You better know what your doing before you get close to a pack of these. I was adventuring with my Sarco, Debbie, and i didnt know what these guys were about until it was too late. I died, and Debbie is no longer with us. Be careful. Protect your dinos.

A single wild level 145 kept me knocked out for almost 3 hours. Tribe mates were sound asleep, I was helpless. I managed to tame it after it granted me a death, gave it a real fitting name.. “Bill Cosby”. He sleeps next to me now, nobody has ever looked at me the same. <3

Bring a Parasaur and use its honk ability. It’ll send that little shit running.

Can be used to scout the vicinity near you. In pvp you can take your troodon to find exactly where in a base, enemy players are located. This works with wild Dino and any other players/Dino.

This is the worst animal in the game 5 of them ganged up on me and camped my stuff all night, I then ripped my monitor apart like a piece of paper.

Be ABSOLUTELY certain your dinos are behaving how you want them to. I had 2 troodons waiting to be fed to tame and I come back to see my dinos killed both of them while they were inside the stone trap! A wild non trapped troodon triggered the encounter like a fox in the chicken house. Or rather the... troodon in the dodo house...

If your on pvp, tame a bunch of these and have them be inside your base guarding your goodies, set them on aggressive, if you have a decent pack any would be raiders don’t stand a chance

WHAT EVER YOU DO......DONT ATTACK A PACK OF 3 OR MORE. 4 of these things almost killed my lvl 40 sarco. In the day they are neutral but do not go to close to them or you’ll be rip to pieces but in the night dont even to a mile close to them. If you see this thing running towards you.....RUN LIKE HELL. YOU KEEP RUNNING TILL YOU GET TO WATER/

Evil, do not approach or you will die. If you have the option to fight a T-rex or a few of these, fight the T-rex.

In order to tame a trodon, you must sacrifice a tamed animal, beter during the night, and the bigger the tame, the better the taming effectiveness, what i suggest ia that you breed baby dino's and trap the trodon before hand,the best to sacrifice to the trodon is a giga and i suggest a baby for a low risk.

Get close to one on a low level… and you’ll die a slow painful death. Be prepared.

Earlier I went into the jungle to get a supply crate. I saw a Troodon that I thought was alone. I pulled out my sword to kill it. An entire pack came after me. I killed them all but fell unconscious. I got back up and started running away after realizing I risked my life for a water jar blueprint. Another pack of Troodons attacked me. I luckily defeated them, but fell unconscious again. I woke up again with 10 health. I was also overheating, but there was a stream of water just outside of the jungle. After waking up, I limped into the stream where I cooled down, healed up, then left to go back to Herbivore Island. I hate Troodons. I also really dislike blue supply crates now because it gave me a water jar blueprint after nearly dying to two packs of Troodons.

Does anyone agree with me? Idk why you would tame these guys, they eat rexes for breakfast (correction, dinner) and is worse than even a parasaur.

As I was body guarding my mate who was building a trap for a baryonx in a fairly dangerous area with my trusty sarco named Lamin I decided it was a good idea to make some bolas cuz we had just got jumped by a pack of raptors and we used all of our bolas so as I’m collecting the last of the fiber I get jumped by 1 troodon who was able to knock me out but lamin jumped into action and saved the day my takeaway is to always keep your favourite dino near you.

Thought this guy was a compy so I through a bola at it and the hole gang came over and bullied me till I died.😂
