Here is a story to prove that these prehistoric mini ninjas are more then poop throwing monkeys.
I was playing on ragnarok one day and all of a sudden, two or three of these guys spawned in to my new cave base. I tamed one of them. It ended up at level 118. Not thinking much of him, I threw him on my shoulder and went out on my argentavis to have an adventure. Often I would attack animals for fun. Then, something truly amazing happened. My monkey started throwing poop at my enemies and making the same sound any young child would make if they were pretending to be a ninja. From that point forward, he was known as ninja monkey. He was Always with me.
Now however, is when the real story begins. Prepare yourself, for this is a truly honorable and glorious tale of courage and loyalty.
One day, I was taming a quetzal using my griffin and some tranq arrows. Of course, ninja monkey was with me as usual. We were both extremely excited to watch the quetzal fall to the ground asleep, just waiting to be tamed. In our glory we flew down to the sleeping beast only to find that terror birds were attempting to eat the magnificent animal. Ninja monkey and I were infuriated. We flew down a-top my griffin and had nearly wiped them all out when who should pop out of the ground to ambush us but a purlovia! That evil creature ripped me apart sending me back to the bed at my base. Rushing back, I could only hope that my precious animals were still alive. As I was flying above the nearly dead quetzal I saw ninja monkeys death message appear in red letters at the top of my screen. In my anger, I gave the purlovia the most excruciating and painful death I could. Then, I finished off the terror birds. In agony I tamed the quetzal and brought it back to my base. But then I thought about what I had seen. My griffin had survived. But how? Then I remembered all that I had witnessed. My griffin and quetzal were still alive, because of ninja monkey. When all seemed lost, he sacrificed himself for me and my dear griffin. From that day forward, the quetzal I had tamed was known, as “ninja monkey prevails.” Immediately I set up a memorial in honor of my noble ninja friend. And if you ever were to find this Memorial, on his gravestone you would see this inscription: “here lies ninja monkey, brave rescuer of grif the griffin. May he rest in piece.”
And thus ends my tale.
So friends, whenever you see a mesopithecus, and think it unworthy of being tamed, remember the tale of the great protector of griffins and quetzals. Remember the tale of the small but brave warrior.
:Remember Ninja Monkey:
Thank you for listening. I hope you all will seriously consider taming one of these truly amazing creatures. #REMEMBERNINJAMONKEY

I tamed a one of these guys and named him "uh oh stinky". I guess it worked, because when i was wandering around, gathering resources, a titanoboa attacked me. I used my pike to get it to low health, but ive been tranquilized by its poison and fell unconscious! Then,"uh oh stinky" saved my life by throwing poop at it until the bastard snake finally died. Thanks, uh oh stinky.
Skullhelm's story part 2. The monkey shrieked, the alpha raptor smashed through another part of the wall and quickly the human picked her up and ran outside grasping a long-shimmer-fang-claw and hit the monster with it, the raptor turned to face them, but the human was ready, he sliced at its face and she started throwing dung to help him, every time the raptor lunged the human stepped to the side and drove his sword into its ribcage, but the creature soon got angry and managed to hit him with its claw, the monkey leapt off of his shoulder as the raptor readied itself for another attack, she ran up its back to its neck and bit down firmly with her sharp teeth, her aim was true and with a crunch the beast's head flew clean off. Her human drank a bottle of something and his wound instantly started closing up, 'thank you' he said to her, she Ran to the raptor's head and got out the skull, putting it on her head, the human said, 'let's call you Skullhelm' 'arg' she replied.(more in part 3)
Skullhelm sat with Sapphire, Zéta and Éta, and Cinder.
They had managed to get to the Highlands and locate Storm II, the problem was he was hiding in the old lighthouse.
'I definitely am going to eat him after this' Sapphire hissed, muttering something about feeling like her feathers were being plucked out. 'He'll probably taste bitter even them' Éta growled even more miserably,
'Revenge always tastes sweet' Sapphire replied darkly
'If we can catch him, it would be my pleasure to let you eat him, certianly' Skullhelm said, wondering if she should have just stayed wild and kept out of situations like this one.
But they didn't have to wait long before Storm II came out, a day later he attempted to sneak out to get berries, after they'd caught him that time Skullhelm certianly was tempted divide him in three pieces and feed a piece each to Sapphire, Zéta and Éta, but as always he got away too fast. Skullhelm's story part 3. The morning after the alpha raptor attack Skullhelm and her human were gathering food near a small stream, the human whistled whilst pointing at a dodo and Skullhelm ran over to it and snapped its neck with her helmet's teeth, she had got much stronger from the battle the previous evening and had already got a small stash of dead dodos, but one more couldn't hurt she and her human both thought, 'right then Skullhelm, that's six dodos and one dilo we've got. Now to head home' 'oogh' she agreed. On the way home they saw a bush shaking, 'What was that!' the human said, Skullhelm leapt onto the ground and walked over to the bush, another monkey appeared from behind the bush, 'raptor!' he said in monkey language catching sight of Skullhelm's mask. 'it's ok' Skullhelm said, 'it's just a helmet' 'what?' He said 'I helped my human kill an alpha raptor and now I wear it's skull' she explained. 'Oh ok' 'wow! you've found another monkey' the human said. (More in part 4)
As the snow from the door cleared Skullhelm saw the tribe leader come through it, wearing a suit of fur armour, a pure white troodon at her heels, 'Zéta? Éta said, 'Éta?' the white troodon replied, 'where have you been?' they both said to each other, and then Éta and Zéta started excitedly talking too fast for the monkeys to understand, 'So what happened to Théta? Éta asked Zéta 'I don't know, he decided to leave looking for you I got lost and found this human' Zéta replied pointing at the tribe leader with his snout,
'Good news, it seems Storm II has been here somewhere, and is heading towards the highlands' the tribe leader said, 'Ook' Skullhelm replied, what would he want with the highlands, Skullhelm thought, it's infested with gigas and easy to track him in.
Skullhelm, Cinder, Sapphire and Éta sat huddled around a fire next to an equally frozen looking group of jerboas. So far on the somewhat vague direction of Éta to "go north" they had got as far as murdersnow, and still no signs of Storm II.
'So, you never did explain why you didn't attack us at the ruined village, Éta' said Skullhelm,
Éta stared into the flames for a moment, then said 'I used to have a human, they lived in the village with their tribe, but when another human tribe destroyed it my human left and took my brothers, Zéta and Théta with them, I hoped that if I waited they might come back for me, but now it's been years, I came with you hoping I might find Zéta and Théta on the way', Éta replied,
Sapphire made a few whirrs and growls in troodon that seemed sympathetic, then suddenly the door opened and a great deal of snow exploded into the building.
(fan fiction) Skullhelm's story part 1, the mesopithecus wandered around looking for food, she saw a plant with the bitter-purple-food on it in a strange square patch, 'Oh-oh uh'-uh! She said in delight, she started eating the mejoberries off the the bush, she looked up, she saw a tall-two-legs-no-tail walking towards the bush, 'argh-ooh-eegh?' she chattered, the human looked down at her. 'a monkey!' it said, the mesopithecus stared, the human offered her a long-orange-earth-fruit which she took happily, such delicacies were hard to come by, she decided this tall-two-legs-no-tail was worth sticking with, she jumped up onto his shoulder, he started walking towards a small-mountain-den-cave and took her inside 'ooagh?!' she said as she saw the inside, it was lit by an orange-red-destroying-light and had various objects inside, then suddenly the wall fell in and the head of a red-fire-killer-scale-beast appeared, snarling. (More in part 2).
So i was trying to tame one of these guys and a dilo attacked and the monkey ran off a cliff(not a big one)and at the bottom there was a lake and he ran into the water and he was in there forever and I tried to get him out then I heard the death noise for the monkey rip he drowned
Skullhelm, Cinder and Sapphire walked through the abandoned human village. 'Wait, I can smell something' Sapphire said, her huge orange eyes narrowing slightly 'Like what?' Skullhelm asked 'Like a.. troodon!' Sapphire said.
as soon as she said this, an ash grey troodon leapt down from a chimney and said: 'Grreetingsss' Sapphire made a series of unintelligible clicks, growls and hisses in her own language, which the newcomer swiftly returned, 'He says he's peaceful' Sapphire translated. 'Good' Cinder said, 'Ssso' said the black troodon 'what are two mesopithecusss, and a troodon doing here?' 'We're looking for a black mesopithecus' Sapphire replied. 'Ah, what luck, he passsed by here not two hoursss ago' 'Where was he going?' asked Skullhelm, 'He was going north' the troodon replied. 'Brilliant!' said Cinder 'Oh, and by the way. Who are you?' he asked the troodon 'Ah how rrude of me, I have forgotten to introduce myssself. I am Èta.
Skullhelm's story chapter 3 part 4. Skullhelm and Cinder sat waiting for Sapphire underneath a large tree in the campsite, soon they saw the deep blue troodon slip out the doorway of a large hut and make her way across the camp to them, 'so, what did you find out?' Cinder asked her, 'Storm II has...' 'escaped' Skullhelm cut in 'yes' Sapphire said, 'how far has he got' Cinder asked, 'we don't know' she replied. Later that day Skullhelm, Cinder and Sapphire were walking through a redwood forest in search of Storm II, a snarling purlovia burst up from the ground, but was easily dissected by a few quick swipes of Sapphire's claws, eventually an abandoned human settlement came into view, 'this is where the humans think he went' Sapphire said, Skullhelm looked around 'looks like the sort of place he'd hide' she said. more in chapter 3 part 5
Skullhelm's story chapter 3 part 3. Sapphire leapt at Storm II, claws bared, but he was ready for her and whipped her away with his tail, then Skullhelm jumped from behind and held him long enough for Cinder and Sapphire to get there and help hold him, 'ok now can I eat him?' Sapphire asked, her golden eyes glowing 'first we need to get him back to base, then you can eat him' Cinder replied, Then Storm II said 'I'm afraid that won't be happening' before a pteranodon appeared from the canopy, diving down for Storm II, but Sapphire was ready for the flyer, she leapt up, eyes incandescent with rage, and with a single swipe of her razor-sharp sickle claw, the pterosaur dropped to the ground dead, 'now, I have food!' she said triumphantly, returning to help pin down Storm II, they dragged him through the jungle to their outpost, where several humans and other monkeys and troodons helped to get him into a cage. (More in chapter 3 part 4)
Skullhelm's story chapter 3 part 2. Skullhelm and Cinder walked along the path of small footprints, the troodon running in front, her large eyes glowing. 'so are you totally sure you're on the right track, Sapphire?' Cinder asked the troodon 'well, I can't help being hungry' she said slightly irritably 'you ate that compy about thirty seconds ago' Skullhelm said, 'if I were allowed, I'd eat you' she said with a hint of a growl, 'mm-hmm' Cinder said, Sapphire then suddenly stopped and sniffed the air 'I can smell a mesopithecus' she said, then, as soon as she said this a black mesopithecus' in a leather hat stepped out of a tree, 'ah, you finally found me' he said in his typical irritating way, 'well you clearly didn't make any effort to cover your tracks' Skullhelm replied, 'at the speed you were going, I didn't need to' Storm II said. Sapphire hissed angrily

Skullhelm's story chapter 3 part 1. Skullhelm looked out over the tall jungle trees, from the pteranodon's talons she could see the whole area, as she scanned the environment for Storm II she saw a suspicious circular clearing in the trees, going down for a closer look, she found evidence that a monkey had been nearby, a makeshift nest of leaves and fibers was laying partially dismantled on the ground, berry seeds were scattered everywhere and a trail of small footprints lead away into the forest, Skullhelm made the summoning call, and soon Cinder appeared, riding on the back of a blue troodon, Cinder climbed off his mount and asked 'what did you find?' 'footprints, a broken nest and lots of berry seeds' she replied, the troodon looked at them with intelligent eyes 'after all the trouble Storm II's caused, after we find him would it be all right if I ate him?' she said in the a rough approximation of their monkey language, 'probably' said Skullhelm. (More in chapter 3 part 2)
Skullhelm's story chapter 2 part 5. Skullhelm and Ember dragged Storm II back to the human, who put him in a cage in what was left of the brontosaur's fortress, the rex had sustained a mortal injury to its leg and the tribes had agreed to make peace, but Storm II was a different matter, he wouldn't stop trying to escape and was proving very problematic to keep imprisoned in the fortress, needing to be knocked out with darts just to be fed, Skullhelm was talking with Ember about it on the roof, 'it seems unlikely they can hold him for long' she said 'maybe' Ember said 'but that's something anyway' as if to prove Skullhelm's point, their human turned up and said 'that little pest Storm II just escaped!' Skullhelm immediately ran to the entrance just in time to see Storm II flying away in a pteranodon's claws. 'catch him Blizzard' the human said to his pure-white dimorphodon, who flew away.
