I know how to hunt these guys without getting hurt, first, make one wood floor, three wood walls, one wood roof, next, build the house, finally, get your bow or spear and attack it and run to the house (this can also be used to tame) and you got yourself a carbonemys hunting hut.

So I'm a noob and I kill these things expecting hide... I think my luck is gonna lead to me getting los- oh great now I'm actually lost.

If you are going to attack one of these things and you are low leveled, make sure that there is not too many. They are pack animals and I had to learn the hard way by losing my raptor to three of them.

These amazing Dino's are great for soaking all types of turrets as they can get insane amounts of health and if equipped with a good saddle they are definitely one of the tankiest creatures!

I was at level 1 and was just getting used to ark when “oh look! It’s a turtle! How cute!” I was getting hungry so I decided to kill it . Punched him in the face. Punched me right back and killed me. R.I.P. me.

I was just walking around with tame then something happened and suddenly I’m being attacked by three turtle that just killed all my stuff.it was so sad I started to cry. It took me ages to tame those Dillon,that turtle,those moschops, and my para.

Once I took one of these guys eggs. I died soon after.

Was taking on a Sarco with 10 dodo birds and one of these beasts comes up, kills the Sarco and then all 10 of my birds. Was heartbroken. 0/10 recommend these heartless creatures

Good tames for easy kill carbo as noob

-carno (hard tame but still minimum player level 21)

-raptor (hit them in the flank repeatedly minimum player level 9)

-trike (just keep knocking it back minimum player level 10-20)

2nd best early game tame. Above trike which is 3d and below stego which is 1st. It’s really defensive and can kill all those GODDAMN RAPTORS THAT SPAWN ON THE BEACH FOR SOME REASON! Anyways they also hit hard AND PLEASE DONT PUNCH THESE WITHOUT A BOW

Don’t take a mothers egg they will attack.

If you hit one run away till it health is full.It will loose interest on you.

Best way to kill it with a Carnivore Dino is after ever bite take a step back. It keeps you in bitting range, but out of his bitting range.

If on foot best with two people. One in front and the other behind it. Take a couple attacks front the back. The turtle turns around to attack them hit it again from behind, take turns. The turtle will constantly be Turing around. If done right you won’t take damage.

These things are slow, planning on taming? Easy You need, slingshot and 15 rocks. Keep hitting him on the head while walking backwards and he’ll get knocked out in 4-10 shots

These are actually really easy to kill early game your spear is just the right range so they can't hit you it makes it such an easy way to get keratin.

It hit my lvl 74 sarco it 😵 so sad

Use these to soak any turrets on tames then use arthro or c4 if it also soaked player turrets
