I attacked one before I was at 1 hp I ran and got my dodo and backed up my turtle went in front of them stoping them I named him hero

Ran into a lvl 145 in the water fighting a Megalodon and killed it. The Megalodon was lvl 123. Point is if your a low level and see a high level Carbonemys either don't kill it or use it as a shelter (Ride its shell)

On the Island, (Map) Even after venturing out a fine distance from land, you can still see them at the water; or in a more accurate term, they are located at the sunlight zone of the ocean (there are layers in the ocean that differ by the amount of sunlight they get) they like to eat alge and berries and also have a strong immune system! You can hop on there shell and they will not care! What a amazing turtle!

Make one angry and then when it's about to hit you back away and then hit it.This can be done even with your fists.

You can find these guys every where even shallow water

In an early game hunt them with Iguanodon or Pteranodons. Both will pull the turtle backwarts with their attack so you don‘t even get hurt. Pteranodon can also eat it and gather the ceratine for you.

Honestly one of the best beginner Dino’s you can actually use these in boss fights and win very strong attack and great for underwater

These guys are bad bussines There are eggs of these guys everywhere near my house i went hunting for dodos but i hit ine of these bad boys it hurted I RAN AS FAST AS I COULD finnaly he calmed down and i went back hunting and it was a succes without dieing

These guys are a good source of Keratin. Use a spear or any ranged weapon and shoot them straight in the head. They are very slow, so use this to your advantage. Happy hunting.

Do not even think about taking the egg

They are such an underrated tame ,they have so much hp and if you upgrade the meele damage also you can bring them to biomes such as swamps. I have tamed one and lvl'd him up and i go everytime to the swamp (for tames) and i always come back with lots of prime and regular meat but rarely with any alive tames

He’s not dookie so get em or else

The only thing that I’ve written to kill it is a wyvern Plus I was on scorched earth but if that thing sees you when you punch it run for your life it’s attack damage is like 374

When encountering this creature it’s harmless until you hit it and if you hit it then I recommend taming it bc it makes a good defender. If you hit it don’t go in water bc things are great swimmers.

I thought they eat plants so I selected berries to tame them. Then I hit it with my club and made bloody wounds all over it’s head to knock it out when all my three companions died

You find a lot of these on the beaches.
