These are great on solo my faveroute way of traveling the island

A lot of people say the tapejara is extremely hard to take it isn't it's simple as bola it and than tranq arrow it not only that but they're amazing for transport being able to carry 3 people on they're saddle at once

Step-By-Step on how to tame a Tapejara

1. Eat a rare flower so it will aggro and chase you

2. Land your flier and bola him (Make sure your flier is on passive)

3. Knock him out and feed him superior kibble or any type of meat (Preferably raw prime or mutton)

These things are great at taming Dino’s from the air. If yur above a spin-off or Rex yu want to tame, just sit on the back of yur tapijara and let it fly in place. There’s nothing the Dino can do as you shoot its face with tranq darts and/or arrows. Watch it fall to the ground and feed it the required taming food. Congrats, give yur tapijara a pat on the back, and celebrate with a taming party

You can use this guys to tame many of creatures by using passenger seat

A saf’r tapejara guide!

You'll need: stone dinosaur gateways, 2 stone dinosaur gateway doors, 6-10 rare flowers or more depending on the distance you put your trap, a tanky flyer (maybe 1000 or more health?) that can fit through the doors and a good steep mountain thats fairly safe.

STEP 1: Set down your birdcage trap, open one of the doors thats in the direction of the tapejara.

STEP 2: Munch a flower, make sure no other flyers other than the tapejara are following you. Make sure the rare flower timer doesn’t go below 5 seconds at least.

STEP 3: Once you get it inside the trap, lock your tame and the tapejara in and begin shooting, don't worry about your tame as the timer will go down and it'll stop attacking (tapejaras are a fleeing animal like pteranodons!)

STEP 4: Do the usual knockout tame stuff, fill it with narcotics and food and wait until tamed!

Tada! You have made a reusable trap and have a tapejara :D

Tip do not mount it after you get attacked by a titanaboe because I did and I lost my tapyjara and then I found but not t died to a level 147 spino one up =one rip for yappu

Rare flowers don’t work on mobile so for all those who are on mobile I’m sorry

The easiest way to tame this would be to either wher ghillie armor and sneak up close to it and bola it, or to sneak up from behind, but not as close. The main key is to have good bola skills when doing the second one.

NOT the only way to tame a quetz just eat rare flowers to lead the quetz to a safe place where u put a trap

These things can fly backwards which aren’t common in flying mounts. Use it to your advantage and juke other flyers

Popular tame! But super hard to bola since they are extremely skittish. I would suggest staying low tok the ground to find one as they dont fly around unless running. Crouch walk when you see one and consume a rare flower. This will agroit and they will come to attack you. This helps yoh bola it since it wont flee. I finally saw one tapejara which is resting on the ground , bola it , trand arrow it , suddenly a carno come out of nowhere and locked and killed the tapejara .I am sure I check the surroundings and this carno came out of nowhere :(

I have just found a level 95 tape but people should know when you agro it it stays in the sky for a while and just so you know mobile players always have tranqs and a sleeping bag with you… If you sleep in the bag then the dinos food will go down to zero so if you do this have the food on you already!!!

Tapejaras usually hang out in jungles or forests, they fly away from any carnivore or player and even wandering tames. But if you do tame one they are extremely good and maneuverable. They are really good for raiding bases and hiding from other tribes.

I found tapejaras at the red and green obelisks. Wait for it to land and then bola it the hit it in the head with tranq arrows or darts
