I reccomed 2 people 1 for a snow owl to freeze, and the other to trap, then give mutton as ovis are extremely common in the eden biome. Have around 900 torpor so it won't be hard to KO when it is trapped.

I’ve tamed a few with crops. They seem to be a knockout tame.

To tame a Maewing you will need to tranq it out. Once it’s knocked out put it’s desired food inside its inventory. Once it’s tamed you can put a saddle on it and use it to glide around. The Maewing can also steal other people’s babies which makes raiding a lot more profitable now so if you get into a base with tames being raised, be sure to take a Maewing with you for extra profit!

They are a knockout tame tranq arrows and similar to a griffin you just gotta trap it so it doesnt fly away but they eat the purple berries

When hit the maewing will fly away follow it and find exact one and knock it out (repeat if it’s not two hit knock out) It eats berries don’t know about meat, it is knockout tame

You'll spawn exactly in the area where the Maewings are

There's a lake nearby they are sometimes underwater

If not net gun your Maewing and knock it out on the ground (not many aggro dinos in the area)

If underwater good luck! (U can sometimes knock them out (underwater knock works) cuz they get stuck in the lake)

When they are babies they will eat berries and meat. They are also very hungry bois (this might be just me as i am playing on a boosted server tho.)

It’s a fundamental Dino if you want to breed/4 baby’s per maewing at the same time !!! And you don’t have to worry about the baby’s more appart that it is a great fiber and berry farmer but the most important very easy to tame with few sock darts and a grid you will by fine it’s ovnibore but his preference it’s the basic kibble .
