Utility Roles for Carbonemys:

1. Tank. A very bulky dino for early game, due to their easy taming method they are worth taming just for their bulk alone. They take reduced damage everywhere but their head. Unfortunately, are outclassed by the Trike later on. (level Health)

2. Early game water mount. Their saddle is relatively inexpensive to craft, and they are significantly faster in water. Plus, no Oxygen stat means you can have access to local waterways around your base. Just don't try traversing the ocean...(level Health, Stamina, and Movement Speed)

3. Scout (if you want). They are slow, even while sprinting, but their bulk is good for any scouting missions you want to do in the early game. (level Stamina and Movement Speed)

4. Kibble Maker. Their eggs are classed as Medium, and they lay at a decent rate. Great for Regular Kibble!

You can use it for taming dinos, just level it up and put the levels in health and if you are taming some (unlike raptors they can pounce on you) just sit at its back and shoot the creature.

Please up it so who don't know can see it.

When walking a carbonemys backwards towards a turret it takes less damage towards the carbonemys , making draining a turret more efficient.

When backing it up to drain turrets, set it to follow something that's in a safe place before you hop on. That way if you get sniped off the saddle your turtle will follow whatever animal to safety.

Create the ultimate turtle breeding group. Call yourself the turtle god. Put your mega tortols in aggressive, pick it up with quetzal, drop these babies on other tribe's turrets.

You now have the ultimate turret soaker. Let all other players feel the wrath of the turtle god. Your power is limitless, your defense is unfathomable, they shall all bow before your might. You are turtle god, bullet's demise, the ultimate waster of resources, who would dare defy you?

These sea creatures are early game tanks, able to tank out damage while you escape. They are very easy to tame, no need for a trap. I got around 6 or them near my base all over 3000 hp and they make jolly well defenders. The thing is they are slow. I do short reviews on other herbivores, pls like.

carbonemys(turtle) can kill groups of cnidaria (jellyfish) easily also turtles eat jellyfishs in reality.

Encounter one of these tame it or kill it because it gives lots of keratin and they ARE TANKY. A lvl 1 has like 700 hp, you can get saddles for these and they are super good early game

The carbonemys is perhaps one of the best creatures to tame in the early game, and provides decent protection against dilos and lone raptors. The carbonemys can easily be knocked out with a slingshot, and even a survivor with base movement speed can outrun one, making it one of the easiest tames for the early game. Not only can it carry a lot, it can be used a bait for taming (or escaping) big carnivores that would love to eat you and you (amazing pink dodo) for a snack.

In singleplayer, these guys are mostly efficient for making regular kibble.

Due to a recent update of turrets are set to players only the turtle loses its full potential as the turrets will target the person riding it rather than the turtle

Ride it backwards towards auto turrets to drain the ammunition.

Once tamed I ruled in single player. Amazing defence and attacking while also good at harvesting thatch, wood and berries. A must have for low level players

If you can’t get a fridge you can tame one of these and use it as a fridge.

If you are having trouble with Dino’s at the start and want to tame a Dino to help protect you but a trike is proving to be to hard just look for one of these turtles and then knock them out and if one is not enough get more. They can be like your living turtle wall to stop raptors and even spinos and rexes from just easily walking in and killing you before you can even run

You can use this guy as a distraction whilst hunting raptors. Once I saw Raptors terrorizing near my base so I took my Carbo with me (Karen) and she attacked the pack of raptors while I caught the alpha raptor with a bola and killed it with my longneck and pistol. Karen was still alive by the time I went to help her out and all of them were focused on killing Karen so I threw a bola at all of them and killed them. Also if you want to invade a base with turrets take this dude and use their eggs to make kibbles to tame Brontosauruses so you can start you first tour de la ark

DO NOT ATTACK THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU HAVE THE RIGHT GEAR

I WAS ON A BIG SERVER AND ONE OF THESE GUYS KILLED A 134 RAPTOR AND A 23 DIEONYCHUS
