Flame ran over to the quicksand. Wildew had died horribly, and now Blicket? He jumped in, trying to grab her. He fell in too. But it wasn't darkness that surrounded him. He was falling through the sky, Blicket and Wildew below. Apparently Quinter was an idiot and followed them. The sky was a very bright blue. He landed in water. (Yes I know irl that would kill them but this is fiction) Quinter landed next to him. He swam out. When he got to the shore, Blicket brought Wildew's body there and Quinter came. He spat out water.

"WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!" Blicket bellowed. Crystals loomed around the beach. Quinter shook his head. "I don't know! WE JUST FELL FROM THE SKY OF ANOTHER ISLAND-" Quinter roared. "Wait," Flame thought aloud. "We aren't in Valgrueo."
