A Broken Memory
A fanfiction made by Seasnake, recalling my newest Among Us roleplay into ARK..
Chapter 1
Cooper grabbed his rifle. Behind the rock barricades was Cooper and his men, shooting at a pack of allos led by the Disnordians, the rival tribe living next to them across of the Boreal Forest on Valgureo. Their tribe, the Plyars, had been defending for too long now.
Cooper aimed at one of the allos' heads and shot, re-loading.
One of the Disnordians grabbed an assault rifle and fired.
"GET DOWN!" Cooper ordered his men as he, himself, grabbed a sniper and got up, aiming for his chest.
The man started at the sniper, and Cooper reconized him as Darlion. While getting a look at him and getting distracted, Darlion took the advantage and aimed. Choking darkness swallowed Cooper.
A blinding white light surrounded Cooper as he opened his eyes. Adjusting to the light, he saw himself facing upward heading across a hospital hall.
Two people stood running next to him, one with fiery colored hair and broad shoulders, strange yellow eyes in contrast to his dark brown skin. The other was a more slender man with dark, black hair and cyan eyes. He had pale white skin.
Cooper felt the pain of bullets in his thigh, chest, and arm. Wait, bullets? What had happened?
Who are they? What is going on?
They passed in a room, the two men following. A nurse shooed them out.
"Okay, Cooper, we're going to-" the nurse said, cut off by Cooper.
"Wh-who i-is Coo-cooper?" He stuttered, choking on his own blood. The nurse looked worried.
"Sedate him.."

As of why there is an update, the roster for the creature TLC vote has changed, this may happen several times before they announce the first creature TLC on the 14th. But, I will only do this at most of two more times.

Also, BREAKING NEWS!!! UpFromTheDepths, known as the owner of the PaleoArk Mod Team. Is now open to having his mods become official Ark TLCs/ Newly added creatures, thanks to the Charity Event going one. Although we aren’t sure to what extent he means. More information will be announced here when he breaks more news about it.

Last part of Chronicles of the iron tyrants for now - I’ve made way too many spelling mistakes in upcoming chapters sorry for anyone who’s excited for new chaps (I’m just being optimistic)
Logan - the man of the crown gathered with 4 other soldiers , the first , a chinese man of 5’3 with a crew cut of jet black hair , he shrugged and rolled his tek shoulder lazily , the next across to him was a 5’7 cypriot with light brown mop of shaggy hair , he wore an apron over his armour , third across was a slightly dark spanish girl , she was 5’6 ish and wore light tactical armour flipping a knife in her hand , the final gu the 7’5 behemoth was an aryan german ‘ the five bickered as they discussed what to do with the creature who now lay upon the sands at roughly 90ft
The spanish - Jewel - spoke firmly - ‘kill,it,now’ angrily , she punctuated every word with rage
‘Calm down princess’ the short one returned jokingly before getting slapped behind the neck by the giant jacob
‘Shut up’ the king - Logan announced bluntly ‘ I give you armies and you squabble at one creature , just cater it and wait for Aeron to show up , he’s late as usual.
Suddenly the soldiers , who had been resting for a total of a mighty 3 minutes , before a figure emerged effortlessly from the gateway - the face plate lighting in a 32 bit :) the soldiers stood to attention as the figure kept walking one of the newer recruits suddenly burst formation attempting to stab him through the back
‘ die invader ! ‘ the lad yelled and leapt courageously bless him but was not expecting the armoured figure to turn on his tail and materialise a tek greatsword into his hand , blocking the steel blade and riposting into a slash that cut of his leg ,
‘ bold effort - ‘ the voice was tired and cracked ‘ but i didn’t kill nations to be beaten by a rookie’ he kicked over the kid and kept walking towards Logan's convoy , clicking his fingers and whistling softly as the beast stood up and followed behind him - growling and snarling at the troops that backed up slowly from the dismembered man moaning on the floor,
Jewel turned suddenly before steven ran past her to hug the figure for him to awkwardly hug him back with a pat on the back before barding past

Logan stared as his helmet flicked down - his friends face - once round and cheerful , slim and stern with coldness - his blue eyes once hyper mobile and intelligent were dull and red , showing clear signs of insomnia and his hair , his short blonde hair that was golden in the sun of the island - it was a dark shade of grungy blonde - green , the darkened colours contrasting his pale skin.
Moon, yes I forgive you. It took me a while to find that post bc I have to look through popular and newest. Yes I think we can be friends and make amends. Also I’m sorry if I dragged this argument on. I didn’t mean to. Also I don’t think you’re a fake writer. So what if u spelled ‘acrossed’ wrong. Do you know how many times I have accidentally spelled in ‘we’ll’ instead of ‘well’? I’m so sorry if we made your month more stressful. The first month of the year is usually the most stressful for us all so don’t worry you’re not alone. Also you weren’t blaming us for nothing you were just trying to help Dododex, I’m sorry I should have told you this from the beginning. Pls forgive me. I’m sorry. 😢😢😢. So to make amends let’s do the peace treaty and try to be friends. And hopefully that works. Btw….I was just wondering…what books have you written? Bc I LOVE to read and your story ‘the obelisk’ is REALLY REALLY good so I REALLY REALLY want to read your other books. Also before I end this post I just want to say I’m very very sorry and I’m not pretending. ☮️

Okay, got all caught up on Hero’s of Pandora, so on to the next story to read which I think will be either reader’s story or jointed mysteries. I can’t wait for chapter 29 of Hero’s of Pandora though!!!!
Moon, awesome chapter you wrote!!!!!!!! It shows how Crimson really feels. But I hate the cliffhangers!!!!! The suspense drives me crazy!!!! I can’t wait for 78!!!!!! I am also glad you like my idea. And I’m excited to hear more on this upcoming project/better version of the obelisk/alternate story that will happen after the obelisk story. Also now I am gonna get all my thoughts on paper or on a writing site and prepare for to start writing chapters, characters, plot and the prologue. Also you should at the end of the obelisk do a video on YouTube with the whole story from chapter one to the final chapter of the story, that way it will all be be in one easy spot to read.

Answering to Moon, well when I saw the Pego I thought it would be him, when I saw the female Terror Bird I thought it would be her, but now I’m thinking it’s gonna be a Shadowmane... But still hoping for Thyla!!! Also, I was reading the new chapters with my dog and he started whining when Beyla came out of the cave🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Awsome stories never stop!!!

Part 4
She lately had been chased into the redwoods by nerva with Christopher and li. She walked away while they did whatever they were doing. She thought about her true plan. She then tamed many terror birds(about 25) tamed 5 diplos 20 dire bears and she kept her giga nearby. It was angry with nerva so it ate all of his soldiers that it found. Finally tyrana tamed a bronto when she ventured out of the woods. Tyrana finally came back to Christopher and li. She said as a joke *give me one reason you should live* and then she said *im joking* they talked for a bit but finally tyrana recommended using nervas weakness.

Chapter 3 : The Ascent - King’s visage
The man Stared intensely at the portal , it was constructed from interlocking arches of writhing tek , shaped and molded like vines and cacti , between the two largest rings was a vertical sheet of orange energy - quickly turning a deep violet - sparks flew off the energy as it twisted like a cyclone - an eerie sound of silence filled the air , the shifting sands flowing almost scared of the portal - a roar sounded from the other side and the figure rose his hand - about 30 longneck rifles trained on the glowing gateway , a nasal horn edged through - and bullets were sent loose - the nose retreated but returned with a earkilling screech that would scare a saddled mammoth -
‘Oh cr–’ the figure’s authoritative pose was interrupted as he drew a revolving fabricated pistol ,
Gun shot rand rang out as a large armoured head broke the portal - troops with spears forming a barricade the head - the man gawked all hope of control shattered - the head of the creature emerging from the the energy was easily 12 ft long - about 3ft longer than a rexes - it was decorated with a crown of spikes with a glossy membrane connecting the tip to its head
‘Sir what is that’ two of his elite soldiers ran past a 5’3 soldier with a prosthetic arm and a behemoth 7’5 man with a ballistic TEK shield ‘ King - if you do not kill that thing i will you’ the short one roared as he chucked a javelin at the beast and ducked behind the shield the figure didn't understand why they hid though the beast was only half out the portal -
The man who you may of guessed to be the fabled king our hero served - kept shooting and cussing as nothing drew blood from the beast in the portal , he couldn’t risk sending troops to the portal or he’d have to wait 5 minutes or so for them to arrive at the aberration - as he contemplated risking a legion’s life he noticed a banner poking through the portal - it was familiar but not , whilst his empire flew a black flag marked with a silver yutyrannus skull - the ferrous tyrannus - this flew a dark purple background torn to ribbons with the faded form of the black skull of the emerging creature -
‘ Hold fire ‘ the king roared as his troops froze - backing up slowly ,
‘T-t-that is your baron’ he was nervous as the creature’s large left leg broke threw the portal ‘get to position to greet a noble’ his soldiers scrambled to position still scared sh*** from the unnamed creature ripping his tail from the portal - like his head it was decorated with spikes and membrane the length of his back and thighs —
My roommate LOVES these but.. she had one to many, turned them on wander, AND forgot to fix all of them. So we had one that we named Speedy and they went around breeding with EVERYONE else...
The moral of the story is; FIX. YOUR. SNAILS. we dreamt of sweet cakes for the next week 🥲
Ah. Yeah, I get that. Everyone has lives and things more important than a silly little dex. Thank you for telling me and I hope to be more active myself. And, hey, if need any ideas, you can just ask me if you want to. And yes Bob, I have been and will be back for a bit!

Pastel, I’m ok!!!! I have been better, but I’ve been worse.
I’m very excited for Ragnarok and the Bison too!!!! I’m also excited for the Preorder package of Lost Colony as there might be some cool stuff!!! I’m kinda surprised we haven’t gotten a tease or anything of a Fantastic Beast. Was kinda hoping for something Aquatic like a Levitation or a mythological/cryptid aquatic animal.

DinoSlayer, well, that’s kind of what I mean. I don’t know if you’ve written stories here in the past before on the DDEX, but I’m assuming that if you have you probably didn’t finish them (as most people haven’t, not too big a deal). If you lack passion or a specific vision in mind for what this story will even be about, then it’s not gonna be too fun once you actually start working on it even if you’ve done similar things in the past before.

DiploLover, you’re back! I had a feeling. It’s nice to see you back, and I’m glad you can work on your story again. You probably saw my now unofficial continuation of your story in the Diplocaulus section; I only managed to get to Chapter 40 (it was gonna end at Chapter 50), but I think for the sake of finishing what I started I will probably finish that up, so don’t be alarmed or anything if you see more of those in the Diplocaulus section. Anyway, I read Chapter 37 and it was cool seeing the others’ reactions to Apollo coming back to the group. I’m assuming Apollo will keep that hood of his if he doesn’t want anyone else to find out (besides the Prophecy Wolves), especially someone like Adira, since that would mean to them that time travel is possible. I’m also curious to see what happened to the CloudPaws, I’m assuming there’s some answer to that (perhaps the humans attacked them? Or the Yutyrannus). Also wondering how your interpretation of the man goes (the one that ordered KJ around). I had one for Silent Funeral, but I’m still curious to see how your version (and the true canon) is. I’m excited for Chapter 38 and I’m guessing the next chapters will be in a Carnivore Island creature.
RelatingHen, Chapter 41 of JTAC was cool! I like how the Creator talks in morse code, and also the aftermath of Nal’s “death”. I feel bad for Dorack, tho i dont think being broken is the correct way to describe him. A more realistic diction would be just to have Sodden ask if he’s still grieving or mourning, since theres nothing flawed about missing what once was. Also interesting to see that White Mask’s attribute is detecting trails, now im curious to see Red Mask’s attribute (who seems the more competent of the two). I do think it wouldve made it more intriguing if White mask didnt reveal his attribute through dialogue, since realistically Red Mask already knows his attribute. Maybe through his POV he couldve seen an opaque trail in his vision. Anyway ive also been likjng the description of character appearances. I hope to see more of that in the future, its been hard imagining the characters looks (since they havent had any, not even Sodden). i struggle with character design a lot too but i know youll cook up some interesting ones for Them aight thats all laters
