trodon, you must sacrifice a tamed animal, beter during the night, and the bigger the tame, the better the taming effectiveness, what i suggest ia that you breed baby dino's and trap the trodon before hand,the best to sacrifice to the trodon is a giga and i suggest a baby for a low risk.

Useful in groups, they have a pack bonus and if there's alot alot of them they can put a single target to sleep.

Earlier I went into the jungle to get a supply crate. I saw a Troodon that I thought was alone. I pulled out my sword to kill it. An entire pack came after me. I killed them all but fell unconscious. I got back up and started running away after realizing I risked my life for a water jar blueprint. Another pack of Troodons attacked me. I luckily defeated them, but fell unconscious again. I woke up again with 10 health. I was also overheating, but there was a stream of water just outside of the jungle. After waking up, I limped into the stream where I cooled down, healed up, then left to go back to Herbivore Island. I hate Troodons. I also really dislike blue supply crates now because it gave me a water jar blueprint after nearly dying to two packs of Troodons.

I just tamed one of these guys across the map because i thought it was a shoulder mount. it's not. i may be stupid, don't make the mistake i did

I use these to attack people who attack my base because they are so small they won’t see them if they are on a large tame plus they do torpor and if you have a bunch of them on auto walk they can shred through players if good levels that is I highly advise doing some mutations with them - A.L.N.A
