So I just tryna tame a real so I go to the redwoods, these guys jumped at me when I was tryna find a rex, then they jumped at me and pushed me towards a rex, killed it, then rode my argy to go to a cliff and knock out the rex, boom, I tamed a rex, but also watch out cuz they will jump at u, push u to a random predator or something,

WATCH THE BIG TREES, they are most likely just waiting for you in a tree.

Mive slowly through the woods if you want to avoid them on your bird (spyglass wil come in handy).

One of these just fell out of a tree on top of me and I died in seconds. 😭

Just when you think you are safe on your flier, they escape from the depths of hell and find you. You can not get away. You will die. You will lose your flier, and your freshly tamed carno you just wanted to get back to base... they will be dead and you will respawn in tears..

They have sneak level 100. DONT GO IN THE RED FORREST

They can and will knock you off your tame even if youre on a ground dino(or at the very least a Barry)

I was set off on a mission to find Bigfoot with my level 83 Argy I had, as I was soaring through the redwood forest BAM 2 of these beasts jumped at me both level 140 and ripped me off of Argy and I couldn’t tell you how much it scared me but luckily my double barrel and Argy could kill them both leaving me one shot. So yeah DONT FLY IN REDWOODS

If you want any chance of surviving, always bring a sword and some decent armour (maybe 2 pairs) when going through the redwoods.

You can still melee when pinned so bring decent armor and a good melee weapon when in the redwoods

Do not go near the redwoods on a flier without good armour and a nice melee otherwise you will get destroyed by a thylacoleo

Just don't give them a hug and you will be fine.

Be carful when exploring redwoods expecally when on a bird I've got jumped and we fell in the waterand I had a mini heart attack after encountering one of these so I'm basically scared to go in redwoods with one of these attacking me and falling in the middle of carnos or rexs and getting my face eating alive just saying keep your darn eyes out people they can come out of nowhere.

You CAN pick it up with Argentavis idk y it says you cant but you can

To survive the encounter, rub glue, vegimite and toothpaste into hair and glue forks to ears trust me it works ;)

Whenever I fly in the redwoods, I always have my flyer set to follow me and I have my strongest pile ready in my hotbar in case one of these guys rips me off my bird

Ran into one while walking the redwoods on my Rex. It just walked around my Rex's feet ignoring us completely. Until, that is, I unseated myself. As soon as I was standing on my Rex's back it took notice. I ended up standing out on my Rex's tail and tranqing it. So apparently like titanboa's they don't aggro on Rex's.

I discovered these today. I was flying happy whit my 2 dear pteros back home, and out of nowhere one came and knocked me down and killed me. Only 1 ptero died, so i came back on a saving mission, and Lost my Tapejara AND 2 pteros. I Just wanna say, dont fly on the redwoods.
