Chapter 8: Bitter Sweet Victory
Right after the battle, the soldiers were marching towards their home, cheering and chatting about their victory. Many had taken the odd and uncomfortable armor off, thinking that the monsters would disappear from the area for a while.
They couldn’t have been more wrong.
As the unit returned to the outer villages and towns the soldiers went off home to their families, as the commander went to speak with her majesty.
As she watched the commander enter, Sequoia was already forgetting her worries when she saw the positive emotion on his face. “Your majesty, I have splendid news, may I speak?” He said while bowing his head.
“You may, Commander Fern.” Sequoia answered. “We were majorly successful. We drove off those wicked creatures in the forest, they fell for the armor instantly. We even killed one of the smaller ones.” Fern spoke with pride, proud of what his soldiers had done.
“Excellent, I am honored to have you in my army, commander. We shall feast tonight as celebration, all your soldiers may join us.” Sequoia was overjoyed in her mind, which was minutes before thinking it was a massive failure and she would be defeated.
3 hours later…
A soldier was on sentry duty outside his village, he was mere minutes away from sleeping and he’d fail his duty again. Just as he was about to call out another soldier for watch, a gargantuan stomp came from the forest, the sounds of the monsters he had seen just earlier that day. “B-but no— it can’t b-be..” he mumbled, as he began slowly inching back, about to call for reinforcements, the beast smashed through the trees, snarling at the soldier. He tried to fumble with his spiked Helmet and spear to fight, but the giant monster snapped its jaws down on his exposed stomach. He let out a blood curdling screech of pain, before his body was mangled and snapped into 2 by the monsters ferocious jaws.
15 minutes later..
As the queen was feasting with Fern’s unit, a terrified soldier tore through the palace and to the party ballroom. “YOUR MAJESTY!! THE MONSTERS ARE BACK!! THEY’RE KILLING EVERYONE!! EVERY SMALL VILLAGE AND SOLDIER BARRACKS AND GONE!!” The messenger screamed as high as they could go.
They were back, with the biggest slaughter they had done yet.
That’s it! I wonder how’s the herbivores will win the war, because the bag guys never win, so yeah!

Chapter 21
They took them to the queen’s castle. “Just throw em’ on the floor.” One said. “Hey! Be careful! My claws are fragile!” Shuttle roared. “I don’t care.” Another said. “So, what do we have here? How dare you trespass in my territory?” The Queen said. “We’re sorry mai’m, we-we need help. The dragon has escaped and well, there’s only 6 of us and..that’s not enough to defeat the dragon. We’ll need-’’ the queen interrupted Fury. “Wait wait wait..the DRAGON escaped?” “Yes.” “This is bad..”

“What are we going to do my Queen?” “The only thing we can do is..be their backup.” “Does that mean your with us?” Fury asked. “Yes..it’s the only option..or we’re screwed..” “yes my Queen. You guys, if you need backup, roar as load as you can and we’ll come straight towards it.” “Got it.” Fury said. “Can we be set free now?” Of course. Here lemme’ Un tie this thing.” They were set free. “Thanks. We’ll be on our way now.”

They traveled to a safer area. “Phew, that was close.” “Yeah. We were almost roasted beef!” “True. Now, we need a resting place.” Sorrow said. “Wait! Where is Joe?“ “I think he’s still sleeping in the cave.” “Shoot! We have to go back to him! He could be in the battle with the beyla! This is bad…” but it was too late. Joe was captured by terror birds, guarding across the whole world.

They went back to the cave. “He’s missing! Oh no! Did he?..” “I think so shuttle..I guess..he’s gone forever..” “it can’t be like this! Wait, do you see..oh! Claw marks! Of…terror birds?” Fury said. “Strange..” they follow the marks. Hoping to find Joe any time now.

Part 1 : dies
The Bronto family was a family made up of 5 brontos. 2 adults, 2 juveniles, and 1 baby. They lived happily in an ark forest. When they were eating berries to stay nourished, they heard a roar coming from the bush. The adult brontos prepared for a confrontation when a rex came out of that large bush. They fought for a few moments until the rex was trampled to death. But one bronto had serious problems that involved severe bleeding and broken front legs. He was preparing to die and the other brontos cried a lot. After his death, they went to a river to drink water, where they were attacked by a spino. He was a coward and focused on killing and capturing the baby bronto. He grabbed the small brontosaurus by the neck and dragged him into the depths of the river. Only 1 adult and 2 young brontos were left and had to move on with their lives. They spotted a hunting tribe looking for prime meat. They were easy targets, especially the young ones. Trying to defend themselves from the hunters, they gave it their all, but the tribe was advancing with rexes, spinos, heavy weapons, and raptors. The adult bronto sacrificed himself to save the 2 young brontos, who fled in despair into the forest but were quickly caught up with. While one of the remaining brontos was captured and killed, the other fled in the hope of living another day. He found a new pack of brontos with 7 adults, 8 young brontos, and 3 babies. The tribe was quickly contained and destroyed, and that young bronto survived with the trauma of losing his family. But the tribe still had an ace card: the veteran Giga, who had participated in dozens of raids and wars. He was sent to kill the entire group and keep the prime meat. He quickly arrived on the scene and destroyed 1 of the adult brontos, intimidating the rest of the group. After killing all the adult brontos, only young brontos and babies remained.
Part 2 : gigantic
After so many deaths, a titanosaur saw that bloodshed and suffering, and hurried to get there and prevented Giga from killing those brontos with a whole life to live. Giga was very experienced and powerful and bravely faced Titano. After a long time of fighting, Titan won by killing the alpha of that entire tribe. He said goodbye to the brontos and was knocked out with a quetz with a platform saddle with cannons. The little brontos could do nothing but watch them force Titan to do their bidding. After being tamed by force, he received the order to kill the young and baby brontos. He prepared his attack to kill them........
Final part : prime meat
Titano stepped on all of them, killing all the brontos. The tribe's goal was just to get prime meat and brought the death of many brontos.

Chapter 20
Jaxz carried Ping and flew towards where they last saw Bones, when they got to the place, Bones was nowhere near so they continued searching but eventually they gave up and made camp. “Ping you get the feeling we are under appreciated?” Jaxz said. “What does underaprisiaded mean?” Ping said. “You know like the others act like we aren’t helpful.” Jaxz said. “We are helpful?” Ping said, “I thought we were just here because we have no friends..” Jaxz just starred at him wide eyed for a wile. “Well we aren’t useless I can echolocate and see in the dark, and you can.. uh… fish?” Jaxz said. “I can fish pretty good.” Ping said. “Ya we aren’t useless! That’s it we can use our talents to find Bones!” Jaxz said. “What are you talking about.?” Ping said. “Ugh, I’ll explain in the morning…” Jaxz said.
Meanwhile
“Alright we can ‘elp ya, if that dragon bloke is as bad as you say we gotta end him here and now,” the gigantopithicus chief said. “Alright boys we’re heading out! gonna go hunt a dragon with some fish-men, a giga, and some drakes.” He said. The gigantopithicus troop made some confused and grumpy comments, then packed up all their weapons and supplies. “Ok now we gotta meet the drakes and sea serpents at the floating mountain.” Nash said. The chief looked at him, “then let’s get a move on eh?”

Chapter 3: Aftermath of the Carnivores
Sequoia stood at a conference table with her husband, listening intently to the Iguanadon scouts description of the attack. “T-they were giant! They ate our soldiers in a single bite! They made our therizinosaurs look like ants compared to them!” He shrieked.Shaking with fear.
“Did they kill everything or have demands?” Height asked, panic shown all over his smushed bronto faced. “They didn’t speak during the attack, nothing but cold blooded murder until they smashed the walls of the fort and stormed away.”
“They must be neutralized instantly. I’ll sent my best soldiers to the fort and we’ll track them, your fellow soldiers duty and death will not be in vein.” Height growled. “Your dismissed, Sequoia, mind having a quick chat?” Height asked.
“Not at all.” Sequoia answered. She walked over to Height. “I want to lead this raid, I want to see these carnivores with my own eyes, so I’m putting faith in you to run the kingdom while I’m gone. It will be around 2 days until I return. Can I trust you?” Height asked.

How could be just leave like this?! He could die and the kingdom would be in anarchy! Sequoia boiled in her mind. But she couldn’t say no, it would be a grave insult to her husband, she might even be divorced for disloyalty, so she bottled up her anger and worries.
“Yes dear, I’ll keep everything just as it is.” She wrapped her monumental tail around his.
“I promise to be safe.” Height said, nuzzling her side with his smushy nose and hurting off to discuss with his generals.
Sequoia sat there for a bit, wondering if his promise would hold.

Here's how I tamed my bronto:
Bronto spawn nears base
Sees bronto
Uses tranq arrow instead of stone
Says whatever and loads more tranq arrows than the amount of skin mites you have on your body rn
Makes it starve
Shove mejo berries
Then boom bronto
You can use it as a taming way
Not efficient but still usable
If you breed these thing they are monsters i have 5 very easy to tame you can get the sauropod vertabea form them i almost died from these thing becuase i was doing the cliff method and i jumped off and then th bronto just started hiting me then torpor saved me and the bronto started to run away
I encountered a level 4 female bronto that would just stroll around my base and it had been days so I decided to just try and tame it I went out there with 60 tranq arrows but was surprised to see it only took about 11 so if your encountering a lower level bronto don’t be too intimidated
When I first joined the game around 2021, I didn't know tranq darts existed. And I didn't know how to change the ammo in a crossbow from tranq to norm, so, I somehow knocked out a lvl 90 pronto on the center, with my fists. It took me almost and hour, but with my ARK's jacked settings, it was well worth it doing thousands of damage. About 2 years after this I changed my settings to default so they weren't as OP as they were. I started playing ASA about 1 year ago and saw a lvl 90 bronto and thought, wow I knocked that guy out with my bare hands like 3-4 years ago!
Ok this is weird but, me and my friend were playing when i saw a level 3 bronto and attempted to tame it with tranq arrows and a bow (apprentice) and I made a huge mistake my friend was telling me to not let it go to the water cuz it'll drown and it torpor run away from me so i chased it with my petrie but it died to a meg so after a while i got a primitive crossbow and this time i got it i immediately fed it carbonemys kibbles and i named her Ali (from land before time).
I feel like there is a minimum of these that can be in the wild, because I went out to tame a brontosaurus, and finally found one halfway across the map. So knocked it out, tamed it, and named it Big Al. Then, I finally got back to my base, saw a female Brontosaurus, and flipped out because it spawned right next to my base and was stepping on stuff. So my Dinosaurs killed it.
When I was using Bigfoot my bronto, a therizino attacked becuase I accidentally dmged the theri, when I decided to attack it, I accidentally used my spyglass and then, I LITTERALLY ONESHOTED THE THERI, and it turns out, IT ACTUALLY WORKS ON ANY DINO (Mounted of course), this proves that the spyglass is more of a gigachad than u think. U can use this tip if u want to level up ur dino, OR get revenge on the Dino's u died from.
