Me and my friends went to the winter area on a raft when we finally got there we weren't even on the beach and we hear howling immediately after there were four or five wolves under our raft my bed and all of our thach builds we're gone in an instant my friends were trying to find out what happened with SpearsI jumped off the raft and started firing tranq arrows after a second I started using my simple pistol I didn't have that much ammo then I was attacked by an argentavis I started attacking argentavis most of my friends were dead the argentavis killed me in with no way to respond luckily earlier that day my sister and I built a base on that Hill next to the winter area

The reason they’re ranked high for collecting angler gel is because they collect the most per angler. Use them in the snow cave and you don’t have to swim to the bottom of the ocean to get angler gel. Ascendant hide or flack will help keep you warm.

They can fit in most caves, that I’ve found. The only one that I have found they can’t fit in is the cave for the artifact of the sky lord on the island. They are amazing in caves if you level them right because of the knock back they do with the bite attack and your ability to use weapons on their back. In the upper south cave, it is a little nerve racking with the jumps, and the lower south cave is a little difficult to get out of, but it is possible. If you are able to get in on the back of an Argentavis, I’d suggest that to get the Dire Wolf in for the lower south cave, but other wise, the Dire Wolf can jump up and down that cliff.

Dude these things are killers. I have a wolf that killed 3 trikes and lived to tell the tale! (And they still live to this day) If you get a pack then no one will mess with you

Best way to tame one is to build a small tames pen with no roof then use a rg to drop it is the pen can be what ever size depending on how many you are gunu tame but only needs to be 1 wall tall

Taming a lvl 90 right now, took 2 shots in the head with shock darts and a Journeyman rifle.

The best caving Dino for mobile you need to get one that is imprinted and a high lv and then you have the perfect cave Dino?

So the best way to tame them in my personal opinion goes as follows:

1. Get supplies: tamed saddled argy, 30-100 tranq arrows, a crap ton of bolas, narcotics, and a lot of prime meat. Also get four wood foundations and 8 wood walls,

2. Put the trap up like a box

3. Get on your argy, kidnap an angry wolf, and put it in the trap.

4. Get in there, bola it, shoot it, and feed it the prime meat.

5. You’ve got a cute wolf friend!

Alright guys you seen my tip about the dire wolf in ark switch alr they are too op as a wild right? It is broken too so it can kill a lvl 145 Rex in mins I was playin ark switch I saw a giga and 10 high lvl fire wolf and it killed that giga only 2 survived I guess way too broken op but I think it’s can be broken op as tamed but as imprint tho👀

In ark switch these wolfs are very too op as a wild they can kill a Rex in mins and other Dino’s in secs they gotta nerf it in switch version but if u see one don’t go up to it

The best thing to do with them is put a Rex skin hat on them. It looks awesome

This is an amazing pet get a 4x 1stone pen just fire at it no saddle an amazing pet just get it now ez for movement and kills make a pack and you have easy killed every thing

When taking them to the lasso it’s a lot easier

The Dire wolf is most abundant in the tundra biome of the island.

Direwolf should have a saddle on all ark games because of their weight and size it is a perfect mount

When trying to tame this mighty creature it whould be best to attack From a cliff of some sort use tranq arrows or tranq darts to nock one out try get the highest level if you can see its level then make the others follow you use a Bom or a grenade to kill them you can use cocked and raw but they prefer coocked meat the tame is quick so hurry

You should be have a lot of health for battling and a lot of running speed to escape just in case
