Make sure to land head shots only cause these guys can outrun most flyers.

Since it has 3 seats you can have a driver, and 2 people in the back with guns and jump people works everytime, btw not the best idea 2 have the guy in the middle to have a gun equipped because he might shoot the driver the third guy or most importantly the tame and kill it happened once never again I hope

Chase it to your base keep a distance so that the Tapejara will stop fleeing and become stagnant over your base. Using a quetzal with trapper preferably 3x3 (doorframes). Trap the Tapejara and begin to tranq till unconscious. Simply just fly the quetzal in any direction and now you can begin to tame within your compound. I tamed 10 already. 7 in one day.

mine was super easy to tame bc it got stuck in a tree

1nd Run with a Dino fast and throw a bola on it.2nd way toss bolas at longer distances with ghillie set,if you can't,get closer.3nd way is to get all the creatures around its area f-u-c-k out,then consume a rare flower.Congurlations!You tamed a s-e-x tape.

Definitely would recommend coming prepared without bola and 20 tranq arrows just Incase you find a level 150

I just used bola then tranched it and used bio chemicals to keep it sleeping for longer

You can now aggro the tapejara (and most other non-aggressive dinos) by eating a rare flower near them. Just aggro it with the rare flower and lure into a argent taming pen while on a pteranodon. So much easier than it used to be.

These things will kill you in one hit and eat all of your stuff. And the farthest Agro range also they can break any and all walls/ armor with ease. You will never out run it your only safe in the water

Just go in godmode enable finite ammo then get a crossbow with toxicnated arrows and fire cause the here’s a glitch where you can spamm it also feed it prime meat make sure to put spike around it for safety

How to tame a tapeajara

Step 1 get grilling

Step 2 lay behind it and throw bola

Step 3 put three small gates on tape Amara

Step 4 tranq it out

Step 5 put meat in to it

(KEEP GATE AROUND IT EVEN IF KNOCKED OUT)

Crouch up to them then bola they need bolas after that use spikes and prime meat/kibble

Bring plenty of bolas!!!! Don't approach unless your in full Gilly! Best chance is to Bola it.

How to tame a tapejara

1: get the supplies witch are rare flowers,bollas,Something to kill and protect you’re self and finally something to knock it out I used tranq darts.

2: kill every thing in the area and I mean everything even dodos.If there is something you think you can’t kill like a Rex just tame it somewhere else.

3: Go near the tapejara and eat the rare flower.Now it will follow you and try attacking you.

4: Try to bolla it and once you do tranq it out.(bring more bollas in case it gets out of the first one)

5: Finally feed it the food you have for it then there you go you have a tapejera.

This flying Dino is hard to name I tried to tame one for like days but if you want one at lvl 9 or higher without tranj arrows first crouch then bola it but I got by getting out the bola first then crouch if you don’t have a club use or first but to do that make a trap or get back up club then feed it any meat or allo kibble or a better kibble lol idk what it is called then protective the arena where raptor the mruder chicken is there’s a high chance that the raptor will come to come and hit the you then the tapejara at the same time if your on top of it
