“ now that we have the magmasaur we can start getting the boss artifacts.” Helena said. She opened her notebook and turned to a page featuring a large beast with a mushroom for a head and four bulky arms. “ this is the fungal titantanete . She holds the artifact of the abreant.” Helena said. I looked at it and asked “ so if we get these artifacts we can enter the overseer’s base?” “ yes we need to find three artifacts.” Said Helena “ the artifact of the abreant, the artifact of the murderess, and the artifact of the betrayal.” I have the book now “ so these titanetes are like smaller Titants?” I asked “ yes. But the titanetes are almost impossible to kill to we need to tame them. Unless you have some spare nukes or metors.” Helena responded Annie looked ober and chuckled “ I wish!” She was busy trying to lead the magmasaur into lady’s platform saddle. George rolled his eyes and said “wait! We forgot to name him! What’s wrong with us!” Geoge put his hand on the magmasaur’s nose and quickly pulled away “ ow” he said “ ok then I dub thee… uncle spicy! After my favorite hot sauce!”

This vent is gross. It smells like smoke, plus there’s this purple gooey stuff in the vents. Now I see a spider. Yuck. Wait, that's not a spider. “ what the heck?” I whisper. it jumps on my head and I fall asleep. I wake up at the entrance of the science building with a gun in my hand “ what happened?” I asked I look to Helena to see her clutching her shoulder. It is covered in blood. “ oh I don’t know. Maybe you just shot Helena!” George said. “ it’s ok she was mind controlled. She didn’t do it. The robots did.” Helena said “ are you going to be ok?” John asked her “ I’m fine let’s just go tame the thing.” Helena responded through gritted teeth. Geez she was mad. Or maybe just hurt? Whatever I’m just going to help tame it and this might just brush over. No, you can’t brush off a bullet wound.“ you should stay.” I said. Helena looked at me for a second. She put her hand on my shoulder and said “ are you kidding me? I’m hungry for adventure!” She raced towards the magmasaur enclosure and we all followed

“ i don’t think this is the place” I said. We were on a rocky cliff looking at the magmasaur habitat. It wasn’t a natural place. Of corse the rocks and the lava and the lava rocks were natural but there was a giant lab building where the magmasaurs should be. “ of course it’s the place. The mind controlled people must have built it so nobody tames it.” Helena responded. “ why did they do that?” Annie asked “ because what we’re about to do is very much considered dumb and even insane.” Helena told them. I analyzed the building and saw a vent in the side. “ he look a vent! Someone could crawl through and open the gates!” We all looked at Annie. “ what?” She asked as she took a sip of her water jar. “Wait… you don’t want me to…” she continued “ crawl into a science building and fight delusional scientists?” Helena sighed and said “ you know kid… I’ve never been so glad to be fourty-one.”

Dododex was not here anymore. Mainly because Helena chucked him off the cliff. After some explaining we found out that he was leading us to a mind-control facility. “ so… he’s bad?” Asked George. “ of course he’s bad!” Said Helena “ lots of Rockwell’s inventions are bad. Now he’s back on earth trying to fix it. Listen John we knew you were going to try and find your unc but Edmund is the reason for all this! The Obelisks, the dinosaurs, the titans… it was all him.” Helena ended. “Wait up a second” I said “ what’s a titan?” Helena took a deep breath and said “ titans are like giant man eating dinosaurs who are corrupted with one of Rockwell’s experiments: the corruption noodle. Rockwell is back on earth fighting them and once the job is done we can all leave the arks. Most people are under mind control so they don’t do anything dumb. That’s why I saved you John… and others?” George waved and said “ I’m George!” so did Annie

“ so earlier you said you know where everyone is right?” I asked Dododex. “ yes” he responded. “ do you know where Edmund Rockwell is?” Dododex looked at me and said “ are you in persut of him as well?” “ I guess you can say that.” I responded. “ Once everyone got good at the genesis they ignored me and my fellow noob-bots so my master sent me after him.” Said Dododex. George and tiny looked over and he asked “ what master? I thought you just helped us to be nice.” The Dododex slowed down a for a second as he said “ uh…. what master? I have no master! I just… am uh…” Annie got impatient and said “ spit it out dude! If you want us to trust you, you have to trust us!” Suddenly the Dododex got shot out of the sky! “ shrink.” Said a voice. It was a lady. She was spying on us from a nearby shrub. “Helena walker.” She said as she held out a hand “ don’t gamble with noob bots.”. I looked at her and yelled “ what?!”

Bang bang! The fungal titanete was wrecking dodo dex! And soon he fell! “ we did it” I yelled. Then we all celebrated as we went back inside. “ so what now?” Annie asked “ our next stop? Earth.” I said

“ what are you doing!?” Annie yelled at me as I climbed up the fungal titanete. “ the fungal titanete is roughly the same size as dodo dex! We can use her to beat him up!” I yelled back “ but the only combat experience this thing has is ageanst us! Are you sure this will work?” George asked me. “ trust me, guys! George, get the magmasaur and Annie you need to throw cod bombs on it from lady!” Soon we all mounted our tames. “ don’t fail me now, uncle spicy!” George said to the magmasaur. “ wait where’s brad?” I asked suddenly the flying whale came floating in with its turrets hot ready to blast Dodo dex dead! “That explains it.” Annie said.” Next all four of us rode to dodo dex and the fight started!

At this point bean was crying but there was no time for that because we heard a booming voice outside: “ hey guys! Remember me? Tis I your beloved overseer: the do do dex!”
“ My prime function was to keep you from earth and if that means killing my former boss to build this huge robot suit out of his metal than I’m all for it! I’ve been spying on you and now in your moment of triumph you will all die!” He continued. We all ran outside to see a huge robot suit with a large dodo dex eye! “ you three go protect the tames” Helena ordered us “ axe your with me! Bean, man the turrets!” So Annie George and I ran to our tames and we had a good view of what was happening! Bean was sitting on one of the wall turrets, and Helena just turned into a wyvern! The dodo dex was beating up wyvern Helena and axe when suddenly I had an idea.

Josiah rolled his eyes and said “ I get it. You don’t see a guy half your size but twice your age every day. It’s ok I’m used to it.” He smiled. “ can we focus? There is a maniac with a unicorn head out there somewhere! The genesis isn’t safe so long as he isn’t dead!” Axe yelled
“ I got this. I’ve been fixing machines before I knew how to say ‘dada’” Annie said she cracked her knuckles and walked over to the machine. As she clicked keys and took apart wiring she said “ this is odd. The log says the last known transportation leads to lat -87 long -09. That shouldn’t be possible.” “ I don’t think the dashes mean negative.” Bean siad. “ but that’s just it. This is a map of genesis. All five biomes perfectly normal ” she said as she pulled up a map on the screen. “ this is us. The green dot.” Then she pulled up a map with completely different terrain.

Beep beep beep. A device on bean’s belt made this sound he picked it up, put it to his ear, and said “ what’s wrong?” A voice from said device said “ I found the unicorn guy! He escaped through a teleporter!” “ on my way.” Bean replied. “ let’s go follow me.” Bean said. We started running and soon we found a guy in a white suit sitting in a room. “ who are you?” I asked “ my name is Andrew Xefflie Esquire you can call me axe. My pawādo is axes. I basically have a bunch of super axes that I can summon.” An axe appeared in his hand. Annie, Brad, George and a dwarf with a big pencil on his back came in. The dwarf siad “ we got the message. Just in time too. This guy's injuries are fully healed. You must be John. The brave leader of the group.” Brave? I am brave? And a leader? I thought that was helenas thing! George and Annie speak high of me! That’s a lot of pressure! I thought. But instead I said “ you must be Josiah.”

Chapter 6-A Tribe?
I trotted on with Bog. Vine stumbled on as Tarantula swung around the mountain. I passed a few icy frozen lakes and forests made of pine. I came up to a curve around the mountain and swerved in. A gigantic metal wall stretched across the area in a circle, with giant gates. I gasped. "Another survivor! Or, a lot." I whispered. There was two people with thylacos at the gate to guard.
"Hello," I introduced myself. "I'm Seasnake.. Who are all of you?"
One of the men snorted, and grabbed a pike. "If you want to join our tribe, you gotta have five tames and trust."
I didn't mean it like that, but I was alone all the time, so who wouldn't take the offer?
I nodded briefly and left Vine and Tarantula at a small dent in the boulders I could barley call a cave. I spotted a lake, and thought I should try to get tames there.
Bog shivered and bounded over rocks as I pointed to the direction. I spotted a crest over the next boulder, a SPINO crest. They didn't live here, and when we turned the corner, it stayed close to the boulder. It had a weathered saddle, and it was horrified. It looked at me with wide, scared eyes. Then I realized; this was an abandoned juvenile spino! His red scales shone as
I got off of Bog and handed the spino some stored meat. He took it gratefully, and he ran up to me, flopping down at my feet.
He looked malnourished, and I saw all his ribs. I patted his back and took the saddle off of him. I saw something on the saddle. A word. It said "Vol".
"Vol.. Vol. The name." I guessed aloud. "Who would do such a thing to you like that, Vol?"
Vol stared at me and got up to follow Bog, eager to move again. I tamed a dodo just to get in, naming the black lump of feathers "Midnight." I carried then back with Vine and Tarantula.
I spotted the guards.
"There! Here are my tames." I shouted, a bit too excited all of the sudden for a "tribe."
"Hmph. You can stay with us for a while." He huffed. "Open the gates!"
