Don’t waste your time taming a low level. A level 5 took almost an hour, and died in about 30 seconds of being tamed! By a level 35 piranha of all things! And to top things off, my ptera was killed by a bat on the way back
How to know ARK is complete BS in some cases for starters. This thing literally is in the rivers 24 seven which it should not be since last time I checked it’s bigger than a T-Rex but at the same time it looks like a normal great white so logic ain’t logic.
I made mine a saddle then ran into an aquatic beast. I was at the deepest point of ark and had a life vest just in case I ran into this exact scenario. I let go and started to float. Still floating.
