I found a level 1(by chance), and it took me 14 seconds to tame. I found thirteen more over the month, and by February(found my first one at January), I had an army. I took down a whole Allosuarus in seconds with the army, but we had a PVP war, and..........eleven fell to my enemy's Trexes and Baryonyx. Only one remains now, and I keep him in my ark Basement. His names JasonBourne

Anyone remember that scene in Jurassic park when these evil little things chowed down on a little girl? No just me?

Let me tell you a sad true story.

I stumbled across one of these things. A Carno appeared to have killed its friends so it was alone. She ran over to me and the look in its eyes told me I had to get revenge so I somehow did. Well using the prime meat I got from slaying the Carno, I tamed it. Her name was Feather and from then on we were inseparable. I always had her in my base when I was crafting, and when I went on excursions, she was on my shoulder. When I tamed a Raptor, Feather was there. My first Trike? She was there.

Then...it happened. I was on a journey, was encumbered so I couldn't run, and a Carno ambushed me and Feather. I fell quickly, but miraculously Feather had not died. I raced back there with my Trikes and Raptors as backup. I saw Feather caught in a rock, biting at the ankles of her foe. I got my stuff then raced to save her and that's when I saw it. 'Your Feather was killed by a level 12 Carnotaurus'. I took the time to mourn, build a grave, and a small monument at my base in honor of one of the best shoulder pets I ever had.

RIP Feather 2022-2022. You shall be missed.

Annoying little brats kill my giga when I was walking(lvl 75 GIGA?!?)there was a pack that killed him. Like for me putting a grave to remember him😔😔😔😔

I hate these things. My first two dilophisaurs were murdered by these pests. They always attack me when I'm trying to tame something. My dreams of getting a pack of these are gone. I am going to hunt them to extinction. Up if you feel bad for red and dilly, my first dilos.

Finally I tame 200 rex level.then 5 compyes came and kill my 200 level rex and 1 raptor.the worst day ever on ark. Now you are thinking that I killed the compy but no I tame those and leave there in ice cave. 1 up for rex😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥

Once apon a time there was a young compy his name was dale. Dale was a curious compy he loved to play with his family in the world of Scorched Earth which is where our tales will begin.

This is an intro for a story that Iam going to wright.-Ember

I think you shouldn't bash the Compy so fast!

So a little bit of backstory... I tried all different kinds of shoulder mounts. My dimorphodons kept dying after I got KO'd, my Ithyornis was a pain, and I just coudn't get the hang of any winged pals. I ended up going back to using Compies, even if just for companionship. This all would change the first time I met Minnie.

Minnie is my white Compy with light green feathers, and I've had her with me every time I can help it. I often just wander around, checking everything out, and sometimes getting lost in thought. I forgot I had her with me, and suddenly I'm startled by a noise she makes. I look ahead of me to the right, and a Raptor peeks out at me and starts running at me. By calling out the Raptor, Minnie gave me time to shoot one more arrow, knocking me out. That was the first tale I have, and that happened 3-6 months ago.

Just earlier today, I thought the section of Carnivore Island I was at was clear, until I heard Minnie call out danger. I take out my crossbow, turn right and see a sabretooth run right at me! I managed to get in two shots that I wouldn't have had otherwise, and would have died if Minnie didn't warn me about the nearby danger.

Yeah, Minnie's damage level is awful, but she's definitely my partner. Other shoulder mounts make noises because they're raring for battle, even if there's no foes. Minnie stays quiet until danger is sensed or is fighting.

Moral of the story? Don't judge any dino in the game. Everybody has their preferences, and while I could say more, this is meant to be about the most underrated dino in the game. Listen to your Compy, and you'll be much safer. Happy hunting, ladies and gentlemen.

Jerry held Eden's lifeless body in his arms. "I won't let you down" he said, a tear sliding down his face. Rick and Ares were cornered by Fenrir (fen-reer). Rick went for him but his leg was slashed by the pike, and he stumbled back. "We need to find a way out!" Yelled Ares who wished he had his bow. Jerry looked around and inspected the walls. at this point, everyone knew Jerry was still alive. "There!" He yelled, pointing to a cracked part of the wall. They ran for it, outrunning their enemies. Rick slammed into the wall and it cracked more. Rick slammed into it again and it crumbled away. "NOOO!" yelled Fenrir in defeat as they ran down a stairwell that would lead them out. "We're safe" Said Jerry and Rick punched him lightly "don't say that, whenever someone does, something bad happens" and they ran outside, the sun descending once more...

The Terrible Demise of Tortuga

Chapter thirty.

The twins woke up the next morning. It was snowy outside, a beautiful day. They walked into the kitchen to see their mother and Josephina making breakfast. Arianna set grits and bacon on the table. “Mmm.” Jack said, reaching for a piece of bacon. *Slap!* “Ow!” Jack exclaimed. Arianna had slapped his hand. “No, no you’re going to wait like everybody else.” She said. The front door opened and Aragorn walked in, wiping snow from his boots. “Chilly weather.” He commented. Arianna pointed to a cup of coffee. “Thanks.” He said. They all sat down to eat. Aragorn said the blessing and then they began. *Ding, dong!* *Ding dong, ding dong!* Aragorn sighed and opened the door to see Helen. She gave him a grim smile. “You need to be in the town square all of you.” Helen said. “The mayors are making a announcement and want everyone to be there.” Aragorn nodded. “Fine.” He closed the door in her face. After breakfast they met up with Emma and Andrew and headed to the town square. Everyone was already waiting their for some reason. As if they were waiting. For the Petersons. The executioner spotted them first. “Mayors the Petersons are here!” Michael and his brothers smiled. “Good! Time for hanging!” Michael said. “Seize them!” Mike cried. Immediately peacekeepers surrounded them and seized them. Aragorn suddenly realized what was happening and started struggling against the guards. It took seventeen men to hold him down, and even then they were struggling. “People of this…wonderful city…we will be having a hanging today! Arianna and Aragorn Peterson! Leave the children, may this be a lesson to them!” Michael exclaimed loudly. The crowd began to speak among themselves. “Let Arianna go first!” Mickie said. They wanted Arianna to go first because they hated Aragorn and wanted to make his suffer by watching his wife die. The peacekeepers dragged Arianna and Aragorn over to the hanging booth. They wrapped the ropes around their necks. Aragorn struggled even more mightily as they put the ropes around Arianna. “No,no!” He groaned desperately. “Any last words?” Mike asked her. Arianna turned to her children and husband and smiled gently then slowly sweetly began to sing: “when peace like a river attendth my ways, when sorrows like sea billows roll. Whatever my lot thou has taught me to say it is well, it is well with my soul. It is well, with my soul, it is well…with my soul. It is well, it is well with my soul.” She ended it on that note. “I love you all.” She said to her family. “She looked Aragorn in the eyes. “It’s okay.” She said. Aragorn’s eyes filled with tears. “No.” He whispered. The executioner pulled the lever and The plank under Arianna dropped and she fell. She was gone…just like that. “Nooo! Mommy!” Josephina cried. “It’s all my fault.” Emma said. Aragorn was next. “Any last words?” Michael asked smugly. “You’ll pay for this!” Aragorn said. Michael grinned. “I doubt it. Anything else?” Michael asked. “Yes.” Aragorn said. Michael waited. Aragorn spat in Michael face. Michael wiped the spit off his face. “Ugh! Get rid of him!” The board under Aragorn dropped and then he was dead, his eyes lifeless. The Peterson children and Andrew began to cry. “Let this be a lesson to all of you!” Mickie shouted. Andrew held Jack and Jay back at they tried to get to the mayors. “It’s no use. They’ll just get rid of you to.” Andrew said.

The mayors gathered together. “I’ve gotten news from the British. They’ve come to bomb the city!” Mickie said. “Good it’ll give us a chance to…start the town over.” Michael said. “What about Emma?” Mike asked. “Forget her. There will be prettier girls. Now let’s head to the bomb shelter!” Michael said to his brothers. There was a secret bomb shelter underneath the mayors house that only the mayors and some peacekeepers knew about. So while everyone else got bombed….well you get the point.

Forest opened his eyes.

Sunlight shone down on him, stinging and bright in his face. Faint Voices faded in and out of the background. His heart throbbed painfully at the back of his head.

As he slowly came to himself, he realized someone was staring at him.

Someone very big.

“Huh?” Forest mumbled. He winced as he lifted his head to the giant carnivore.

“Greetings,” said the stranger.

“Forest!” Exclaimed Spark, running towards him.

“He’s awake and fine,” said the giant creature. “Well, mostly fine.”

“You stupid loon,” Crimson barked at Forest, walking over. “You almost it got yourself killed!”

“Thank goodness you didn’t,” said Rust form the other side of him. The stranger nodded, smiling at them.

“Who… who are you?” Forest asked him.

“Oh, pardon my terrible manners,” said the creature. “My name is Needles. A creature named Ripper tired to kill you, if you remember. She is… well. She’s my sister.”

“He saved you,” Spark said. “If he hadn’t come at that exact moment…”

“You’d be screwed.” Rust finished.

“Dung beetles,” Crimson snapped. “All he did was get in the way. I was going to save him m y s e l f.”

“I’m very sure you would have,” Needles said kindly to Crimson. “But I’m here to help. That’s all.”

“For real?” Crimson asked.

“Fortunately yes.” Needles answered.

Forest sat up, gingerly rubbing his head. “She’s your sister?”

“Un-fortunately.” Needles said with a smile. “Let’s say we have different opinions on who’s side to be on.”

“And you kicked her dumb butt!” Rust crowed.

“Yes,” Needles said ruefully. “I’ve always had the upper hand in our battles. She won’t be back again soon. Not with me to help.”

No cause why once when I was first starting ark I was chilling and saw I computer so I decided to try and tame it I got it unconscious so I was about to put meat in its inventory and more had started attacking I ended up killing them all

There’s this one compy in my area who always runs towards me and doesn’t attack. She just stands at my feet looking at me. One day I’ll tame her.

Hope’s Cry

Chapter twenty one

Buddy stood up. He scanned the room for his friends. He saw the two pteranodon twins huddled in a corner with Steve holding a small pistol standing in front of them watching for any bad guys. He saw five other Gigantapithecus laying on beds. With Joe and Mrs Kong standing next too them. Buddy walked up too them. Joe was sitting next too a bed which was occupied by a small grey Gigantapithecus. The small Gigantapithecus eyes opened. She looked at Joe. “Joe? Where is Mom and Dad?” The kid asked. “Mommy’s here.” Mrs Kong said. “Mom? Is that you?” The kid asked. “Yes Myra it’s me.” Mrs. Kong replied sadly. “Where’s Daddy?” Myra asked. “He’s on a trip. He’ll be back in a while….” Mrs. Kong said gently. Myra’s eyes started too close. Then she opened them fighting back sleep. “Mom? Is that you?” Myra asked slowly. “Yes i-it’s me.” Mrs. Kong sobbed. Buddy turned too look at Ben who was standing nearby holding a miniature clipboard. “Is Myra okay?” Buddy whispered too Ben. “She’s had a brain tumor since birth. The poor thing, a brain tumor at this age! There’s nothing we can do…. The Kong family is suffering a terrible loss. Paul Kong was killed fighting The Megapithecus. Paul was a wonderful father, general, and husband.” Ben said sadly. “Will she be okay?” Buddy asked. “We don’t know for sure… what we’re focusing on right now is how to defeat the Megapithecus.” Ben said as he led Buddy too a window. Outside he could see a large white ape smashing houses too pieces. There was a large red scar across its face and shoulder. Buddy became aware of rumbling in the ground. Buddy looked out the window again too see large purple tentacle like things rising out of the ground. One of the tentacles dashed towards the Megapithecus. Slamming itself through its head. The Megapithecus let out a groan then collapsed too the ground. “It’s dead!” Ben screamed in joy. Everyone in the room screamed in delight!(Everyone that was awake and not insane…) “Everyone be quiet! What was that that killed it?” Buddy screamed. “Рок-ну….” Dr. Yang muttered. “Excuse me, mister I speak Russian but nobody else in this entire room knows how too, do you mind explaining who that is?” Steve asked. “Uh… sorry I said Rockwell….” Yang said slowly. Right on cue a large creature burst from the ground. Buddy, Yang, Mrs. Kong, Joe, and Steve ran outside. Steve picked up a stick nearby and pointed it at Rockwell. “AVADA KEDAVRA!” Steve screamed. Right as soon as he said it one of the turrets started firing. Steve gasped. “I HAVE MAGIC POWERS!! IM A WIZARD!! Steve screamed. “A very hairy one.” Buddy muttered. Rockwell shot one of his tentacles towards the turret, smashing it too pieces. “You think your primitive melee weapons can defeat me? I’m more powerful than the Overseer! YOU CANNOT BEAT ME!!” Rockwells voice echoed off the walls of the city. Rockwell dug his tentacles into the ground. His eyes turned as black as a Kairuku’s hide. Purple wormholes appeared in the sky. Out flew a large blue Dragon. “You see? I can do anything I want! Even bend time and space!” Rockwell cackled. The dragon shot a large fireball at Buddy and his friends. The fire smashed right in front of them blowing them up.

Buddy opened his eyes. On his left was a city in flames. On his left was a river leading towards a waterfall. That’s when Buddy saw it. The body floating on the water. The human was about the age of a teenager. The human had blond hair, blue eyes, a brown hunting jacket, blue jeans, and leather boots. A dog was running along the shore following the body. The dog barked at Buddy. The loud bark caused the human too wake up. He started trying too paddle too shore. “BELLA!” He shouted in vain as his head bobbed up and down. Finally he stopped trying and sunk below the surface. After a while he floated back up. Except his face was white as snow, and his lips were purple. His body floated off the side of the waterfall. Buddy blinked and was laying in the destruction of Allosaurus Island. There was a distant yelling nearby. Buddy stood up. There was rubble all around him. He stumbled towards the yelling. There he saw Joe leaning over Mrs. Kong. “Mom! Please you have too get up! Please! Don’t leave me!!” He sobbed. No matter how much Joe begged, Mrs. Kong was dead.
