How to raise a good dung beetle
1. One find the south cave (they only spawn in the south cave)
2. Search the cave for enemies(dung beetle tend to spawn near far more often
3. To tame simply feed it medium poo, spoiled meat, or just meat. Poo is the best one
4. go inside with bug repellent so the monsters inside donβt see you ( this step is optional I just wanna make the tame a bit more easy
5. Fun fact: when an animal native to caves is tamed inside the caves the other animals wonβt aggravate on it
6. They eat spoiled meat not poop. They turn poop into fertilizer and/or oil.
7. Fertilizer: provides a good way to grow crops or berries it is required to grow crops/berries
8. Oil: if used in a preserving bin alongside with spark pouder can be used to make meat jerky, which is good for making all sorts of different kibble
9. Keep your dung beetle safe either
.gaurd it with a powerful tame (would not recommend)
. Or keep in a small cage or fenced area

Just feed it poop you donβt have to knock it out.
It is possible for your dung beetle to crawl on a lit forge, which will kill it! So keep it away from any forges if possible.

In the desert on crystal isles. Tame them by using a grappling hook then get to a safe spot and load them up with rotten meat. I got four of them doing this!! Ringo, Paul, John and George!!
I just used bug repellent and I tamed the dung beetle easy using spoiled meat and just walked out of the cave with holding the dung beetle then flew away on my Argie back home. I called him horn and he lives in a nice home.
