Best way to tame it with coocked lamb chops,trap it under your wyv wings and tell you tribe mate to shoot it and this cat will be yours.

Honestly there really cool to have and tame but hard to fined good lol one. But if you do find on as a high lvl I would have a quetz and fly away from the redwood trees but look at them once u find one look at its lvl if u like it then pick it up and take it to taming pin to tame.BUT DO NOT GET CLOSE OR TAKE A PTERA IN REDWOODS. If you do then u will be lunch for the lovely cat but they are hard to kill at lower lvls and they will kill ur bird if on passive. Also tame with titan boa kibble if u have it hard to get the eggs but if not do cooked lamb and if u dont have both dont try to tame it lol

Not sure if it's common knowledge yet, but it seems like the Bear Hug Champion prefers cooked meat over raw. Cook up a bunch of prime or mutton and you don't have to stress as much over spoilage!

Coocked meat work great for tamming, faster than prime!! Less work than titan kibble

If tamed in scortched earth and used to kill mantis they can be the best at getting organic polymer and chitin

When you find one the best way is to be on a Questal with a platform saddle. Shoot it out of the tree, land and let your quetz tank its attacks while you tranquil out. Use a longneck Rilfe.

It really likes prime cooked meat. Any cooked meat will tame this animal pretty good and fast especially mutton.

Can be tamed with cooked meat just not good effectiveness but as quick as prime

Looking for them just outside of the forest seems a good plan... Mine was on a beach attacking herbivores... Lots of narcoberrys are a must and tonnes of meat, preferably prime. My friend went to tame one, i used by quetz to pick up a big stock of berrys and prime meat.
