You can see up to 3 on the same map on official, is saw 2 in one heatwave, a parasaur can detect them, and you can see one glitched in the ground if you are the 1st person to render it after a heatwave, but once you leave render it will be invisable, they will respawn in the same spot that you see it glitched or where it lands after a heatwave

It spawns Behind the red obelisk only spawns during heat waves. They chase you if you eat rare flowers btw… Also if it’s not there make a trap then it will spawn and it’s in the trap preferably use fire wyvern or flamethrowers to knock it out and it only eats sulfur

If you are trying to tame a Phoenix some of them can self destruct

Dose eny one know the exact location of the pheonix is?I have been looking for such a long time you wouldn’t believe it I’ve gotten a para and tarned It on Ter mode and looked for it and it’s ashes iv looked everywhere iv forced a heatwave(btw the code for a heat wave is CE start_superheat),iv looked all over the map I payed $18.00 for this map FOR THE PHEONIX,and I’m getting so sad iv lost 4 rock drakes and 1 fire wyvern,and I really want the pheonix...so someone PLEASE tell me a code or we’re it mostly spawns!

Oh they only spawn during a heat wave on scorched earth and they could literally spawn anywhere on the map you will have to go find them your self during a heat wave look to see if your flaming hot that's how you know its a heat wave

I found one and tamed it and my teammate killed it. And they died in-game.😅🤣😂😭😭😐🤗😎☠️

I followed a 125 Phoenix around and built a trap on it by locating its ashes with a Parasaur,I marked its location on a map and went to do stuff and on the next SuperHeat I went to that spot. . .it despawned...it's ashes despawn if your gone for too long and who knows when the next heat wave is gonna come,if its a high level make a trap and quickly make 20 to fking 100 jars of oil and return and camp its spot,wanna use a flamethrower but can't make one,purple crates and above give them like common loot

Wait for a hw, preferably use a skiff to scout the map, u can still find when there’s no hw but will only tame during one

Only one wild Phoenix will spawn at a time per map.
