Once I knew a place I called raptor central it was in a forest so one time when I wanted to tame one I saw a rex dealing with them jurassic park style.

A funny story:

I was riding my raptor(lvl35 female)and suddenley a therzi (lvl150) comed and killer my rapor and me i need to rewind my save to get back my rapor and my stuff

Me: *casually harvesting resources on a large piece of land to take back to my base on herbivore island.*

Raptor: hold my beer. Imma kill this guy. *proceeds to run at me.*

Me: turns around with an assault rifle in my hands and kills the raptor.*

Though I recently started to play ark, I’ve quickly learned how fast these rascals are, they ran faster than the speed of a Rex I was being chased by! So I tamed it, and managed to outrun a Rex, again! So I highly recommend you tame this Dino in early game!

The first creature I ever bred was a raptor, but didn’t know how to take care of a baby raptor. Forgot to give it food and it starved to death. Please feed your baby raptors.
