I tamed two from the ice cave and bred them to get one almighty wolf 😁 I recommend just putting levels into melee and health and then you can run the ice cave without any troubles

If your in the icey area, you will have the chance to find him, more than the other parts of the world. If you're not strong, fast, and you have good health, (level of speed, health ,and strength) you have a bigger chance of deadth (Logic; even if you in-counter a wolf in real life, they will not attack, in high chances. But if u are stupid and go in there territory, you'll get recked like pepperonis)

If you are trying to tame a strong pack (which you should be) fly around on an argy and for every pack you find take the alpha away and tame it. Rinse and Repeat (sidetip:if you have a big enough base put 3 or 4 inside and set them on aggressive bye bye raiders;)

Use bola then use tranq darts. If not then arrows. When down I highly suggest carno kibble. If you don't have access to that then use raw prime meat or reg. Meat. Then once it up you have a Wolfy friend! No saddle needed

Taming a direwolf isn't as scary as it seems. You just have to pick out a high level one with your spyglass and use an argentavis to drop is into a 1×1 taming pen and it will be stuck.

When breeding they have twins and triplets very often. I once had a male with a black body and a cream back with a dark ginger mane and grey paws mate with a female that had a white body and a black back and paws. They had three all black triplets two boys and a girl. The female also had triplets. Either couincidense or they have high chances for triplets.
